These are the best cookies you can get. The staff is great, the store is cute and clean, and the designs are creative, adorable, and well done. I have ordered from here for several events (work-related, sons birthday, wedding, etc.) and have also just stopped in a few times for an individual cookie. I have never been disappointed! Super expensive!!!I love the size and thickness of these cookies. However, I found that the toffee cookie barely had any toffee at all, as it was mostly chocolate chips. And the cookies and cream cookie just tasted like plain cookie dough. And the snickerdoodle cookie needs a lot more cinnamon and sugar.

This is my new addiction, yall. These cookies are huge and delicious. Unless you want dainty and cute, theyll do that too. They do Gluten free but you had better show up early to get some.

Every Saturday afternoon I make a special outing across Tulsa to locate the best cookies in town. So far, OKCookieMomster is the standard by which all others are compared. These cookies are baked to perfection; soft center with a slight crisp on the edges. The sweetness is incredibly balanced so at no point is the sugar overwhelming. The two I tried are chocolate chip and another chocolate chip with pecans. Bravo OKCookieMomster!

The cookies are literally INCREDIBLE and the people that run it are so kind. Every time I go in there I always leave happier. They also have a great retail side with fun gifts. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Cookies are good, but….I placed a special order cake for my daughters birthday and was very specific on the size and shape, round stacked for 6-8 people. When I picked it up, it was a large rectangle and about 5 times the size I needed. The young woman working was very flippant and didn’t care. I had to take the cake or I would have had a very upset daughter. Since I have sent FB message and emails with no response. The business phone is not answered, no voice mail and the shop is too far from my work to go at lunch time. I will no longer do business there.

All of the flavors Ive had are delicious, fresh and huge! The staff are amazing as well. I get aggravated at how obsessed I am. If you love cookies THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE!

I order these delicious and wonderful cookies every year for my kiddos’ bday and special events and love the cookie decorating kits. However, they have lost me as a customer. I ordered online and the “computer had a glitch” so my order was not fulfilled. Coincidentally, the same thing happened 2 years ago but thankfully they pulled through then and fulfilled my order. Sadly, they weren’t able to fulfill this time. It would have been nice if they would have bent over backwards to make it right. My recommendation would be to not use the online ordering option unless you want to be severely disappointed.

I had an OK Cookie Momster cookie sometime last year as a promotion. I was very impressed with it and had mentioned the company more than once to my boyfriend. Last week my boyfriend surprised me with a pizza [cookie] box full of a variety of flavors. They were so incredibly delicious. Now Im telling everyone about OK Cookie Momster. Keep up the good work!

I was so excited to order 2 dozen Minecraft cookies for my son’s 10th birthday. Even though I ordered well in advance I had to wait 15 minutes in an empty store while the staff was chatting in back.I was in a hurry. When they brought the cookies out I had requested and confirmed that the cookies to be individually wrapped for COVID restrictions for a party. They werent wrapped. I had to have the birthday boy hurriedly wrap each cookie in the car on the way to the party. The icing was wet and smeared everywhere. The cookies for 2 dozen was $95.00. I expected more. When I asked for the manager they said there wasn’t one and the person who took my order didn’t work their anymore. Very disappointed and won’t return or recommend. I did not appreciate the customer service and quality of the cookies.The base was good.Update: I emailed them and the owner apologized and offered me a free dozen

I just received wonderful customer service from Libby, Lauren, and Holly at OKCookieMomster. I called this morning (last minute) to order a Thanksgiving cookie cake and they were happy to have it made for me today. I had questions about ingredients due to an allergy, and they kindly answered all questions. I arrived and realized upon paying I ordered the wrong size. It was my fault, and yet they were kind and offered to make me another one TODAY. They could have easily been annoyed by my interactions, but they continued to offer wonderful customer service through it all. Not to mention, their cookie cakes taste great!

Visually enticing and hot out of the oven, Cookie Monster himself would give his seal of approval.Regular cookies go for $2.50 each, $3.75 for an iced cookie, and $5 for a slice (5x7 looking) of iced cookie cake.They look pricey, but they are very generous in terms of size and toppings. Im sure theyre delicious, but I wouldnt know yet.There were two obviously much smaller slices of cookie cake on the bottom rack, as if a single slice had been cut into and separated. I asked how much for the half size slices, and the polite lady behind the counter said they are $5. I asked again, twice just to be clear, and point them out so she could see what I was looking at. She again politely responded they are all $5, even if the sizes are different.There is no problem if the actual slice of cookie cake can vary slightly, thats to be expected when your hand cutting things. But when the size of the slice is literally half the size of the other slices, and you charge just as much, theres a disconnect there.So, instead of purchasing a cookie from cookie monster, I said thank you and left. Maybe next time, and the next review will be updated accordingly.

Seems pricy until you realize the SIZE of these cookies. I am a SNOB about my baked goods, and I dont think Ive ever had a sugar cookie this tasty. Most of the time sugar cookies are bland, WAY too almond extract-y, too dry, or too sweet... These are the most scrumptious sugar cookies Ive ever had with expert decorating skills. The other cookies on the menu are quite good as well.

OK CookieMomster made the MOST darling and delicious cookies for our wedding favors! The cookies were in the shapes of our home states and individually wrapped with ribbons. They were the perfect detail to send home with our guests after celebrating all night. Libby was super easy to work with and her customer service was professional, yet personable. It is difficult to find such artful cookies that also taste great and OK CookieMomster has certainly achieved this balance. I highly recommend OK CookieMomster for all of your cookie needs!
