The staff here is so helpful. Came in to look at getting glasses and didn’t realize I didn’t have all my ducks in a row before coming in. Sam was so nice and didn’t just brush me off when I realized I didn’t bring my prescription with me or have my insurance info 🤦🏽‍♀️ She wrote down what I wanted and needed and the next chance I get, I’ll be back to see her!

Stefan went above and beyond by staying late to help my friend and I on a Friday night. We came back the next week to get all of our glasses and they fit and work wonderfully!! April the manager really runs the store well and her 30 years of experience helped us fit our glasses so quickly! This was my best eyeglass experience yet!

April (store manger) & all of her staff are always friendly, accommodating, and have been super helpful with all my familys eye care needs, from setting up eye screenings, to helping pick out the best pair of frame & lenses, to just keeping my 3 yr. old daughter pacified while browsing the stores inventory. April & her staff have always been more than fair, supportive, & honest whenever helping my family out with any of their eye care needs, and that is why without reservations I can say I would highly recommend their Woodland Hills Mall Lens Crafters location as my top (eye-care) spot to refer any of my friends & family..!

As stated in other reviews, the customer service here is awful. They are currently only letting 1-2 people in the entire store at one time for safety reasons. When I was there, I was the ONLY person in there aside from the 2 employees. No one within 50 feet of me and Ive been fully vaccinated.As I was trying on a rather expensive pair of Armani frames, my glasses kept fogging up because of my mask. I couldnt even see how they looked on my face. I pulled my mask down to let some air hit the lenses and the rude saleslady barks at me from across the store Dont do it! Ill kick you out. It made my girlfriend and her daughter so upset they left to go shop elsewhere.Go anywhere else besides here for glasses. Its simply not worth being treated this way when there are so many better alternatives. If your employees are so afraid of being reprimanded by their bosses that they are willing to berate customers for no reason, well, that tells me everything I need to know about your company.

Got my glasses done same day! So happy. I didn’t realize the Promenade location could no longer do glasses the same day so I hurried over to the Woodland Hills location and they were so helpful. If you want glasses done the same day, come here! One of the only places in the Tulsa metro that can do it, especially if you want add ons! I got computer protection and coating for night time driving the same day. I’m ecstatic!

They got my glasses to me in an hour! I was even to get blue light lens. I didnt`t know that was even possible.The staff is amazing. Stefan helped me with my order. He said he also working in the lab and explained to me how the lens I ordered will help me while I am on the computer. He made me feel like it was just two friends talking. I didnt feel like I was being overwhelmed with information. Not to mention the fact the staff is cleaning all the frames after anyone tries them on. This store is doing it right.

The staff made me feel so safe with everything that is going on with Covid. I have been so worried about trying to get a new pair of glasses. The manger I believe April was her name was on top of making sure everyone in the store was following guidelines of their store. They were able to get my glasses done in a hour. They made sure that my glasses fit and explained to me if I had any issues at all I could come back in. I cant thank them enough for all their help.

I have been a customer here for the last 3 years and that is primarily because of April. I dont live in Tulsa so I drive here to buy glasses from her because she makes it so personable and is not pushy at all. As soon as I walked in she remembered me from the previous year and even details about the glasses I was debating on last year. Not only did I get new lenses in my current glasses but I also went ahead and bought sunglasses because I wanted to buy from her and not order them.

Had an amazing experience at this location with the staff, so I decided to leave a review. While I was here I witnessed a customer become irate and start harassing the employees when told he had to wear a mask, even though it was posted everywhere and he was told before he stepped in that he would have to. They handled it much more professionally than I could’ve, especially while being threatened and cursed at. Seems as though the only bad reviews on this business are from adults who can’t follow rules and throw tantrums when they don’t get their way, as I witnessed today. Be kind to workers, you don’t know what they put up with day to day. These employees here are so sweet and helpful and could use a prayer sent their way 🙏

Samantha is the best! So patient and helpful and very knowledgeable about glasses. Made me feel very safe with all of their covid precautions in place, as a high risk person I felt safe in there. I’ve shopped here for more than 15 years, maybe as long as 20. I’ve always had excellent customer service. I was the only customer today & there were only 3 names on sign in clip board. I appreciated the Covid care last year, but today was aggressive & unnecessary. The clerk/manager hovered & then stationed herself 5 or so ft behind me as I tried on glasses because she did not appreciate that I’d pull my mask down in front of the mirror to see the full affect on my face. I ignored her. Note: I wear a mask everywhere, I don’t eat in restaurants, I still order groceries online. I teach & wear a mask & provide all sort of safety measures at school in compliance w/ CDC guidelines. There is something called situational common sense. My behavior was not putting anyone at risk, I was waiting for my friend to FaceTime me to help select. I had 3-4 picked out. Reminder she heard convo because she’d stationed herself as the sentinel behind me. It was obvious & I had mad my selections regardless. She decided to remind me I had to keep my mask up at all times - I couldn’t view the glasses on my face. I told her if that’s how it is I won’t be buying any. $500-$700. She became defensive the other clerk threatened they had a right to enforce policy & could call the police - all I said is I won’t spend that kind of money under those standards. I didn’t threaten or insult anyone. I was annoyed & I thought they lacked situational common sense. According to the clipboard only 3 customers came in today. I was the only customer at the time. It was overkill, aggressive & unnecessary.

My glasses broke. Its Sunday and you were all Imy husband could find open. I cant see without my glasses. I have no insurance, retired and not a lot of money. I was told you dont repair glasses that werent bought there. I was also told you couldnt put my lenses in another frame. The glasses are rimless and shouldnt be a hard swap. Thanks for nothing.

Blonde woman that works in the store is extremely rude. I have very thick skin and have never left a bad review before but geez, this woman needs to relax. I was about to buy a pair of 500 dollar glasses (no insurance), I was the only person in the store, she was 20ft away, I pulled my mask down to actually see what they looked like on my face before final purchase and she looses it on me. Starts going off on how she is responsible and will get into trouble and wow. I am assuming management isnt threatening the employees as bad as she portrayed because she was pretty rude before she went off on me, its probably just issues within herself. I put down the glasses and walked out the store. I had my mask on the entire time and made sure no one was around to just get one look of them on my face before purchasing, absolutely ridiculous.

I had made an appointment to see the Eye Care Center at Lenscrafters in the Woodland Hills Mall on Thursday afternoon. On Friday when I arrived they told me that there was no appointment scheduled. They were able to get me in anyway without an appointment (even though I had 100% made an appointment the day before). Due to the mandatory mask order, it became impossible to test vision as my glasses and the machine would continuously fog up. I was so worried about having too much correction because of the added factor of fogging up the glass. The doctor who saw me became immediately dismissive when I explained that I didn’t want to buy the expensive contact lenses and that I’d be ordering the brand I wanted from an online retailer. I’ve never had a more frustrating eye exam where I had so few choices of 1 or 2. And I was specifically told to answer in short yes or no answers and to not make a bunch of small talk saying “Well, 1 is clear but 2 is a little better, etc…” Between fogging up the machine and providing short answers I felt like I had no agency in my eye exam. I felt like we weren’t understanding each other at all. The room where I tried on the contacts had no paper towels so I sat there with wet hands after washing them before my fitting. On the way out, the receptionist had the wrong total and the machine was out of paper. My guess is this is the receptionist who I “booked my appointment with”. The punchline to all of this was that even though I had asked multiple times throughout the exam to have a specific brand of contacts, the doctor put the more expensive brand that I didn’t want on the prescription. When I called the online retailer to order more contacts, they said this prescription won’t work because the doctor did not approve the brand. I’ve been wearing this brand of contacts for 5+ years and I’ve never had a problem with them. I guess he wouldn’t prescribe the ones I wanted because he didn’t have them in stock for me to try on? I’ve been using Lenscrafters eye doctors for years in different cities I’ve lived in and I’ve never had such problems like this before. I’m kicking myself because I could have gone to the other Lenscrafters which was closer to my house but I drove 20 minutes out of the way to this one because they could get me in sooner and had I done that, I might have gotten my contacts sooner. But because I was not listened to in this office, I have no idea when my contacts will be arriving.

I always receive excellent customer service on a consistent basis. Purchased 4 or 5 glasses with progressive lenses within the past 6 or 7 years and couldnt be happier with all of them. My 11 year old daughter Samantha needed a routine eye exam at Tulsa, OK 71st Store in Woodland mall. She didn’t need glasses. They charged for tons of extra medical testing that was not routine. Walked out paying almost $100 for what I thought was a regular eye exam for my daughter!!! They dilated her eyes. Did radial mapping plus other tests. Her vision was good. They refused to refund us. Kathleen from Eye Med Insurance thought was very strange to do all these test for a routine eye exam on an........11 year old girl. Also reported a complaint BB of Tulsa. Cameron.....at Lens Crafters was not helpful and tried to explain it away. Very unhappy had to for go getting a Fathers Day gift to pay for this unexpected expense. :/ Dr. Nick Martin should of advised this was unnecessary testing.

Called just to ask about IPD measurements, was told they were HIPPA violation to tell me my own IPD over the phone, so I had a laugh about it and joked about how its the same as literally looking at someones hair and saying, Hah thats brown hair and then getting told that brown hair is a HIPPA violation to discuss over the phone. Ol mate over the phone, no idea who he is, got really offended by it. Got a short temper with me over the phone and told me to Measure myself with a ruler then.

I paid nearly $400 after insurance even with their special for the cheapest ray ban frames and lenses with only anti-reflective and what I thought was scratch resistant coating. Well 1. They messed up my prescription once. Then the new pair of lenses had bubbles in them. They replaced them once again. It was 2 weeks later I was in Dallas and somehow there were a few scratch marks on my right lense. I had an ophthalmologist appointment and a regular optometrist appointment and they both said the same thing. It was where the coating was peeling away from the lense. They told me to go back to Lenscrafters and get them replace. Lenscrafters said they were scratched and it is not the coating also it wasnt covered by any warranty. They then offered to replace the lenses for $260. I went back to my new optometrist and Im getting new Ray Ban frames, transition lenses with blue light filter, anti-reflective, scratch resistant coating for $260 with insurance and no other discounts. I would not advise anyone to go to this place unless they want to be over charged and not valued for the price you paid for a warranty.

April, Manager of Lenscrafters at Woodland Hills, and Dr. Martin are the BEST! Testing my eyes and getting the prescription right is not easy as I need prisms, etc. and Dr. Martin is the only doctor I have found that can get me at 20/20. It is obvious that April loves her job and loves making sure her customers leave happy and satisfied with their eyewear. Have shopped at this store for years and will continue to do so in the future!

Save ur money for something else, because I bought a frame from this place. It took me less than 3 years, then the frames arms snapped off by themselves because they became very weak. Why? Because my body produces chemicals that weaken the frame, said the customer service woman!! Is that even a reason somebody would tell in a store like that?! Dont let them fool u as they did with me.

They do not try to help you at all... I told them about my contacts ripping and needing to fix they problem and their answer was buy more and I was the problem they are ripping due to my allergies and the way I’m putting them in... I’ve had contacts for 10+ year and have never had a problem... I even mentioned that I’m getting married in a week and afraid I won’t have contact for the wedding day and they didn’t seem to care a bit... don’t waste your time or money!!

We went to this lenscrafters to see about getting my wifes glasses fixed, an elderly lady there helped us, she took a look at the glasses which had the earpiece fallen off, the screw was missing, and immediately told us nothing could be done to fix them. She wouldnt even try to find a new screw. She told us that we needed to buy a new pair, we asked about getting the prescription put into some old frames and she said we could not get it done without sending them in because a contract with Oakley, I asked her what it would cost and she could not figure out how to use the tablets they have to find the price, she eventually found the price to order a new pair of glasses from Oakley and tried to pass that as the price of having new lenses put in. She then tried to press us into buying a new pair of glasses again. We left and went to the sunglasses hut and had a new screw installed and my wife had her glasses fixed in minutes. When I went back into lenscrafters to tell the younger girl working in there about the experience all she had to say was at least they are fixed. They do not believe in customer service at this store and only pushed sales on us and when I told the younger girl that we have used them for years and due to lack of service they would not be getting our business again she could care less. We will not be going back to this branch and if you are going to use lenscrafters I suggest you use the 4 1st and memorial store if you want to actually be helped.
