Great service. Easy process for online order. Truck ready & in good shape. Team easily complied with request for an appliance dolly. Check back in was also quick and easy. Email invoice was done quickly after truck was returned. We will use this location again as we have moving needs. Outstanding job!
We picked up our trailer, the hitch broke off after only 15 minutes of having it loaded to nowhere near maximum capacity. Customer service told us to leave our trailer at a CHEVRON convenient store and they would send help the next day. If we didnt have roadside assistance then we were just SOL. (Sorry thats my best term for it). We let the store have our information and found somewhere to stay.Next day we show up back at the store to surprisingly find the trailer untouched. We go to 2 u-haul stores as well as get referred to Baton Rouge and then Lafayette and back to New Iberia. After getting help from someone to make this happen, paying extra gas and mileage, and getting help loading and unloading, we were out almost $800-$1000 for a trip we only wanted to get a $20 trailer for. All of the confusion in the customer service, their promises, their failure to follow up and their negligence cost us way more than anticipated, and cost us what we alotted for food,lodging and gas as well. In fact, we had to reroute the entire trip and missed family time with several elderly relatives to rush the trailer back to its destination. In lieu of a cargo van we were given the LARGEST TRUCK which was uncalled for. Due to lack of communication and customer service etiquette, I would highly recommend yall get real people to answer the phones 24-7. Some people dont cater to technology and just have cash and a home phone. The understanding of universal customer service needs to be encouraged. I hope this gets resolved because all our priorities have to be changed in regards to monetary issues and excess charges from u-haul.
I would not recommend this particular location... I was wrongly billed for in excess of 400 miles. I checked the vehicle in upon return, logged the mileage that the gentleman verified. Two days later I receive a revised bill, that states that I owe money. I checked the truck in during business hours. My prepaid mileage more than covered my use of this vehicle. Disappointed to have this experience after previously recommending this location to several friends and family members.
Two weeks before moving I rented truck online,when I got there no reservation could be find. Very upsetting. So made for following day

Counter personal was great. My trailer was dirty and had a very low tire. The attendant could not find a tire gauge that worked. Took about 20 minutes to get hooked up and get going. The trailer worked fine to pick up some gravel, but the tire was low again when I took it back. They should have changed the tire. I hope they do now.
Had a hitch put on my car today! I highly highly recommend this location! The staff and owner are extremely kind and helpful!! Made the process a breeze for me! Will definitely use them again!
The lady was super helpful who took care of my reservation change, but the cost....just go buy your own damn dolly.
