Great people, great prices, good selection

Delivered broken couches. Never replaced or fixed. They were in breech of contract for the past year and have yet to fix the problems. But still have to pay...shop at aaronrents.com better furniture better people and fast delivery. Should be a class action lawsuit against this company....

The system will not allow me to give a zero star.. We have been paying on a stove, refrigerator and washer/ dryer set for a year nearly.. The fridge we had was supposed to be temporary while we wait for our side by side to come in, well guess what still no side by side and a mess of excuses as to why.. Few months ago the stove acted up and we called it in well needless to say my husband had to fix the stove, now the fridge is out and we have called and spoke with both mgrs and they blame the other one for not doing their job and a week later still no working fridge or anyone to come out to fix it or replace it and called again today and guess what I have to call back tomorrow for the other mgr to be there.. I pay ever week, it comes out of my account automatically and so I am just paying for junk that doesnt work to a company full of employees that do not care either way.. Its pretty sorry to treat paying customers this way.. Now if I wasnt paying my bill u would be at my door to pick the equipment up.. Its not as if this is our first go around with them over something but a few issues at hand that never seem to be resolved and they could careless if I have them come get their stuff and go somewhere else.. The asst mgr Fran said they could arrange it but I still have to call back next day to have that set up as well.. SMH!!! 🤦‍♀️ If you are looking for a good rent to own place I would recommend to bypass Best Way and try the next one down the street..

I dont recommend. They are expensive and they charge a ton for fees. They will feeyou to death. If you ask about these inflated fees your questions are met with rudeness and condescension.

Not a bad place but only two good people there! Deangelo and prince!But the items are two high priced and don’t do auto pay cause they take more than they should. Or will run it twice.. returned my stuff do to miss haps...

Signed a rental agreement@10 am this morning promised same day delivery time was between 4pm and 6pm its 8:22pm and still waiting in our new apt its tomm is Sunday which they are closed and the new yr holiday is Monday probably have to sleep on the floor tonite and until tuesday thanks Best way

Wife was force to pay off T.V that was broken and they knew about it! Still tryna to get my money back or T.V. Or Im going to take them to court. That is robbery
