I was looking for 60 months financing and called and talk to Marc. He reassured me yes they were doing it. He found me a mower then ask me for information for credit app. Got my payment book you guessed it. It was for 48 months. Marc never said it was only for 48 months. I then called talk to Bruce a manager and complained. He told me someone from upper management would call me. That person never called. It was my first experience with this company. Marc should have told me up front but he felt the need to hide information. Be careful when trying buying from him. Buyer beware
I am a customer for life. Bobo, Lisa and TJ are fantastic to work with. When I had an issue with my new Spartan mower, they went above and beyond to make it right; even making multiple trips to my house 25 miles away. I cant say enough about their service. It is rare to find this level of service and integrity. (And I love my Spartan mower too!)
Great customer service! Tuned up and fixed a major problem with my Hustler SD mower. Came back in the next week with a small engine repair on my Stihl chainsaw and they fixed it for free. My next farm and garden purchase will be from here.
I purchased a Spartan mower from this group last year which was one of the worst buying experiences I had ever had. I wish I would have given another company my business. I wasn’t going to leave a review about my purchase thinking it was an isolated incident. I decided to give them another try and I called last week to verify they had parts and oil and for my specific engine and the guy said yes they have it all. I drove 45 minutes to get there and wait on the guy to look for oil, oil filter, fuel filter for 15 minutes just to say they don’t have the oil filter but they can get it the following Monday. I was so irritated. I will never do business with them again seeing now that it was not an isolated incident. If I need any Spartan parts I will but then online and not waste my time with this outfit.
Great people to work with and willing to help customers to satisfaction.
I have had my zero turn Hustler serviced here for years. The people here are top notch, 110% making sure they do a good job and help you with any questions. Best place around. Very honest and back their word and service, which is hard to find. Stop by or call to see what all they have to offer.
I have had many dealings with this business and they treat you like family. The owner Bobo is very helpful and kind. I enjoy seeing Stan, Lisa and Dave. The young lady who is the receptionist is kind and sweet. Thank God for such a great group of people.
Ive visited twice, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but found both times that didnt matter which staff I dealt with, they were very rude and not caring... Would highly NOT recommend 😠
Man I cant describe how good these people are! They will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy! I would recommend them to anyone I know because of there hard work and dedication to the customer!
Customer service is fantastic. They were fast, friendly, incredibly helpful and willing to answer all my dumb questions. I highly recommend them and Ill be using them for all of my chainsaw and skid steer work as long as Im in south Tulsa.
Great ppl
Amazing customer service! Highly recommended Kubota of Tulsa.
My tractor was in their shop for exactly 3 months. (3-15 until 6-15). I needed routine service and I needed a front end loader and 2 remotes for hay equipment. I picked up the tractor today after many delays. When I got it home and hooked up a mower, I found that the hydraulics operating the 3-point hitch no longer works. I talked with the mechanic and he was sympathetic and made a suggestion that I shut off the hydraulic fluid to the front end of the tractor as a way of restoring the operation of the 3-point hitch. Although that solution did not sound ideal, I did as instructed, but only succeeded in shutting off the fluid to the front end loader without restoring the operation at the rear of the tractor. I will post updates...... I worked on the issue this morning. The hydraulic system is weak. The 3-point hitch will raise if there is no load and I raise the rpms. The front end loader will operate, but it is also a bit sluggish and will not raise a fairly light load very high on a consistent basis. The fluid is milky, suggesting a need for another change of fluid and filters. I will continue to post updates as I leave phone messages for Bobo. The problem was finally resolved when my tractor was taken to the Okmulgee shop. I was told that one simple adjustment was needed to make the hydraulics operate. My concern is with the folks at the South Memorial store refusing to do the service necessary for me to use my tractor while we waited for the front end loader to arrive. I paid for the loader AND the labor to install it before they ordered it, so there was no doubt that I would return to get the $6,175 of value. If they had done the other work when I asked them to do it, ( and paid an additional $6k+) we would have discovered the problem with the hydraulics months ago and resolved it. I will add that Bobo did loan me a smaller tractor that allowed me to get some of the work accomplished, but not in the hay field.
Bobo Newton is hands down one of the most knowledgeable businessmen I have ever had the pleasure to meet and is a testament of how a businessman should conduct himself, not only did i get OUTSTANDING deal on my new hustler he even delivered it 45 miles away
Only had and heard about amazing service from this company they treat you like family!! Definitely recommend them!!
Dropped off my blower for a tune up. It was ready when they said it would be and not only that 3 years of dirt, grime & grease gone. I thought they gave me the wrong unit. Thank y’all so much.
