They sold us a washer/dryer. The washer making noises and two months down road and no came to fix it yet.they know we finna have it paid off so they aint fixing it. We are writing them a letter now and probably gonna have to sue them in court unless they decide to do the right thing. We even pay more and always on time. But this is how they do there customer.

Currently under new management. He seems a little uptight when you first meet him. After A few moments of conversation hes wonderful. He was under so much stress the day I purchased my TV. Handling it rather well. My favorite is Dana, hands down! Shes so very awesome. I agree with everyone else, the prices are very high with longterm finances. Danas attitude makes the unbearable process bearable. Theres also a lady there that has the most awesome smile! Shes very petite and beautiful. She has an awesome attitude. (I was given her name but it escapes me). Tell Dana I sent you!

Worst business ever, basically figured out a way to legally steal from you. Paid over 1200 dollars on some items and moved said they had to pick it up and transfer it to the other store and when we called to get them to deliver it back they all of a sudden said they did not service our area even though they had our address way before, and the really nice gesture they gave us was a $1200.00 coupon for what we had into the items that expired in 30 days and wouldnt matter since they dont service our area and the manager lied to me and now is avoiding me.

Sale great. Delivering terrible! The ladies said we have to wait a week. We didn’t want to but okay,so we wait. Tuesday delivery day we was told Tuesday morning but Tuesday morning at 10 am when we called someone said 2:00pm. 3:00 pm we call again politely ask for a ETA. Mind you we have nothing to sit on to wait empty house completely. They tell us within the hour okay we have waited this long. 5:45 rolls around and we don’t want to keep calling but kinda have to at this point and called. Well I guess we aggravated them. Needless to say it got delivered at 6:16 pm. And hears is the kicker. The house is exactly 2.2 miles 8 minutes with tarrfic from the Rent-a-Center store. From which we was receiving furniture

I have purchased a lot of house hold appliances here.

This place told only socks they sold me a used recliner and stated it was a New recliner and after a couple of which thou cord melted on the recliner in the middle of the night which could have caused Fire, in my apartment,, I have called several times to have the Cord replaced, They told me today when I called they do not have a chord and it was not their problem and hung up On Me So needless to say our will sail again this place Sucks

Dont bother, only rent to buy if the deal is right, which is hardly ever, why pay triple the amount, cause u will.
