I had an old, but comfortable office chair that suddenly gave way. I was concerned that it would be difficult to replace it with one of similar quality, but that was not necessary since John did a perfect repair and even delivered the chair. A much appreciated service from someone who is clearly dedicated to customer service. A rarity these days, but much appreciated! Thank you, John.

If you are looking for cool office furniture used, new, modern, or original then come here! Great used section with all kinds of cool desk, chairs, and tables. Just a really cool and amazingly well priced place. Best office furniture selection in Tulsa and Shannon my sales professional that helped me treated me as if I was spending thousands of dollars on new furniture even though I was interested in the used section only I felt so welcomed and she was amazing. Go here you won’t be disappointed!

Nice employees but prices a little high

I should have started my search for a good quality wood file cabinet at L&M. John Witty was wonderful and so helpful in helping me pick one out. Their delivery guys were amazing. They had to carefully lift this huge file cabinet over my grandfather’s desk and did so without a single complaint. What a great place to shop!

Great quality office furniture for a fraction of the price of new.

We spent thousands of dollars to furnish a 4000sq ft office in Brookside with Cindy as our salesperson. Knew her personally so trusted her. We bought very expensive, top of the line Kimball and Paoli desks, credenzas, computer bridges, lateral file cabinets for 5+ offices. Went back to L&M when we shutdown to work from home to ask for them to buy it back. Expectations low on what we might be offered! Sent emails to Stephanie, unanswered; visited store in person; talked to Jill; she insisted on pics; sent them even tho they have a file showing what was purchased and I stated all were in near perfect condition; she sent a very curt response stating no interest in Paoli desk and forwarded to Manager of Sales. Never a reply! There is no service after the sale from L&M. Buyer beware!

Chauncey Smith w/ L&M is a pro. L&M helped me with office furniture. Chauncey came out to my office several times to help me plan out the systems. They have a huge showroom - I think the largest w/ commercial furniture in the state. They answer their phones and respond quickly. Chauncey is great at customer service and dedicated to finding the right solution - Better call Chauncey!

I was genuinely surprised by the quality of service that L&M provided for myself and my wife, even though we were purchasing just a single office chair. The salesman who greeted us walked us through many different models of chairs until we found the perfect fit.Perhaps the best part of the experience was L&Ms ability to match (and actually marginally beat) Amazons going price for the same chair.I will be shopping here again in the future!

Ive got a great idea, lets take used office furniture and sell it for higher prices than new furniture and if anyone says anything well knock a few dollars of and theyll think there getting a good deal!

Very friendly. They do leave you sit for a while while they are messing with their ouw trucks, but thats to be expected. You do have to watch out for the day cabs. They will whip right in front of you and steal the dock.
