My VW Passat was having issues with a wheel speed sensor that set off multiple warning lights. Bobby and the staff were more than professional and Bobby stopped what he was doing and looked at my car as soon as I told him the issue. It was diagnosed and the issue fixed quickly. My Range Rover broke down on me while passing thru Tupelo, Mississippi. Luckily there was a foreign car repair shop there, Auto Medic. I had my truck towed there and the next morning they were able to diagnose it as a failed fuel pump. Auto Medic had me back on the road driving the next day. Compared to a dealership, their prices were very reasonable. I’d recommend them to anyone. Very professional and caring.

We were passing through Tupelo and had an emergency breakdown in our Volvo (axle related). It could have been a bad situation but they responded quickly and professionally and got us back on the road. Darius and Zack were great. Even the owner himself made sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend them.

I really really want to give them a 5 they were so amazing on a Sunday to meet me let me put my trailer in the lot for the lot for the night so it didnt get stolen and so so nice great customer service but throughout the week no one communicated with me about my car he was very apologetic and fixed the issue and would totally use them and higly recommend them! Just recommend better communication with your front desk guy!

My experience was top shelf! I was going on vacation and found that I needed a brake job. The young man at the front desk worked me in. Norm notified me of my rotors, informing me that I needed new ones. He got this ordered and installed in time for me to leave on vacation. Everyone I spoke to were polite and accommodating. This was my first time. I will be back!

The Guys did a complete service on my Porsche. They addressed all issues, gave me my options and made the necessary maintenance/repairs and got the vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Always on top of it.

They told me to come get my vehicle, only after they had it for a week and gave me no updates or calls on the outcome or progression. When I finally called- week and a half later- they told me unceremoniously that they just wanted me to come get it and that they WOULDNT work on my 2002 BMW station wagon!!! Yes a station wagon that they could not work on.!I was completely blindsided as I have used them before but under old management. They worked on my 2007 Audi S6 V10. A very complicated vehicle to work but the old management dove into the problems with aplomb! I saw the other reviews and am left wondering what the difference between them and me may be?Oh and they also left me with a threat of impounding my vehicle if I didnt come get it within 3 working days!That last part was very unnecessary as I wanted my vehicle back asap.This was a truly bad and traumatic experience as I was under the impression that they were a comprehensive and also ethical shop,,,, I was so so so wrongIt wouldnt let me post the review with no stars. I was a bit skeptical when Auto Medic changed owners since I had used their services for over 20 years. However, after my first service with new owner my skepticism was allayed. Their personalized service and attentive staff always make my experience a pleasant one. I will continue doing business with them for years to come.

A word to the wise: Before leaving your vehicle for service at Auto Medic Inc Tupelo, Ms. take before and after pics (especially under the hood) and record your conversations with them because they do not stand by their word. Tried to leave my review on their website and how ironic they have to approve it first. No wonder they have all good reviews. Hard lesson learned.

We had been having issues with the front end on my Mercedes ML350. We had taken it to a shop locally where we live & was told they couldn’t find anything wrong! My parents had always told me about Auto Medic, so we were able to quickly get an appointment with them. They immediately knew what needed fixed! Bobby was so helpful & easy to work with & not to mention, even went out of their way to meet us after hours to pick up our car! We will definitely be using Auto Medic from now on!

We cannot say enough good things about Auto Medic.Last week we found ourselves 700 miles away from home in the Delta heat and humidity when the air conditioner on our 2015 Mercedes quit. We had no idea what to do at that point, so we called our Mercedes shop back home in North Carolina, and were told that it was not possible to diagnose and repair the A/C over the phone. So, we started searching the internet for Mercedes shops, and we found Auto Medic. Auto Medic answered the phone right away and told us what they thought the problem might possibly be. We checked the maps, saw that we were approximately five miles away, so Norman told us to bring the car in and he would take a look. We drove right into Auto Medic, and although other customers were coming and going, Norman came right out and took our car back to the shop. We sat in the waiting area and chatted with Andrew for about an hour. He was extremely nice and pleasant and made the time pass more quickly. Norman was able to diagnose AND fix our problem and get us back on the road within an hour and a half for just under $100.There are no words to express how grateful and appreciative we were to everyone at Auto Medic. You guys were the answer to our prayers, and we just cannot recommend you highly enough to others. Thank you again and again - you all are terrific!

During a recent trip through Mississippi, almost all of my Suburus dashboard lights came on at once. I took it to a local mechanic close to where we were staying and they recommended that I take it to Tupelo and have Auto Medic handle the situation because they thought my car was having major electrical issues and I would need to have the computer replaced. Much to my surprise and relief, it was a simple fix - securing of my battery and a computer reset. Since I was traveling, Auto Medic worked me in and they had me back on the road in about an hour. I am so thankful to find such a great mechanic while traveling. Thank you for everything!

I was driving from Oklahoma to fla and my car started giving me weird error lights and green fluid was leaking. I stopped in Tupelo for the night and looked for a mechanic.The Toyota dealership in town had horrible reviews. These guys had great reviews on another site and they were friendly when I called.I stopped in, the manager had the same kind of hybrid so he looked over the vehicle.The guy at the front was nicely dressed and very friendly.Another woman told me they had recently been bought out and she liked this new staff.They had free drinks as well.It’s off the beaten path and behind a building, but I’m glad I stopped. They topped off my air, checked fluids and other things and wouldn’t charge me or accept a tip. Southern hospitality at its finest.

On Friday the 13th, I was in Tupelo visiting my Daughter when my BMW started overheating in traffic. My Son in Law recommended Auto Medic and called Mr. Megginson. He said bring it in and they would try to work in diagnosing the problem. I didnt want to be stranded 175 miles from home on Friday afternoon. Mr Hays thoroughly checked over the car, reported that the engine cooling fan was out and that I could make it home if I avoided sitting in traffic idling. He was, of course, correct and I was able to get home to Madison uneventfully. My sincere thanks to the prompt and efficient service and helping a potentially stranded grand father get home! Highly recommend these guys!

Recently I had my Porsche Macan serviced at Auto Medic. The experience exceeded my expectations! Bobby, the new owner, was not only friendly, but also very knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. Then there is Norm, the service manager, who knew exactly how to work with the situation concerning the oil gauage, which in that make & model, is very tricky & has been a problem when I have had it serviced at a Porsche dealer service center, in times past! I will be using Auto Medic for my service needs in times to come!

I was reluctant to go to them based off a prior bad experience. My window was stuck in the down position, they told me that it would be almost $500 & a week until they could get to it. After YouTube & Amazon, it was fixed the next day for less than $100. However, I went anyway because they are the only import shop in Tupelo. My appointment wasnt until 6/13/18 & I actually dropped it off a few days early for a HVAC diagnosis. It took them over a week to just do a diagnosis. When I picked up my car the first thing I noticed is that the instrument cluster was not working. I called them back the same day & they stated that they thought that I knew it wasnt working, although it had a recent oil change sticker in the window with the mileage on it. Ive owned the vehicle for about 3 years now, not once have the instrument cluster went out. Now I cant see mileage, speed, fuel tank, or anything. There is also a SRS light that is now on too that wont go off. They said that it is a coincidence and I could bring it back and pay for more diagnosis. No thank you! In my opinion a coincidence is wearing the same color shirt, not having additional mechanical problems with the car when I pick it up. Next time the headlights might not work if I took it back to them with their coincidences. Take my advice, do not trust them. Take your car to a dealership, and pray that Mercedes, BMW, & others will have a dealership in Tupelo soon.
