This place is nothing but a joke and full of broken promises. For one the shop lead (was but they fired him as well) is in a relationship with HR which I thought wasnt legal or at least it shouldnt of been allowed. And then the boss man was terrified of the ex lead, so if you had any issues with the lead you couldnt of gone to HR like everywhere else because... Well you know . And then you couldnt go to the boss man and tell him you had an issue with the lead because nothing would happen because hes terrified. So then they have a shop meeting saying that they just locked down this $3+ million dollar contract so overtime was about to start again and a lot of work was right around the corner. Then the next day while I was walking out for the weekend the new boss lady.. I mean man told me he no longer has need for me because there isnt any work and were about to slow way down. So what about that big contract? Oh and a buddy of mine still works there and they were talking about all the work that was about to roll in, and my friend ask if we were hiring? And they said oh yes we are always hiring! Really? Theyre just a joke of a company. Oh and dont let me get started on all the issues OSHA would love to find behind that gate.
