Im still taken aback. I tried leaving a review on their website expressing my concerns over the way they have handled my subscription recently. Not only did they not let the review post to the website, they wiped all orders and subscriptions from my account, making it appear as a brand new one. Let me be clear, I was likely going to cancel my subscription anyways, but I cant believe the shady practices they took in doing this. I gave them ample time to open up a conversation with me before I posted this review but it appears they dont care. I cannot in good regards recommend anyone to buy from this company. Hopefully if you do decide to use them, you have a better experience than I did. Again, I cannot recommend that you do.

My boyfriend and I were in Tulsa for the day for his birthday, and were just looking for a store to browse before we had to meet our friends for plans. We stumbled upon Covenant, not looking into it a whole bunch, thinking it was maybe like GameHQ in OKC, a tabletop game store with tables for playing.Nah, Covenant is more like your friends house, with a bunch of tables set up. Theres a wall of open board and card games that you can borrow -for free- to test them in store. The employee that helped us was SO helpful and incredibly friendly; I wish I could remember his name. Im particularly bad at that.We set up the Arkham Horror LCG and begun playing. There were several groups sitting around us playing their own or other borrowed games. The employee was hanging out playing with a group, as well as checking up on everyone in the room, and was helping other people with rules. He came over to us and tried helping us with the rules, and was apologetic that he hadnt played the game a lot. We were just grateful that he offered to help.Feeling awesome but awkward because we werent paying anything to play a game, we ordered a couple beers. They werent my favorite beers ever but they did the trick. I was more focused on the game (which is really fun, by the way). The games are all for sale, as well, but we didnt purchase anything at the time, as we finished our game in-store. The rental games are all packed neatly and in a way that makes it easy to follow game rules.Anyway, Im rambling. This place is cool. Take your friends.

Great clean friendly atmosphere that is family friendly. Games to try, subscription services and custom game additions. For adults the is a few adult beverage selections in addition to a handful of soda, water, & snacks. Large open table and chairs to group players and tournaments. Last Saturday of the month is a paint day that also currently allows some airbrushing!

There are so many fantastic aspects associated with Team Covenant and Covenant Tulsa, but if I had to single out one point of excellence it would rest with their staff. All correspondences, are friendly, respectful and helpful. They go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns. If you prefer to operate online, the online group and focal contact, Robert, is the best; Covenant provides top support in a prompt manner. I love this company and will continue to be a fervent supporter.

Wonderful store with great service. The casual atmosphere matches goes well with the local beers they had on tap. Whether you want the competitive nature of a game store, a chill place to try out board games with the family, or a place to drink and chat with friends, this is a great location.

A friend suggested that we met there for some games there rather than at his place. It was a great idea! It was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. They serve snacks and drinks .. including some very good beer on tap. I was back the next day and plan on making it a hangout.

Fantastic place to find a new hobby! The staff is very friendly. Great place to meetup and play games, with plenty of room and comfortable arrangements. They also have what might be the cleanest bathroom on the planet. The store doesnt follow a traditional setup, so if you are looking for something be sure and ask!!

Everything, literally everything. However, the complex and meaningful conversations I have with the staff are my favorite interaction with Team Covenant. Our conversations range over whose going to win the NFC East, to intricate details of supply chain logistics and music theory.Cannot recommend these people more, do yourself a favor and go meet them.J--

As a newbie to geek games, I was a little hesitant but neednt have been. They have great customer service and nice knowledgeable staff and were willing to field my 1001 dumb questions. Also, I had my 3 & 5 year olds with me and they didnt give me the evil eye even though mine were the only children in the store. The best part is they have a wall full of the latest games that you can borrow in the store and sit at a table and try them out. Thats earned them at least 2 sales from me and probably more in the future. The selection is smaller than some places but they mostly just have 1 of everything out and more in the back. Also, they serve drinks and snacks for a reasonable price so its a nice relaxing place to hang out.

Honestly, I was very impressed. The store itself is extremely clean. The is no nerd smell, no dust, no musk. The tables were wooden tables, not cheap fold out tables. Didnt pay much attention to the chairs. The clients were very quiet. The clerk was extremely nice, polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. The store itself, however, is not your normal LGS. It is mostly for board games or LCG (not TCG like Magic or Yu-Gi-Oh). The store does have a membership program which is $15 a month and you get pre-orders and one free starter LCG. To me, it seems like more of a hangout location than a shop, but it is a hangout location I am willing to go to. They are active on YouTube (Team Covenant) and have a Facebook group to help people find play groups.

WARNING!!DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM TEAM COVENANT!Dear friends and fellow gamers.I would seriously think twice before ordering anything from Team Covenant. I posted and paid for an order for more than six months ago and still havent recieved my order.Team Covenant have not put two fingers together to help me with this. All Ive got is mistrust and a statment that I should have paid more than twice the amount of the order for the shipment in order for it to be insured.Today - more than six months after my order and payment - Team Covenant states that they have my order in their posession and ask that I pay further money in order for them to send it to me.I find this outrageous, thus I want to give you this friendly warning.MIND, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Kind regards/Andreas
