If I could leave zero stars, I definitely would. My sister and I visited the store over the weekend and neither of us were impressed by the customer service. There is an employee by the name of Patience and she lacked professionalism as well as customer service skills. The store was not busy at all but she was very short and seemed frustrated with our presence. Even with all of that being the case, I still spent nearly $200 on balloons. When I went back to pick them up the next day she was just as rude as she was the day before. When I got the balloon columns home, they were not sturdy or balanced to stand on their own and they were not the same height. They looked so pitiful I could not even sit them out with the other party decorations. Based on her behavior and my encounter with her I wouldn’t be surprised if she made them that way on purpose. Either way, the entire experience was poor!

The service was horrible!!!! The actual balloon columns and the young lady Patience.. She was very unprofessional and didnt have any patience! Which I was thinking she would have alot of since that is her name (wishful thinking)!! As we were trying to figure out exactly what we wanted she started to breathe hard as if we were bothering her and she kept checking her watch. We were the only customers in there. If I could have 0 stars I definitely would have.

The young ladies helped so much with picking out balloons and colors and string. They made picking out mermaid stuff easy for this father of a 5 year old little girl. Thank you so much!

The clerk Bradly who checked us out was really professional and nice but the young ladies in the back were very rude and disrespected him in front of us customers. There rude behavior effected the experience all the way.

Looking for bonfire decorations. Did not have anything even close. But was very nice and helpful.

Party needs from children to adult... Dont confuse, not adult book store type offerings....clean fun. Also roll with all holiday events... Valentines, Saint Patricks, the 4th of July and so on

The male that checked out my purchase was nice and polite yet he wore his pants BELOW his buttocks. I did mention this to him and informed him how offensive this was to me. He did admit it was shorts and not his under wear🙄

Their prices are a bit high on some things but the customer service is top notch!

My wife ordered balloons for my daughters Sweet 16 party and when I went to pick them up, I asked them to double check to make sure they were all there since I didnt know how many there should be. They would not check the receipt, but assured me that they were all there. When I got home, my wife immediately noticed the ones that were missing. I called to find out why the balloons were missing and they said that some had popped when airing them up. So, they knew they were short when I picked them up. They were not apologetic at all and offered nothing to remedy the situation or to make up for it. They couldnt have cared less. I will never again trust this place with anything.

Eh. Could be better, but for it being the only retail store geared toward shopping for party stuff, its okay. Halloween section is great!!!

Walked in and there was no greeting, no acknowledgement, they didn’t ask us if they could help us with anything, and while walking around they where back there trying to order something not relevant to the store. Just horrible service that wasn’t even given!!

High prices costumes have become limited, I think their main focus is now birthday parties, graduation parties, and wedding parties.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t know what this place is but it is not a party store. Order it online of go to Walmart because this place most likely will not have what you a looking for.

Absolutely terrible!! Too high and nothing much to buy that is worth anything. We will never go back. We found the same exact stuff at Walmart and dollar tree for six times less. They kept getting rude and frustrated when we asked them for prices because NOTHING HAD PRICES ON THE PRODUCTS!!!!!
