This is a great company with great people from the owner, Steve, to the salesman Tim to the installers Josh and Julio. I met Steve at the home and garden show and asked him a few question about Heat-AC units and he was very helpful. He even gave me some advice on which units he suggest and didn’t try to up sale me, he even said not to waste my money on super high SEER units for this area. And that’s what sold me on them. So I had them come out and give me a bid on replace 2 complete systems and installation of another in my detached garage. Tim, the salesman, was very easy to work with, took time to explain and educate me on several things and gave me a VERY competitive bid, lower than I expected. I told them they won my business on Monday and they were there the next Monday doing the job (I figured it would be a few weeks). He was involved and kept in touch throughout the installation. Both the installers, Josh and Julio, were awesome and very professional. This was a big job and they worked their butts off. They were very courteous and I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my house and shop when I had to run errands. They didn’t cut corners and did a great job. So if your looking for a good company to help you out with your heat and AC needs, these are your guys and I recommend them very highly.

From the first call, to scheduling, to promptness to courteous and professional advice. These guys cant be beat. Tim the salesman KNOWS his stuff. He doesnt mislead or add extras he is to the point and honest. How often do you find that anymore? Then scheduling was a bit tricky because we had all that storming. But it didnt stop them. The techs Julio and Evan came worked quickly and so efficiently. These guys make a terrific team. They make SURE the equipment works properly and they go the extra mile. Had all old HVAC equipment replaced with all new. Master Service is family owned. Met with the owner, Steve, several times before awarding bid. The conversations and bid process were never rushed. Installation, by Josh and Julio, was methodical, thorough, professional and done with a sense of pride. Owner personally reviewed completion and start-up and made one adjustment at my request which i suspect most companies would have said no that everything was working fine. I now have cool, clean, refreshing air and should have for years to come. Job well done.

I have been using Master Service for a number of years now, they installed my heat/air unit and provide ongoing maintenance. They are exceptional in every way. I called yesterday (Debbie is awesome) because some of the rooms in my home werent as cool as others (air was barely flowing through vents) and Steve came out this morning (fast!) and discovered the problem immediately. He fixed it quickly and I was very happy with the price. I would not use anyone else but Master Service. Highly recommend!

I spoke with my landlord at 8:50 p.m., and told him we were melting over here. Justin was here about 10:20 p.m. and had the a/c running by 11:00. He’ll be back in the morning with a fan blade and motor to complete the repair. Really happy we don’t have to sweat out the night! Thanks, Justin!

In a word...AWESOME! Very caring and knowledgeable! Last summer another HVAC company tried to take advantage of my 88 year old father, they wanted to charge over $10,00 to replace equipment and werent interested in repairing anything. I then called Master Service, they came right out and gave me several options from repair to replacement. The repair option we chose got us through the summer at a fraction of the cost. Master Service came back out this week to evaluate and said the system was leaking. Again we were given multiple optons. We went with equipment replacement and the cost was less than half what the other company quoted. Everyone I have dealt with at Master Service from office staff, installers to the owner have been caring, efficient, knowledgeable and overall just great and I highly recommend them. They are a company you can trust and they give discounts for veterans and if you have a maintenance agreement!

Been using Master Service for years. When I got home one morning we needed service on our unit, called it in and Mike came out and dignosed the problem that would be costly on a old unit, he called Tim to give us pricing for a new unit and he was very helpful and even brought Consumer Reports for us to see the ratings,the next morning Josh and Mike came to do the install and left everything clean. My 90 year old neighbor called this morning because her heater was making noise and she had to turn it off. The lady who took her call at this 24 hour business told her the service people dont come in until 9--so I guess open 24 hours is not truthful.The service man came and told her she needed a new motor. If she wanted to pay an extra $100, he could get them to open, so he could get the part. Otherwise, it will be tomorrow morning. Disgusting way to do business with an elderly customer who has been doing business with you for years. Sharing with everyone I know.

These guys are incredible! Our AC went out at 1am I called them at 7 this morning and my problem is already fixed. We have colder air blowing in through our vents then we have ever had. They are polite, friendly, and honest. The Tech Justin gave me options to fix the problem and tried to work with my budget to help me. By far the best customer service I have ever had! The owner, Steve, showed up for a service call at 9:30 am as arranged. Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed my problem. He gave me a great explanation, showed me pictures of the unit in the attic and the problem areas. Then he gave me a couple of options from a repair that would cost me $400-600 and may or may not hold me through the summer, to replacing just the AC. or the AC and furnace. He went through the pros and cons of each with me and I decided to replace my entire system due to the age of my home. He was able to get his salesperson, Tim, to my house within an hour. Tim went through their product offerings with me and explained in detail the items included in installation, the warranty and financing options. Tim left my home around noon to pull permits for the work. Brett and Zac showed up at 1pm to begin removing my old units and preparing for the installation. Around 2pm Tim was back with my paperwork and the new equipment and Brett and Zac completed the install by 4:15pm. Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I asked questions of everyone and was impressed with Tims product knowledge and Zacs knowledge of why certain things are done a certain way in the installation process. Its not a great day when your AC goes out and you need to spend thousands of dollars to replace it, but these guys made it a little easier! Thanks so much for making a bad day better!
