Took my daughter at about 515 pm on a Wednesday. No one there but us. Pandemic protocol in place, you cannot eat there, just take away orders. Place was really clean. Not sure if its under new management because the portions were skimpy compared to 1 year ago. Still, my daughter enjoyed watching how its made.

What a fun icecream experience! Youve gotta check this out. 🍦They literally freeze the Icecream right in front of you on a table that freezes the icecream. Great flavor too! I got the Smore, very good. It isnt cheap though, one cup is $7.35. There were 5 of us, so our bill was almost $40., not a treat most people can do very often. No kids cup either. Hopefully theyll add that & lower the cost a bit. 71st & Memorial on the North/ East corner.

We loved it! We will definitely be back. It would have been nice to eat inside but we totally understand and the ice cream was just as good in our car!!! Delicious.

I go here fairly often (once every couple of months). The ice cream is always great. Im glad to see them stay busy but still safe throughout the pandemic. Each dish is consistently amazing. My favorite options are the evil berry and the matcha flavors. The marshmallow cream is a really good topping for almost any of the selections. I believe the one pictured is called Dark forest. Its also very good!

This place is fantastic! I ordered the Matcha Lady, which is green tea icecream with strawberry added in! This is my 4th time going back, and its always a yummy!

What a great experience we had at Tulsa Freezing cow. The experience of having live ice cream made infront of you was exciting. The ice cream was made to perfection. A must visit place in Tulsa.

This place is a fun twist on ice cream. More accurately a fun roll. There are so many flavor combinations it would be dangerous if I lived closer. Everyone enjoyed it: my wife, my kids (6 & 11), and me. We were looking for an unusual spot for dessert and we couldnt have chosen better.

This was my first time having rolled ice cream. It was fun to watch them mix in all the toppings and roll it up. I was pleased with the amount of toppings you got without any additional charge. The ice cream tasted good and the environment was nice and laid back. I will definitely be back to visit again.

Great ice cream. Love the fact that everything is lactose free!! Its AMAZING. Ive never seen another place that offers that. Sometimes places will have a couple of flavors that are lactose free. Or they will have gelato, which is with water. Not my thing. I guess Ill always come back to this place.

We love to come in on a Friday night. The kids love watching them make the ice cream and it taste as good as it looks. I love how you can make your flavors and add the topping you want.

Fantastic icree cream! Really cool experience too! You pick a flavor (I recommend the Monkey Business) and then 3 toppings and they roll it up for you. Its nice and lite and you get a ton, but dont feel like you are in a comma. Great place!

This place is so cool! I have never seen ice cream like what they have. Unlike other ice cream places, the ice cream isnt scooped out of a container. It is poured as a liquid in the ice cream flavor of your choice onto an icy cold table mixed with chocolate or strawberries, etc. and mixed around until it becomes a solid into 6 flat rectangles. It is then rolled lengthwise and placed into a small paper bowl with toppings of your choice and its really good! Theres also sticky notes you can write or draw whatever you want while you wait in line and then you stick them to the wall along with hundreds of other sticky notes from other people. Really cool place!

They make Iced Cream RollUps right before your eyes! I tried the Dark Forest with Banana and Strawberry. Very Refreshing on one of Tulsa’s hot summer day.Not sure why the place is covered in post-a-notes?

I had never tried rolled ice cream before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. You start by picking your ice cream flavor and then choose three toppings to go on it. There is a really large selection of both ice cream flavors and toppings. It’s really neat to watch them roll it out. The flavor isn’t like true ice cream flavor. It’s almost like when you make homemade ice cream with dry ice. It is pretty good though. The price is also pretty good too!

I have had rolled ice cream in 3 other states including the 1 I just moved from and none of them come close to freezing cow. The price is great and the taste is even better, plus you cant beat lactose free ice cream for those who have an intolerance! I recommend the green tea ice cream with cheesecake bits, drizzled honey and lychee fruit!

They dont care if you have allergies and asked not to put something they still put it in and denied they do .

We had rolled ice cream at a place in the city and was excited to try it here. Even though you cant go in the one in Tulsa that made it work and the ice cream was great. There are a lot of flavors I cant wait to try. Also the crazy combinations you can do seem endless. Freezing Cow is by far a different take on the traditional ice cream place and a bit more creative then most of your creameries. Take the time and stop in, be prepared for a very rich delicious treat.

I really enjoy their vanilla base based flavors for their rolled icecream. I love that they have different flavors instead of just your basic chocolate or vanilla, and oreos. They have fruity flavors and thats what I always order and crave for. However, my stomach is really sensitive to their other cream flavors, like chocolate or coffee, ect. Its really weird because Im not lactose intolerant, not at all. But really my only complaint is that they need to wipe down the tables more often. There have been a few times when I walk in and its empty, but the tables are gross and sticky. Youll see in one photo I placed napkins down. But that wont scare me from still getting my fruity rolled icecream.

I tried it out with my wife and was impressed by how popular they were. Ive always seen them very busy so I thought this must be a great place. There are a lot of cool and unique flavors.At 8 dollars for a small cup of ice cream I was expecting a better product. While it is cool to watch them make it, I was surprised the portion sizes are so small as well as how much gets left behind where they made it. Ok, at least the presentation will be nice, like the pictures right? Nope. On top of the price you pay extra for whipped cream or anything that was shown on the pics. Ok, thats fine. How was the taste? My wife didnt even finish hers. I ate mine but was wishing we had gone somewhere else. Guess the hype is enough to keep these guys in business. Very much a trendy teen place to go, but will pass in the future.

Great Rolling Icecream in prime location. I went there on a Tuesday evening and it was packed. I wonder how busy it can be on a weekend.

We just happen to stumble across this place after dinner and it didnt disappoint!! I got the evil berries which was delicious and the hubby got the birthday cake he liked it but said there was to many sprinkles in it. Well definitely be coming back!

My kids love this place. The staff is great. They work with me as I struggle to explain what my kids are last-second requesting. I’m glad they are taking orders over the phone for curbside pickup. I’m not crazy about the dessert style, but, I’m super lame according to my least favorite child. She may be correct. Anyway, it’s a cute treat that the kids love to have, especially about 15 minutes before they close on a Friday night.

Yes, they are not cheap. But, they are also not that outrageously expensive. I will go back! Rolled ice cream is a strange novelty. They do a good job with taking orders on the phone these days while you wait outside. I appreciate them!

Its about $5.99 for an ice cream of your choice specialty made it was a cool experience they were pouring cream on a cold slab that turns into ice cream they thin it out with a rolling pin put all your special ingredients into it and then a roll it up

Stopped by with kids to check out the rolled ice cream. You pick what they blend in to ice cream first, then add up to three toppings for them to add at the end. Kids loved watching them, and the ice cream is good. Key lime pie, and dark forest were delicious, and my daughter liked the beauty and the beast. My wife didnt love it because it can seem a little freezer burnt due to the icing process on the tray. Still fun though.

Delicious for sure but this kind of trendy ice cream experience will definitely burn a hole in your pocket. Worth it for the occasional splurge but not worth it to go regularly, IMOAlso, wish their indoor seating was a little more comfortable. My friends and I ended up sitting outside on the grass. (Outdoor seating would be 💯)

UNSANITARY!!!!!!!! I watched them a good 5 minutes and was so disgusted with them I refused to make an order....They let their kids behind the food counter..... I saw one of the females eating with their gloves on then she started getting ready to prepare another unsuspecting persons order that was a mandatory TAKEOUT!!!You are NOT allowed to go inside to watch them prepare your items.... When they are finished with it guess what!!??!They stick it outside without even notifying you... It just sits on the little table for whomever gets it..... Anyone can take your already paid for order....

Pretty yummy ice cream creations made right in front of you. Kids will especially love this treat. The fruit was pretty good as well. Im always worried trying fruit from places for the first time but this place does it right. The berries are fresh. Peaches were canned, I believe but nbd. We will return for sure!

Very yummy! But get someone to clean the tables every hour... they’re always sticky. Also, perhaps getting a better air flow in the building. It gets very musky smelling also. Post its are getting overboard as well. 3 stars.

Ive been here a few times now and I honestly love it. The ice cream is really good and super creamy with a wide variety of flavors and toppings, and its really fun to just watch the artists make each bowl. All the artists really put all their skill into their work and you can really tell the quality of all the dessert. I really recommend coming here, and if youre visiting Tulsa from out of town I definitely think you should make this shop one of your travel destinations. Its definitely worth it.Also, you can write or draw things on sticky notes and put them on the walls. The walls here are literally covered ceiling to floor with cute sketches and *I was here* messages. Its a really cute and interesting idea.

I absolutely love this place! Its well worth the price, $5.99 which includes 3 toppings and you get plenty of ice cream! I assumed it would have cost more. All of the fresh fruit options are impressive and taste fantastic.

To preface this review; my girlfriend loves this place and thinks they are amazing.I personally felt that the ice cream just wasnt on par with what you can get in the area. While it makes a good date or exotic desert I would recommend choosing an option with less obtuse lines to wait in.If you are the type that presentation matters more than anything else the rolls of ice cream do have a unique appearance, but it is hard for me to quantify that as I cant give points for presentation when the taste/texture compares so unfavorably.

The ice cream rolls are excellent however there is no customer service at all. So, they should be somewhat nice or at least not rude.

A fun, delicious concept for ice cream! We love coming here but the cleanliness of the store leaves something to be desired. The tables are usually not wiped down and there is a weird underlying rancid milk smell. But the ice cream is wonderful and the portions are good sized!
