After having a very disappointing experience at another CVS, the pharmacist I spoke with at 21st and Harvard was so helpful and kind. My daughters prescription was ready in less than 5 minutes. We will definitely continue to use this pharmacy!
I went here for both covid vaccinations. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Truly enjoyed the experience (as much as one can enjoy getting a shot). Will go back to this store and staff for any pharmacy/medicine needs.
Ms.Lynn is always there working hard, she is helpful and sometimes appears to be the only one and manages to handle everything. I enjoy seeing her because she is welcoming. this is where I print the majority of all my photos. This store location is often calm and not as busy as the location on 15th Street can get.Only negative I have is the phone system! No one ever answers the phone and the automated robot guy does not listen!!! Not everyone is calling for a prescription.
I didnt go in just went thru the drive thru for my prescription
Very helpful and concerned staff. I love going here is I know Ill be will taken care of. Also the waiting line is usually not that long and theyll text you when your refills are ready so you dont even ever have to wait
Great store, the sales personnel are very friendly and the pharmacist is very good and knowledgeable about the medication that I came in to pick up. He knew that it was higher than normal and checked to see why.
The store is fine and the workers there have been friendly. The pharmacy, however, lets the phone ring off the hook, then waits for the customer to come in to pick up the Rx before telling them oh, theres something wrong with the instructions, youll have to have your Dr send it over again. Really? On a mouthwash Rx for a cancer patient, not even a controlled substance. Youve been a big fat help Regina. We will go somewhere else from now on.
I have been shopping at this CVS location for over 3 years because of the store employees. I do most of my shopping after 7pm so I usually deal with the night time employees. Every time I have entered the store I have been greeted by at least one friendly, smiling and happy employee saying Hello Welcome to CVS. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful.
I shop here regularly. The store is very clean and carries a great variety of health and beauty products. The staff are very nice, especially the manager who always smiles and greets me. By using the CVS Extra Care Card, I regularly get bonus bucks, offers of 32% off my entire purchase and many other coupons that save me a lot. On a recent visit, my total went down almost 45% with a combination of discount coupons and bonus bucks. In the pharmacy I feel like my health is a priority. I am a big fan of this CVS.
Employees are always awesome! One of my favorite stores to visit. Manager, Dylan, is always super helpful and nice! Pharmacy is fast and friendly. Awesome reward points system, too!
EVERY SINGLE time I try to get a script filled here there’s an issue!
Best pharmacy experience. Pharmacist and staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Store staff has always been very welcoming and helpful.
I have to say I’ve had the same problems as the other people. Some of the pharmacy staff are nice but some are very ignorant and give unsolicited and absolutely wrong advice. The cashiers up front are so great though! The only reason I still go there is convince.
Justin is not only the best pharmacist we have been To, but one of the best people we have ever met. He has helped my wife and I more tines than I can count. From making sure our meds dont have bad interactions to explaining side effects, to just going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. When he switched stores, he called to let me know. Just to check on us, and to let us know that he was still available and looking out for us. Who does that? What a great guy! Check him out, you will not be disappointed!!
Do NOT go here if you need prescriptions, I was on hold for 30 minutes before speaking to someone, unacceptable!
My mother, who has been fighting ovarian cancer for almost 5 years, was turned away from here and actually called names (addict, you have problems, get help) by the pharmacy attendant. His name may of been Brian. Nonetheless, the fact that they hired a peruse of a professional who would say that to anyone, has inclined me to speak out. Beyond unacceptable and potentially unlawful, We will be bringing this problem to the light so that CVS has the opportunity to remedy the problem. Until then I would never go here. They must be boycotted until they apologize for the discrimination, offensive language, and lack of compassion.
The pharmacy never can tell if they have enough to fill my script or not. On one occasion, I went to fill the script and was turned away because they didnt have enough (after the manager told me multiple times they would). 4 days later the manager called and apologized because they actually had enough and told me to bring the script back. After I dropped it off and drove home, the pharmacy called me to tell me it had expired and they couldnt fill it. I asked for the manager and pointed out to him that the script wasnt expired when I attempted to drop it off 4 days prior. Now I have to wait a MONTH to get a new script from my doctor. I will not fill my prescriptions with this CVS anymore.
I recently had an issue with my insurance changes to my prescriptions. I was not very happy about the possibility of having to move back to Walgreens (who are terrible) or move to Walmart to save money.I spoke with Ashley in the pharmacy and explained my situation. Ashley patiently listened to my problems. She then found a way to save on my prescriptions and stay with CVS! I cant thank her enough! She is fantastic in my book! CVS should be happy they have someone that represents the quality care people need. Thank you Ashley!
This pharmacy is terrible. I have no insurance at the moment and have been using those discount cards on my rx and have never had any issues at any cvs until i moved to tulsa. I had my rx transfered from a cvs in okc and when i went to pick them up it was double The price and when I asked about it they said The pharmacist wont fill my rx with a discount card because of the type of medicine. They wont fill (suboxone) on a discount card. Who cares what type it is? I just think this pharmacist has a hard on for anyone taking any kind of rx like that. Just shut up and fill my rx and do your job. They would rather make a person pay full price and lose that customer than just accepting the discount card I looked it up and I guess its at the pharmacists discretion but I dont understand what the issue is since I have had no issue at any other cvs. So now I have to try and find another pharmacy that will fill my rx using a discount card. Cvs just lost a 6 year customer because some pharmacist decided she wont let me use e discount card but I know they dont care they have plenty of customers
Terrible! No one at the registers, when a vendor finally notified the shift leader that there are people waiting she slowly made her way up front then yelling at an elderly man that he was standing at the wrong register, continued to be rude and didnt even ask for my cvs card! Where is the nearest Walgreens???
Helpful staff (especially with make-up)
This pharmacy has made multiple mistakes with my wifes diabetic medicine and equipment. Once or twice, okay, no one is perfect but sheesh... Whenever I call to see if they have enough adderall for my refill, the same space cadet girl answers and wants to know my name and birth date. Any other cvs I have called never asks, just that one air-headed tech. They never seem to have any of my medicine in stock and its to the point that I dont even bother to call or go by. I suggest the cvs at 71st and Yale. I dont have to wait almost an hour, the techs know what they are talking about and my medicine is rarely out of stock.
Blame everything on corporate doesnt take any responsibility for themselves
Quick, easy and the pharmacist was very nice!!
Ill be moving my RX business elsewhere. Its really inconvenient that the pharmacy doesnt open until 9:00 am.
The red headed pharmacists is very rude
Rude, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable staff!
Nice
