This place is about as pricey as you will find. They have a fair selection. They are nice people and generally helpful but they are crazy overpriced.

Lincoln Creek Ace Hardware has great service, good product selection and stock, reasonable prices, and knowledgeable, helpful staff. They are responsive and stand behind their products. They also have the online and store shopping connection worked out, synced-up, and offer a consistently positive shopping experience. Though there are closer stores, Lincoln Creek is my go-to Ace Hardware. Recommended!

Ive had good experiences I only go there to refill my propane but its cool. you drive around they top off your propane bottles which is nice instead of buying new tanks. As far as I know theyre fairly PRICED. compared to other places. I would recommend this place.

Dropped off two saws to have work done to them after I asked them specifically if they could do the work. They said no problem. Over two weeks go buy and still no phone call from them. So I called them. They told me they had been overlooked and still sitting on the shelf untouched. I just went and picked them up. What a complete waist of time and gas money. I will never shop there again. They lost a customer.

This place is great! I always buy my new Stihl power equipment through them whenever possible. The have a decent selection on a broad range of products. The employees are helpful and Ive never been hassled walking through the door. I definitely prefer doing business here over J&I. I really like that I can buy a rake, a cooler, and a gasket for the fireplace all in one spot.

Not consumer friendly! Maybe they treat contractors well, but staff was unhelpful and didnt seem to know anything about their location (said it was near Ramirez and it 2 exits further south on I5) . Also seemed to not know where their products are located.. or were just too lazy to give decent directions. Unsafe!

I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars at this store trying to support the small business especially through this covid nonsense, even though Home Depot and Lowes are less expensive. But now they think they know more than my doctor and think they can dictate or force me to wear a mask? Not going to happen.Lincoln Creek, you just lost a good customer and like the old business adage, if they have a good experience theyll tell 10 people but if they have a bad experience theyll tell 100.

Since I rely on propane for heat, Lincoln Creek has, usually, one of the best prices around.Their yard is large and well laid out making it easy to navigate thru.

This review is based on their curbside pickup and their phone systems; which stink! I ordered an item online for curbside pickup, but when attempting to reach someone on the phone for them to bring out my order, all I got was an automated message with no way to speak to someone to have them bring my order out. I had to leave a message and never received a call back. So after waiting 30 minutes for them to return my call, I had to walk in to get my order, which defeats the purpose of online ordering and curbside pickup. Upon entering the store I noticed several customers not wearing masks. As I am high risk for Covid, I didnt appreciate that at all and will take my business elsewhere.

I went there today and an employee I think named Zak helped me find circuit breakers for our house. They were the exact ones we needed and we fixed our power quickly. Always great experiences going there.

A city slicker like me has been on the hunt for canning supplies, while they were out of jars like everyone else. They had all the accessories and other supplies for canning that everyone else was out of. Ill have to come back for more projects.

Inside store is awesome. Alot of nice stuff to choose from. People are friendly. The lumber yard part is alil disorderly and the yard guys could be more prompt. And keep the yard cleaner.

The prices are pretty high. Bit if you live in the south end it keeps you from driving all the way into town. There contractor service department is very good.

Ive had mixed experiences with this store. Sometimes I find someone that is very helpful, but the last several times I have called in to inquire about products, its been a real let down. Staff either unwilling to look into something for you, or worse, they say they have something only to have you make the 30 minute drive to find out they dont. Back in the day, it was the place to go. Today, not so much. Strike three... I think Im out.

Its not wonder why small businesses are failing. I try to return a $30 item. The receptionist looked up my purchase. And said I was past the 30 day window to return it with out a receipt. She was looking at my purchase. It had been 34 day, so i drove home the 24 miles to get my receipt, returned the item and left with a bad feeling. It’s not the small business help that I expected.

Horrible customer service. Somehow misplaced two very large patio chairs. Sent me an email saying theyre ready for pickup . Had me drive all the way out there to waste my time and not have my order. But they sure as hell got my money a week prior! Poor form!

Much smaller than home depot so you can find what you need pretty easyI have been a customer since they opened. Sign up as a frequent shopper and get a wealth of coupons frequently.Visited over the weekend - Both check-out clerks were not wearing masks. A clear visor does not count - And having a mask on your throat does not work to well. I take these things very seriously in these trying times. The sign states masks are required from customers - Why not employees??

Came in to buy nuts and washers, decided to shop a little more for some tools and extra things i decided i wanted, felt like i was being watched the entire time like i was going to steal something, get up to the counter to pay for all my things, they were having a 20% off whatever you can fit in a paper bag deal if you are a rewards member which i am (and of course coming into the store i was not going to grab a paper bag to just buy $2 worth of nuts and washers). The cashier makes me recount the washers and nuts and tell him the price of each, when in the beginning i told him there was $1.98 worth in the clear bag. I give him my info for my rewards card and after all of this i am charged the full $66 with no 20% off? Isnt the point of a Rewards card to Reward your customers for being customers and spending money with your business? I love Ace Hardware as a company, but was not pleased with this store and wont be shopping here again.

The staff are always pleasant, store is well-stocked, clean, organized and they have lumber in sizes you cant find at big box stores, they carry other merchandise, like housewares, garden, plumbing, electrical and lots more, we have to drive a bit to go there, but it is worth it

Im a contractor and this place calls itself Lincoln Creek Lumber. As an Ace hardware it serves a purpose They should stop selling poorly graded lumber at bad prices. Youd be better off going to Home Depot. Im all for supporting the little guy and the local guy buy so many times like today Im disappointed with the service and quality of products the little guy provides.

Terrible costumer service. The half a dozen employees Ive delt with have no idea what Im asking for. This last time I called ahead to find out if they had tube sand, I need for the back of my pickup. Guy on phone says yes. So I drive over and walk in the door to be greated by a young lady that had no idea what tube sand was. She says we have the bags you put sand in, she gets on the radio & the first thing the guy on the other end mentions is tube sand. Ive been her a good dozen times since my local hardware closed. Lincoln creek needs to work with their staff on costumer service and product knowledge.
