I really dont like giving 1 star reviews, but this one has to be done. Today we sat in line and couldnt get out due to cash registers going down. Had at least 5 cars in front of me and a couple behind. After 20 minutes of waiting we made our order and after getting to the window, I had to repeat my request multiple times. Then I had to tell him how much it was going to be. The kicker is that there were 5 employees sitting in the back, I assume taking a break, smoking it up and having a grand old time. If your system is down, you need to learn how to use a calculator. Simple enough. Last thing, since I had to wait, you all could have thrown in an extra donut for the long wait. I mean I saw the donut fall to the ground and the person did contemplate picking it up and putting it in the box. Extremely disappointed in the service and lack of customer service. I will never go back. The place used to be good.
They didn’t have anything other than glazed donuts, and I went first thing in the morning. Also the lobby isn’t open? I get Covid protocol, but no other restaurants are still closing their lobby. The drive thru has been a pain in the a**
My life was changed. With this donut, I found meaning again.Once I thought I could never be happy again, numb to the reality that I had not tasted such a donut in so long.Let me help you out.Crispy edges.Soft sweet dough beneath that crunch.I realize this sounds silly but if you know... you know. 🤘🤘🤘
Krispy Kreme has never had bad donuts but how do I wait in a line of 8 cars for over an hour for pre made food
The worst donut shop in Tulsa! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their card machine was down for over a month and their management refused to get it fixed. Then, after it was finally fixed, my wife ordered a latte, thinking that the whip cream would come with it since that was how it was shown in the picture. When we got it, we asked where the whip cream was and we got told that they dont put it on lattes anymore since some people dont like it. WHAT?!? If so, why show it on the menu picture anyway? Furthermore, their drive-through menu is so hard to read that I have to pull out my phone and look up their menu online, only to find out that they dont even serve 50% of whatever on the menu! Today, I went there to order a frozen latte and got told that their coffee machine is down! Do they even wanna do business? Im surprised that this place is still standing!! I would highly recommend driving to daylight donut or dunkin donut. Youll have better service there for sure!!!
Pretty sad lobby closed causing a backup at drive-thru. Another example of covid paranoia causing loss of business & revenue. Then the customers start going somewhere else next time not what stockholders like to hear.
The line moved quickly, I bought the donuts for my family. My own opinion is Krispy Kreme donuts are to sweet.
This establishment will never see another dime from me. I tried ordering twice at the speaker but they couldnt hear me. No big deal, so I just pulled up to the window to order. The lady at the window decided to make it a big deal though apparently and was very rude about it.
The donuts are, as always, amaziiiiing!! However, if you decide that you are craving a donut between 5-7pm… their selection of donuts will be very minimal. But, I understand from a business standpoint as to why that is. Less waste! But sometimes I crave more than just a glazed or jelly filled donut at 5 pm.
I just hate the slow drive through! Why doesnt the owner hire someone for $12 an hour and get the line to roll faster ! Why are you greedy!!! Its the season for hot chocolate to! Why dont you have hot chocolate
I ordered a box of three glazed donuts and they were old and dried out. I was so disappointed. Thinking it was just a bad day I ordered a box of assorted donuts about a week later and they all were dried out and old as well. I definitely won’t be back. I used to love Krispy Kreme but serving old dry donuts is terrible.
I wish someone would do basic training on how to identify the donuts, I ordered a small box of chocolate cream filled donuts and drove home To discover he gave me all custard filled donuts.. Not one of them could I eat, what a waste of money. I called them and it rang 30 times so no help there either. He repeated my order When I ordered, and also when I pulled up to the window, and the receipt says cream filled. So good job taking my order. Delivery failed, since they dont know how to identify their donuts.
I went thru the drive thru for a dozen donuts and there were no available donuts except the original glaze, choc glaze, and some filled. I ordered a regular coffee but no shocker this was not available either. The donuts we did purchase were nasty! Each type we had tasted exactly like all the others.. Old GREASE!The employees were too busy with their cell phones to make a pot of coffee I suppose as I am sure they had much more important matters to tend to on their phones rather than the job they are actually paid to be doing.Won’t make the same mistake again.. done with this establishment.
If anyone is planning to grab some donuts and leave, then i dont think this store is for them. the drive through is so narrow that if anyone enters the line, you cannot leave. you have to be stuck and wait in the line until you cars in front are not clear. terrific servicing system. they should either expand their drive through, so that if someone is in hurry they can just leave or if there is a big order of someone that may take 15-20 minutes, they should ask them to wait in the driveway and bring their item to the car. in that way they can serve other people and save their time.
I loved the donut but I wanted to sit down in the warm donut shop.
Old and over cooked donuts I guess is the new trend at Krispy Kreme…. Oh and awful customer service skills. If you are already annoyed simply by a customer coming to order then you do not belong in the food service industry. That’s for Tamia. I also wasn’t done ordering when you just blurted out my total but I didn’t dare order more than my 2 items and upset you any further and risk anymore attitude.
No cinnamon rolls. They said well have some tomorrow and I said the coupon expires on the 4th. If its National Cinnamon roll day, you would think they wouldve made more. It was 2pm.
I hope things are going ok. It seems they’re having some difficulties. Waiting over 35 minutes in the drive through was not pleasant for us customers. I can only imagine how it’s going on inside. (Couldn’t tell, as the lobby was closed.) How can we help? Let’s hope tomorrow is better for them.
The first two times we came here, there werent any ingredients to make iced coffee (we were told). Came by a few days later when theyd have the ingredients. Lobby is still closed off so it takes forever to get through the drive-thru line. Not a biggie as long as your order is correct the first time. My husband didnt like his lukewarm coffee he received the first time we went through the line and gave it back even though it wouldve been free. I can barely drink my second coffee we had that was fixed after the second time through the line, tastes terrible. Wouldnt suggest stopping by on your way through town if youre in a rush. I cant get upset about the employees as they were trying. Krispy Kreme in general is hit or miss it seems through our travels. Had a good experience at one Krispy Kreme in OK (Catoosa, I believe?). The rest in OK, NM, LA and TX have really just been a waste of time. Either closed, lacking ingredients, or they dont know how to make one of the only two items they serve. Bummer considering I pay with gift cards and cant really do anything about it. Will probably go back to Starbucks after this experience, which is a let down because at the right Krispy Kreme, KK has better tasting coffee, with more caffeine, at a more affordable price. The gamble in the food and service makes it not worth the time of a visit, however. Maybe this area is lacking when it comes to training and ensuring their inventory is in order.
Prepare to wait... This location has the longest lines all the time. Its probably because the lobby is closed and has been for months. Weird, because the lobby was open throughout the pandemic. The saving grace is, the filled donuts are never actually filled and almost always dry. Almost like they dont fill them. Im not sure whats wrong with this location, because other locations manage just fine. But, if you have a good half hour to kill waiting in line for stale donuts, try this location .
The doughnuts are always great! But this place needs new employees. Last time I came by the guy working the drive thru sounded like he was ready to end it all. I’ve never heard someone sound so depressed in a drive thru window before and this time the guy wouldn’t let me finish my order every time I asked for something he gave me my total and told me to pull forward to the next window. Like man lemme finish my order and ask me if I would like anything else and then give me my total. Honestly a let down experience from the best doughnuts in town with the worst customer experience. It make it hard to want to come get doughnuts because I know I’m going to be met with employees who don’t seem to care about this place at all
They were out of strawberry sprinkled donuts at 8AM on a Monday. Thats a joke. They couldnt make iced coffee because the machine is broke. I ordered hot coffee instead and its not even 60 degrees. The donuts are ice cold and hard as if they pull them out of a refridgerator. Worst first experience ever. Never again. Sorry for not staying local.
The cashier that helped me, (a tall thin male) needs some work on his customer service skills. Although entry door by restrooms was unlocked, customers were directed to door in front of counter. Still had to walk past the door to use the restroom anyway. No fresh hot donuts only those in the display case that seemed to be taken out of refrigerator just before I got there. Bottom of all donuts that I got was hard from being refrigerated.
Lobby is çlosed Right now but open for pick-up. Still good service.
What can I say? Its only good when its fresh, but at least their cold stuff is better than what comes in a box back home.
There was a problematic customer holding up the line. It wasnt anything crazy long but they gave me my order for free because of the trouble (3 donuts). I didnt even say anything. It was very kind of them. I know they dont give out free donuts inside anymore, but that was just extra anyway.
The donuts are great but they had their types mixed up. We asked for custard filled and they grabbed from the area that was labeled custard filled but we ended up with all but one being creme filled instead. Very disappointing.
Nothing but original glazed! The best way to go with Krispy Kreme! Never a bad doughnut!
Do you enjoy waiting 20-30 minutes for pretty good, but not great, donuts? Krispy Kreme is for you!
So good.. Always worth the trip
Was visiting Tulsa for the weekend. Stopped by around 8:30pm to pick up some doughnuts for breakfast. ALL the trays were empty and the girl behind the counter said they were NOT making anymore. Theyare open till 11pm! They had multiple cars waiting in the drive thru that Im sure after waiting 15-20 min was told they waited for nothing and left mad. This is no way to run a business! Not a good experience!
Friday afternoon, Drive through wait times longer than an hour.( Friday is the day when chocolate glazed are available). Liked also the new Key lime glazed. New flavors but long wait time
Im not terribly impressed with the customer service. Their glazing machine is out right now so I asked if I could use my promo as a discount of the equivalent dollar amount on something else or use it on plain, unglazed donuts and zero flexibility. My suggestions would not cost them anything more than what they already budget for promos and if theyd been willing to work with me I would have been a happy customer and potentially rewarded them with future sales. Since they didnt, next time Im going to find a local shop thats not so far out of my way with better service to support.
These are good people working early in the morning and late at night. But they still work hard and add a smile with it.
My kids and I Love eating warm donuts off the conveyor belt! The teenage Staff wasnt the friendliest but overall good donuts made fresh!
This krispy kreme has the worst employees. They are lazy and rude. They rush you and never have anything.
Drive through times are ridiculous. They will ask what you want at the menu and then ask you to repeat it all at the window. The staff can be very unprofessional in drive though and dining in. Donuts taste good though.
Most inefficient drive through I have ever seen. For reasons beyond logic their lobby is closed which creates a massive line of cars around the store. Please fire whoever manages this place and bring someone in that knows how to run an efficent business.
Doughnut was neither krispy or kremey
The lobby isn’t open. Everytime I go the drive through line is extremely long and they are so slow usually. People I know are also shocked how long it takes them to place donuts in a box.
Stopped by at 3pm this afternoon to pick up a couple dozen plain and they said it would take an hour! REALLY?? I thought Krispy Kreme was a donut shop! Ive watched them make the donut and it looks like a 10 min process! If youre too lazy to make them just say so! I wont be back! Daylite donuts here i come!
This location needs a better selection if I wanted a basic doughnut menu, then I would have went to daylight doughnuts. I looked online and wrote down what I wanted in the dozen and over half of them I had to substitute for a basic glazed or chocolate doughnut. I also wanted so try one of the strawberry frozen drink as well and they didnt have it. I like Krispy Kreme but I will have to start going to Dunkin Doughnuts because they have a decent selection.
I really dont know what you would like for me to say because Krispy Kreme is the only donuts Ive ever eaten and I ever would eat I love yall and I also get an attitude when you are are closed I see yall everyday Im a manager at Wendys on 31st Street
I understand if you hate your job; trust me, I’ve been there. But never would I ever sit there and roll my eyes, shake my head, and mumble under my breath at a customer who wasn’t inconveniencing me in the slightest. Get a better attitude or just quit if it’s that hard to be kind to people who were nothing but kind to you.
This location made me hate national donut day. incredibly slow. they didnt take orders until the window. The lobby was closed. It took an hour in line to get old cold donuts.
Went to order donuts online. Not very many options for an online order. And last I was on their website, it is either online or drive-thru.
Great raspberry filled, and thanks for the free donuts for my being vaccinated!
I used to love this location when it first opened. But today, I don’t know why they are even open. Half of the donut varieties I wanted they didn’t have. The lobby is closed. There is only one drive-thru window. No one is working the drive-thru head phone. So, I wait until I reach the window, and then I’m told they don’t have product to sell. Seriously, the manager should have closed doors today. It would have been less frustrating.
Line was long got in it anyway.waited forever only to be told at the speaker box it was cash only but the way the drive thru is set up its impossible to get out of line once youre in it if ppl are behind you so we had to sit and wait for the ppl in front of us to go.then the window lady was rude to us when i suggested they tell ppl at the beginning of the line so they dont have to wait smh
Offered the special one plain one specialty $13.00 one coffee the drive through guy justus made us tell him what we wanted like they did not get it at all. Then rang it up $9.99 a dozen I said that’s not correct it’s 13 he was rude rude rude. Said show him a coupon next time. My husband said it’s not a coupon it’s your deal that runs out today you should automatically give people that price. They refunded the dif then we were like can we get the donuts? And the coffee was luke warm not hot. Sad one gal said I’m not dealing wit this and threw her hands up walked off
Not as good as I remember around the time they opened, Im glad they gave me older, cold donuts. I wont have that crave I couldnt get rid of. Man, they were so good way back when, like addictive.
Funnel cake donuts is what they taste like to me.
Good friendly service. Nothing against the people at all. The food is way too sweet and sugary though. Donuts are my favorite but these were so sugary they made me sick. If thats your cup of tea then have it but I probably wont be back.
Its great just like their donuts, nice staff, clean place, and they make donuts fresh in front of you. They also do a veteran discount.
I ordered the St. Patricks Day dozen 7 days before St. Patricks Day, went to pick up and they didnt have my order ready and were all out of the specific donuts for that package, were very rude and told me that next time I order ahead to just call the store, because they dont get call in orders until 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up. They were rude, not very nice or understanding.
Well there were cars in the parking lot, buy I dont think anybody showed up for work. Sat in the drive thru with two other cars for about 25 minutes.. we all left.
Horrible. I worked for this franchisee years ago for 5 years. This location is the worst Krispy Kreme I have seen. Trash everwhere outside. The front end associate did not want to wait on us. Dozen boxes in the floor and she had no care to clean them up. I called the store and talked to the manager and he lacked any care or concern.
Ordered online 4 dozen glazed and 3 coffee boxes. Had to go through drive thru b/c lobby is STILL closed. They had no idea and nothing was ready. Went through drive thru a second time. Manager forgot to get coffee ready. Left with donuts that had been in the box so long tge grease had soaked through.Close it or clean it up and manage it!
I had pictures but deleted them needs new management i wont go back till they do
Donuts are always great!!! Look for the red light to be on. That means fresh glazed donuts are on the line. Amazing!!! Four stars for busy times because drive-thru takes quite a few minutes. Inside is similar waiting time when busy.
All surrounding businesses are open, but thank God Krispy Kreme’s dining is closed. Promised my nephew he would see the donuts for the first time and we were told the dining room is closed.
Service is okay, I say this because some staff were AMAZING, others need work. Service is speedy! Donuts are hot and fresh!
50 minute wait in the drive thru! And there were only 5-6 cars in line!! And the lane is too narrow to bail out of the line so I was almost late to work. And I gave myself an HOUR for a donut run. Also a HUGE pothole in the most traveled part of the parking lot!!If they werent the only KK in town and I was addicted to their donuts Id never go back.
Not efficient at all. Employees not knowing whos doing what and bickering with one another and its so packed inside to where social distance is NOT an option. I stood in line for 17 minutes and when I finally got to order I asked for fresh donuts off the line and the employee said no maam I cant do that I have to get rid of these 1st. REALLY? YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT I CANT BUY FRESH DONUTS FROM KRISPY KREME?? What a shame I remember genuinely loving this place when I was a kid.
Great donuts...drive through and go. What could be better?
I spent over an hour in line today. I left the other day without ordering because it took so long. Without the lobby open this is the slowest I have ever seen their service.
Busy and out of a lot of donuts, not their fault. Will have to try on a non-holiday. The glazed was soft and warm. Totally worth it.
They are only taking online orders and drive threw. I tried to place an order online, but at that moment orders were not accepted. So I had to use the drive thru which has a long line. Needles to say, I was late to work
Building looks horrible. Lights are out. Half the hot lights work. Very dirty. Staff isnt the friendliest. Was out of most donuts and no interest of making any. It was early in the evening. But what we got was good
Sad the inside was not open, kinda kills the whole Krispy Kreme experience.
Everyone here hates their job. The is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Donuts are great. The girl grabbing your donuts hates her job with a passion.
Awesome doughnuts. Plus a free donut with proof of covid vaccine!
Donuts for excellent like always didnt like waiting 45 minutes in line though
Guy that was working the drive through told us to hurry up after we told him that we didnt want a random mix for our dozen donuts. Cannot exactly do a mixed box when I have quite a few food allergies. After requesting a few different kinds of donuts and they not having them we had to settle for mostly glazed. Kind of wrong that in the middle of the day that they dont have most of their donuts available. Couldnt even get the apple fritters that we came for. They need to get employees that are not rude and dont make you feel as if you are trouble for not wanting their random mix of donuts.
Picked up glazed donuts at 9;30. Cold tasted like day old, almost no glaze. Heavy and not light like other Krispy Kreme. No better than Dunkin Donuts
We have been waiting in line in the drive through 20 minutes and only 4 cars have been helped. We now have one car in front of us . It took 4 minutes and the person got one little bag. It took us 5 minutes to get 1 dozen donuts. 3 people are standing by the drive through window not doing anything. Not very efficient.
My fave donut hands down. Service is good but not great. Prices are kinda high but they have coupons and specials circulating too
Got the smores dozen last night they were dry and tasted stale ... this place is not what it used to be ...
Jesus, got the Oreo donuts this morning.....and those are day old donuts. Stale! This will mark the 3rd time we have gotten their special donuts, and each time, day old donuts. Pretty sure we will just save our money from here on out.
They dont allow you in the store now which is what the kids like(to see the donuts being made).
Ordered two dozen donuts days in advance and decided to skip the drive thru and just go inside to pick them up, which was a mistake on my part. I felt like there wasn’t enough workers bc they were so busy. And I get if your agitated bc of how busy it is, but there is no reason to have a bad attitude. If anything, I was trying to make it easier on them by ordering ahead. And of course, they did not have what I ordered ready and had to swap up my order bc they didn’t have certain ones in stock. Anyways, not a good experience at all. At least going through the drive thru you miss majority of the yelling, and grumbling in your face.
They are in Tulsa & I live in Tahlequah & when Im Im Tulsa I make a special trip to stop by there, well I did & I wanted there special box of Christmas donuts, they didnt have any & said they wouldnt until next WEEK, they were extremely busy, the line was long, they didnt even have their light on, so I ended up getting 12 plain Donuts they were even made small, so Im disappointed!! 😒🙄
Im giving it 2 stars because LOVE the product. The missing stars are due to service. The man taking our order would not answer questions, kept calling out I guess how many more donuts to fill the box and then rolled his eyes and said fine when I shohim my coupon. Im sure this is not the experience the enterprise would pride itself on. This is certainly the only location we have had this experience in
Came in for free donuts after getting our second covid vaccinations. Wanted to order a few other different kinds but they didn’t hardly have anything. And this is at 10:00 in the am. The little girl at the window said they didn’t have any apple filled donuts. So I ask if they have any apple fritters and they didn’t have any of those. I wasn’t really impressed with the service.
It was terrible. I waited 15 minutes before anyone helped me and when they did help they seemed annoyed I was there. This was my grandsons first doughnut experience. Highly disappointed
I go to Krispy Kreme to have the superlative donut experience. I have a lot of great memories of eating awesome donuts straight off of the line. But no. The last two times Ive gone, the donuts were cool and just a little off. The specialty donuts seemed less than fresh. I couldve gotten better donuts at Walmart.
The exterior of the complex is run down and theres pot holes big enough to consume an adult. The doughnuts werent that good either, especially werent worth over $13 for a dozen. We threw out half of them.
Made a special trip to try the new smores donut, but they were sold out.
