Was planning on getting gelato here but when I couldnt find the place in the Mall. I tried calling and it rang once then went to voice-mail. Saw it just then and as I walked up the young lady working was busy talking with 2 guys that were obviously not ordering anything. Looked in the case and most of the gelato pans were empty. And there was no way the case could hold half of the geloatos shown in the pictures. Will find someplace else for my gelato.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! The girl there should not work face to face customer service never mind in food service. The work area was a mess, the gelato had off colored film on top, and the girl was extremely rude. The eye rolling, 2 nail tapping and belly scratching was awful. I decided to not make a purchase after witnessing her extremely rude behavior towards the customers ahead of me. She screamed at them about not texting when in fact, she was on her phone. The entire area there witnessed. As a business owner, I would encourage the business owner of this location to find better help.

The lady here is so rude and she actually cussed at us because the one in charge asked her to trade places. She was rolling her eyes at people. I heard her with the customers after us and she was also super rude to them. I wish I had not paid and I would never ever come back!

I went to the location in the Woodland Hills mall and this was the worst experience I’ve had. The girl named Jasmine had an attitude the whole time. She didn’t even say hello she just stared at me and was tapping on the register acting like I was bothering her. Once we ordered, I was watching her make the smoothies and noticed she was using a dirty cup and before she had the chance to blend it I told her to cancel my order and refund my money. Using dirty appliances can be dangerous and you can make someone sick. What’s sad is this was my first time going here too. I’m never coming back.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady helping us was anything but. She was rude and acted as though I was bothering her, plus she didn’t ask what size I wanted so she just gave me the largest. Then once we ordered she told us she’d let us know when it was ready yet I turned around and it was behind me, never even heard her say anything...on top of that, which is where I wish it would have ended, the boba was TERRIBLE. I just got regular tapioca pearls and I’ve never had boba this bad (and I drink a lot of boba) it tasted old, flavorless, and like nothing I’ve ever had. On top of that we got a mango and a watermelon and it just doesn’t taste right, almost tastes like perfume or something was in it?? I have the biggest ache in my stomach along with my friends as well and I won’t be shocked if I throw up on my drive home. Would’ve asked for a refund or a different drink but I really didn’t want to talk to the lady serving us again.Really sad that this was our experience, especially because it was my friend’s FIRST time trying boba and I apologize profusely telling her this isn’t what it shouldn’t taste like. Overall it’s over priced and hurts your tummy.

How can you go wrong here? You cant! Very good gelato, I had the dark black which was dark chocolate and my wife had the black cherry. Yummy! I also had a latte that was equally as good. They have a wide variety of gelato and specialty coffees. Cooperative staff... We will visit again and again.

The good things are: great location, amazing selection, free samples, cold bottled beverages to go, air-conditioned seating area, super friendly staff, and the gelato was really yummy. I loved the coconut. It has become a regular stop for me.

Horrible. 10/10 sucked.

I love the milk tea, but I am not going there anymore because of their customer service. I waited in the seating area, since the lady there told us it might take a couple minutes to make our order. I waited long enough about 7 minutes and came back to ask her how long till we have to wait? She just stand still and then a few minutes later she started to make my order. After handing me my order she didn’t even say she is sorry or even a thank you. I understand if they were busy and all; however, I was the first one to order at the time and didn’t even see anymore customer while waiting. The worst and rudest customer service I ever experience at the mall. Don’t go there if you were to have a good day, they might change your mood in a bad way:(
