I called on short notice on a Monday morning and had the equipment delivered by noon. We needed the lift for extra days and the salesmen set it up for a week rental to save us money and to know we would have it long enough. The driver helped with getting the lift to the building and he was very knowledgeable about the equipment. He even answered questions about another lift for me and went out of his way making calls.

I was a customer but an associate that works there processed to confronted me bc I cut thru the parking alot on my way to work, I wasnt driving I was walking..that was very Unnecessary and Im very offended. There are no signs or were there any markings say that I cant, so until there is I will continue to do so...dont like it change the signs or do something to make it noticable that no one is allowed to pass thru.

I worked with Jason on a project I had going on. Everything was exactly what I needed. Couple minor problems arose, which is typical with construction jobs, and they took care of me. I appreciate his effort to help me out. I also want to throw a shoutout to Frank the delivery driver. He was on point and very helpful. Ill be back on future projects for sure.

The service here is always friendly and as quick as they can be. They also offer coffee and popcorn too. Every time Ive been in here, even if the staff doesnt know you, they are very polite. Mike is usually the one at the counter. Tal outside who gets you your equipment is very polite and kind too.

Rented an engine hoist over Christmas. They were very nice and great customer service. Rented on Christmas Eve and returned the day after Christmas. So for 2 days I only had to pay for one day rental . Which is great because some companies will charge you for the rental even over a holiday when they themselves are closed. I had trouble loading the hoist back into the truck by myself since my husband was at work. They offered to come help me when I called to give them a heads up that I was going to be late returning it. I was 30 mins late and they even waved the overage charge. I highly recommend them and will rental from them again and again.

I have rented from United for about a year now and have had great experiences every time. Once I had a tire blow out on a job. The repair service was there in 45 min! I have waited over 4 hours by the side of the road for AAA before. They have always been fair with their pricing and ALWAYS treat me with respect and a positive attitude. They earned my business and will continue to get it. Maybe m was hostile, because Alan and Ruthann have always worked with me when Ive had a problem.
