WORST EXPERIENCE!! The guy at the weigh was nice and helpful. But, the bald guy was unprofessional and unhelpful. We needed our stuff load he sat in he small shed and ate. We pay for materials not beg.

Workers are very helpful. Good selection of rocks/flagstone that we were shopping for. Workers were masked up outside even, which was appreciated. Will definitely be back when we need more supplies.

The customer service at Black lake landscaping is top-notch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from Sam in the office to the fellows who help you with materials and loading.These people want you to come back to do business with them and they want to run a good business. Those are qualities that are so lacking in many many businesses in Lacey and Olympia. I live 14 miles away but I will make Black Lake Landscaping my landscape supply outlet.

Always great service, and have just what we need for materials.

These people have some truly beautiful rock. Their flagstone is wonderful the black basalt chip is very nice even have rotten granite. Prices are reasonable if your looking for small amounts bring buckets and a trowel or shovel. They worked with me just be polite and patient.

Wonderful facility with helpful employees and good just its supplies/ water features, etc. Very helpful for non professional DIY interests.

We had a heartbreaking experience here. The first visit they were nice and helpful, our second visit they treated us terribly and refused to allow us to pick our own flagstone rather than buying an entire pallet. I wont be back here. Maybe you will get lucky and catch them on a good day. Im sure they treat their commercial customers better

Great selection of rock, soil, fountain rocks, bark. Plus they recycle concrete, brick, asphalt, & glass for a fee. They wont load big rock in your truck, however.

Very helpful with how to information. The staff are very friendly. The selection is awesome. We dont have a truck so the 5 gallon buckets do the trick...prices are great too.

Great service, food supply if flagstones, bark, bubbler fountains. A better sign on the road would be nice, since google maps sends us to the wrong location.
