Super impressed with the young man running the business here this afternoon. (3:30PM on 4/13/19) Customer Service was very excellent! He was training employees and had quite a few of us customers come in short time. Very professional, efficient and quite tentative to the new employees and to all of us who he/they took care of while I was there! The business was very clean and the impressive selection of ice cream and other things looked very fresh..!! Our order was made perfect!!

Perfect for this weather! The blend of sweetness and saltiness are mixing correctly. You can taste all the flavor in all their products.

Only four because I dont pay enough attention to the prices. service was great. helped me with a birthday cake and put what I wanted on a medium cake. the man that helped me was great and willing to assist.

This location is pretty average for a B&R in terms of cleanliness and service. The staff quality has varied quite a bit over the years but my last trip was friendly enough. They are a younger crew and can try to be a flirty with the younger girls which has annoyed my wife and friends a few times. They have come out with a number of new flavors and options which is great but I still like the sundaes and ice cream cakes.

The gentleman that helped me was extremely helpful and very personable! I had a very nice conversation with him. Definitely the best experience that I have had at a Baskin Robbins!

Excellent spot to spend time alone or talk business. i will be bringing friends next time. food is similar to a cafe in indianapolis i loved.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I bought the largest Oreo cake they had...It was a HUGE success! Not one piece was left over. The adults as well as the young men raved about the cake! You just cant go wrong with an ice cream cake. :)

Ive been here a few times but its as good as any Baskin-Robbins. Lots of good flavors to choose from. The parking lot has a couple entrances on different roads right on the intersection so it makes it easy to get to and from.

I love coming to baskin-robbins the people are always nice and there is always so many flavors and never a big enough stomach to try them all! A place I have been going to since childhood and will always keep coming back to! Highly recommend!! There is a flavor for absolutely everyone!

The ice cream was good on a cold day but had big ice chips in them. Time to make fresh ice cream?

Lots of juices flavors easy to pull into the parking lot from either Lane, friendly staff, usually not a whole lot of waiting time, and you get freebies if you sign up for the robin Club thing. The free birthday scoop is always nice and their pumpkin spice ice cream was really yummy.

Ice cream was great. Store seems a little worn and could use a little freshen up.

Its Good Ice cream. They lots of toppings I had snicker flavor on a cone .

The sweettooth hit. I had to get some rainbow sherbet. But when I got there the young man suggested a new flavor. Tropical Rainbow Shebert. Mango, kiwi and passion fruit! So very yumm!! And low cal conmpared to others, 130 a scoop. The single employee working is enthusiastic and eager to please. Thanks for the recommendation!!

I went in today to order the Turkey Ice cream Cake for turkey day this year. The advertised picture looks awesome, and the big bear says yum, yum.

I am a regular at Baskin-Robbins every Friday and Saturday night because I love my icecream plus it gives me a chance to get away from the kids and husband...lol. Good prices and icecream.

Just regular, A+ Baskin Robbins with good customer service and yummy ice cream. Indoor and outdoor seating. Just off I-5.

Good people, good icecream. I only wish they carried their watermelon sorbet year round because that is most of the reason I go...

I am deeply appalled how we were treated at the lacey/oly Baskin Robbins. We waited patiently for our turn...when u have young kids its not easy. My 6yr old son couldnt see the ice cream so he grabbed onto a plastic holder on top of the glass case that held sprinkles (he couldnt see it he just grabbed onto something higher to pull himself up on) needless to say as I was about to tell him to let go (I saw it outta the corner of my eye) he broke it off and sprinkles went all over. I dont teach my kids to run when u make a mistake you take responsibility. So we stayed (he was mortified as was the rest of us). I made him apologize to the young worker who had to clean it up. This young man was very polite its okay. It happens. Atleast it wasnt hot fudge was his reply to my child & it helped him not feel so bad. The manager (whom I guessing...older man long hair in a ponytail ) glared at us the entire time. When it was our turn he was avoiding us n glaring. He asked who was next, I spoke up and he continued to glare at me and my children. He looked at the plastic holder & said to me it would cost me to fix it (as he fumbling around and grumbling). At which point I waited for him to tell me if i owed any money for it. At which point I could tell he wanted us to leave so I told him nevermind we dont want anything. His reply was thats best. I was very polite and calm til then. Children make mistakes. We all apologized. We were all embarrassed and we owned up to it by sticking around. How dare you belittle a child for making a mistake bkuz he wanted to see the ice cream.As for the young man who cleaned it up THANK YOU for trying to help my son not feel as bad.

There is nothing like a waffle cone and a ridiculous amount of ice cream flavors to choose from.
