I contacted IMS about a sewer plant motor that was down, over the phone I was told they were booked up for a week. When I took my motor in James must have thought sewer plants were pretty important, He just took my motor back and fixed it while I waited. Saved me having to buy a new motor and saved me a lot of money!Thanks James! Really appreciate it!

I had a relatively small motor from my drill press that was not working right and Mike took a look at it for me for free! It turned out to be just fine -- (operator error!) The point is, Mike will take good care of you.
