The gentleman was very knowledgeable and very polite and courteous and a lady that runs the parts department was excellent as well she had a box waiting up front for me this morning with my name on it.

Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. On 2 separate occasions, they diagnosed my problem (they did not have to) and knew exactly which part I needed. I spoke to a man the first time and a woman the next. Both were equally great. They were also very honest with their prices. Our dryer quit while tackling clothes mountain this week. I needed a thermal fuse that day, to get it back in the race again. I called a few places but they either had to order it, or they were twice the price of what online retailers were asking. My last call was to Triangle Appliance Center. Not only did they have the part in stock, it was the same price as online retailers sell it for. I made the trip to the store, and gave the lady a part number for the fuse I needed. She remembered our phone conversation earlier and got me fixed up. They are friendly, and very knowledgeable. She even told me what to look for when I got home that may help resolve the issue. Hows that for top notch service?
