My husband and I purchased a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the lot on Memorial. I called and spoke with Josh, who emailed me all of the ones that met our requirements. He was very gracious to answer ALL of my questions. When we went in, Austin helped us look at the ones we were interested in and was very informative, professional and easy going. From the time I called to the time of purchase, every aspect was professional, easy, quick and up front. This was our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Chris Nikel and will definitely return when the time comes for another purchase.

Love the location, love my jeep, and service was absolutely amazing when I purchased my jeep!! Although at the end of January I got a voicemail from Josh saying that they had found one of my key fobs (when I purchased my jeep they only had one) so, of course I called him back, didn’t get an answer. Continued to call back multiple times probably about 6, even leaving a voicemail and never heard back. Finally today he answers the phone and informs me that the key is either thrown away or has been reused! I ask if there’s anyway they can accommodate me because I have been trying to get a hold of him for weeks now and have gotten no answer back. He basically tells me that it’s my fault we didn’t get in touch with them because they tried to get in touch with me.. he tells me there’s nothing he can do for me as my key is just gone.I see this as very disrespectful and un-business like buy I’m thankful that Thomas helped meout! He gave me a discount to buy another key fob as I am a college student who can’t afford hundreds of dollars to buy another. So thank you Thomas for actually helping me get to the bottom of this, instead of putting the blame on me:(

Cameron Bunch was a great salesman. Very helpful. We had 1 request to add a tow hitch and they were quick to get us pricing and set the follow up for installation. The Financial manager was quick easy and got us on our way.

Great experience. Had some issues with vehicle the day I got it home. They resolved the issues free of charge and gave me a loaner and also sent me two coffee mugs and some cookies. The salesman Dan was a really nice guy, made the whole process easy as well. I will definitely be back in the future.

This was my first time buying a vehicle myself and everyone had always told me what a hassle it was and how you will be at the dealership all day, well this was not my experience at all. My credit wasnt as great as I thought it was and they still worked really well with me, told me I could always refinance on down the line. They explained everything in detail to me and it has just been a great experience all around. I would recommend these guys to anybody! Not to mention the free coffee mugs and cupcake cookies I just got in the mail a few days ago, I mean who doesnt love free?! Special shoutout to Cameron, Thomas and Anthony! Thanks guys! Cameron is super helpful and knowledgeable on Jeeps. Really made me feel like he wasn’t just trying to sell me a vehicle, but rather getting me something that was ideal for me.

They have a nice inventory but I think the cars are a little over priced. When I test drove a vehical the salesman who went with me drove more than half of the designated test drive route. I was behind the wheel for maybe a quarter mile, so not enough time to tell if it was a good fit for me. He was nice and all the cars looked clean.

DO NOT BUY A JEEP!!! Not from these guys especially. I bought my Jeep Rubicon from Chris Nikel. I have had it for 90 days. The door handle has already broken, the tag assembly fell all the way off of it so that it was just dangling by the wire that goes to the tag light, the key would not release from the ignition and broke off in it, AND THE AXLE BENT!!!! So far that full factory warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. The only repair that has been covered under my warranty is the door handle, and i am pretty sure that was only fixed for free because the DEALERSHIP that was repairing my axle is the one who broke the door. I am an old woman. I have never even taken this jeep off road. Only on a couple dirt roads at my job, where I was traveling in a caravan of plain old two wheel drive pick ups that went over it with no problem and no damage. I looked online to see if anyone else ever had the same thing happen. THOUSANDS of them!! These jeeps are being MANUFACTURED with substandard parts that fail under normal operating conditions. It wont matter which dealership you take it to for repair, they will call the failure a result of abuse. Go to the jeep owners forums and read up before you decide to buy a jeep. They are FULL of stories of brand new jeeps still under factory warranty that end up with very expensive repairs, and Chrysler just doesnt stand behind that warranty. Chris Nikel service manager (Melinda) was very condescending towards me, and when I told her that I had not abused my jeep she said Well you could have hit a pot hole. That would be enough to bend the axle, and we would consider that abuse SO DONT BUY FROM CHRIS NIKEL. Your jeep WILL break, and they WILL NOT honor the warranty. The last thing DALLAS NIKEL told me before he handed me the keys to my Rubicon was you have a bumper to bumper guarantee for 3 years or 36,000 miles. So enjoy it and drive it like you stole it till then. We got you covered. WHAT A LIAR!!! They wont even fix it when you baby it like you birthed it. I will never do business with them again, unless it was so they could buy this heap back. I would not recommend them to anyone, in fact, I would not recommend a jeep to anyone unless it was an old one. The newer ones are built with cheap substandard parts. Chrysler is obviously operating under the assumption that everyone who buys a Rubicon is going to take the factory parts off right away and replace them with rock crawling performance parts. There is no way on earth that it is coincidence that so many people bought Rubicons and ended up with bent axles in less than 30k miles. They are junk right from the factory. I dont care how cool my jeep looks. It is not worth the hassle. $50,000 piece of crap.

I’ve been to a lot of dealerships. And this one was worth leaving a review. To keep this small it’s a bad dealership. I wasn’t even there 15 mins and there already lying to me saying that there manager was gone and everything which he wasn’t. They ended up changing there mind and saying he was there. They won’t even really let you test drive the vehicle. Terrible. Just terrible.

Are experience wasnt very good to begin with but it got better and Steve even delivered the jeep to me in Kansas. Thanks
