Watch out! Recliners were on sale. So we took turns sitting in them. We got 1. After getting it home, we notices the back of the chair did not go up very far. It hits me in the middle of myneck. Im only 55. The recliners on the floor were higher up. So its the dog recliners now. She loves it.

This place is absolutely amazing. This is the second time Ive been there to buy furniture and it was as easy and fast as the first time. Everyone there was super helpful and very friendly. Cheap furniture and great customer service...

My parents went to go buy a couch from y’all and was assisted by someone and when they told her they were looking around she left and never came back to assist them even when they had a couch already picked out. Customer service was bad and unprofessional. Then they later saw the same lady assisting other customers. Would not recommend this place if they treat their customers like this

Buyer beware it has some good deals for the price but I bought a California king bedroom set every thing was fine the first night second night I felt a hole forming in the middle of the bed the mattress was sinking a bad pillow top mattress most likely a repair from the factory but I paid 500.00 for the mattress set along but in all 3000.00 for everything made out of cedar 5 pieces

We bought a mattress and box springs when they brought the box springs out it was a flimsy thin one. They said thats all they carry. After returning a tore mattress we didnt feel like disputing it. We just took it and went home. We will not be buying from them anymore. I guess live and learn. Yes they have deals but beware of what you buy ...you really do get what you pay for. I do not recommend this store !!!!

The reclining sofa is nothing like they had in the store. Cant lay down on the couch because the middle seat is about 2 inches higher than the ends. Does not look good. I should have returned it. I picked it out and paid for it in the store. The one in the store was nice. Nothing like the one I ended up with.I dont recommend them and I will not shop there again.

Planning to visit this Friday for a living room suite

I bought over 1600 dollars in furniture at this store last week for my daughter’s apt at college. They told me it would be 165 dollars for delivery & it would be delivered that week.... I called 3 times and the furniture was finally delivered after 7pm the following Friday night... the delivery people smelled awful and charged my daughter an extra 20 dollars... 🤷‍♂️... they just left the furniture in the middle of the floor still with the wrapping on it... they broke the leg off of a small table, broke the middle drawer knob off the same table and the corner of the table is broken also... I guess they dropped it.... But the table is damaged... and there is no way to repair the broken corner and match the paint...so do not buy from this place unless you can haul it yourself... I will not buy anything unless I can get it in my vehicle ... to take advantage of a 20 year old girl is low... very disappointed.

Bad service. We were looking for a leather recliner with power. Sales person had no clue were anything was and would take us to a chair that was not power or leather. Very frustrating! Felt like we would do better on our own just wandering around. But you go to a sales person for help.

Customer service was awful. My husband called to check on bunk beds for our child. The lady that answered said we do not have any in stock, so my husband said okay well when do you expect them to be in and her reply was I DO NOT KNOW.. so he then asked can you give me an estimate on the price of the futon bunk beds and again her reply was I DO NOT KNOW..... well where I work at when we do not know the answer to give our customers we go find out!!!!!!! That is a good way to lose business.
