They need to get more mature/professional employees.. it may of been closing time but I was leaving the mall with my daughter and two of the male employees started cussing loudly and fighting.. thanks for scaring my kid fellas!

Customer service use to be amazing. Now its kinda bad. Ive bought over 17 pairs of shoes out of here & here lately I just havent been feeling the customer service. They store employees would rather talk to the other employees about out side of work things than assist a customer. You almost have to force them to help you. By that time your ready to take your money elsewhere.

Great shoes but the employees really werent helpful helping me find what I was looking for. Most of the employees were nice but I dont really care to see them putting down their coworkers by swearing at them.

I came to journeys to look at some shoes for my daughter about two weeks ago. The employees there were really helpful and nice but my only complaint was the manager being kind of rude to his staff. Maybe, He was having a bad day but he should not been talking to them that way at all. I hope he can fix that attitude next time.
