My husband and I are owners of Charlys Electromechanic Shop in Plantersville Ms so we frequent Advance Auto Parts and other auto parts stores very often. My husband went to Advance Auto Parts in Tupelo this morning for CVT transmission fluid. A man that was working there, he didnt get his name, told him where it was and my husband asked him what color they had the man proceeded to scream at him telling him thats all they had and if he didnt like it he could leave. My husband was only asking a simple question and this man screamed and ran him out of the store. Another man working there asked my husband if he needed help so my husband went to talk to him, the previous man told my husband to get away from the other man because he was off the clock. How was my husband supposed to know that if hes offering to help him? My husband need the fluid because he couldnt find it anywhere else so since he couldnt get any help he was going to open a bottle to check the color. He wouldve paid for the bottle he opened of course. The man screamed again telling him not to open it and to get the hell out of his store. I spoke with the manager after it was reported to corporate and she basically was only taking up for the guy and told me what she thought I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. Never again will we step foot in that store to be abused like this again, she only offered us a 10% discount if we would go back. We dont want any handouts! We only want to be treated with the same respect we showed to them!

I loyally return to this Advanced Auto because every time I have gone to them for parts, fluids, or get something tested (which is fantastically free 😍), the team members are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable!! This month I purchased parts for a now former boyfriend and a few days later when I returned a few of those parts shortly after my boyfriend became an ex lol, they refunded my money no questions asked with the same respect and friendliness Ive experienced every time I have visited them. I definitely recommend this business 😁

Went there for wiper blades for work vans. The young woman behind the counter was very helpful and even aided us in finding the best deal. This location was lacking the variety I am used to from bigger areas but the location was clean angs otherwise well stocked.

This was my first time to go to an Advanced Auto Parts, and it was only because a AC Refill kit was advertised for $19.99, down from $36.99. I drove an extra 10 miles to go there and find out that is an online only price. So I figured, thats ridiculous but Ill just go online on my phone and purchase it for pickup. All good until I went to checkout and their checkout cart would not load on the Chrome browser! I then installed Firefox and got the cart to come up and paid for my item. I then showed the guy at the counter my email invoice and he said he had to wait for it to show on the computer. When it finally showed, he could not get the computer to process my transaction. In the end, he just told me to take it because he knew Id paid for it and figured it was just going to take time to process. The only positive thing about my visit was the guy having sympathy and letting me go ahead and take the item I bought online.

On hold for 10 minutes just wanted prices on car. When I pointed out the wait, no apology...nothing. poor service I would rather pay a little more for better service.
