Not even a returned phone call! It took me several months to get an item installed and its still not right. Unfortunately for me it was an out off pocket item and its now broke after 60 days. And as usual I cant get a returned phone call. Im now stuck at home without my mobility device.

We have had a repair request in since March 2020. It is not November 2020. This is outrageous. I have called 17 times and left 7 messages. They are 100% unresponsive. I would NEVER RECOMMEND if you need service. When the repair request was made, someone came the next day and took note of the parts needed. That was the end of the story. They have totally ignored us since.

Absolutely horrible response times. Very rarely will someone answer the phone. Ive left numerous messages which never get returned. They send orders to doctors offices for a signature and then dont follow up. They also dont give the customer status updates. We have been trying to get this chair running for 7 months now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Some of the employees are perfectly nice, but nothing seems to get done in a timely manner.

Dealing with NSM has been a very stressful experience. I regret doing business with them.

Not happy at all. I would look elsewhere.
