I love this place. My kids love this place. The air conditioning alone is wonderful in this summer heat. My husband needed a football book and everything is easy to find. Their Starbucks is lovely and the bookstore is clean and just makes me happy every time I walk in

Large, clean store that includes nearly any genre you can think of. Manga, spirituality, summer reading books and much more. Has a large selection of kids books as well, along with toys and collectables. Also carries records and stationary supplies. The store is well organized and clean and includes an in-store Starbucks

Granted its great we can say we have a bookstore, but a lot of the same is online for cheaper. All its good for is convenience.

The best store in the mall, and usually the least populated... which speaks volumes about the denizens of Barnes Crossing. Plus, there is a Starbucks so you can geeked out on caffeine before perusing the plethora of dead trees.

Good size store. Nice selection, clean and very organized. Have sum halarious daily planners and organizers at great prices. Also for coffee fans, a Starbucks thats REALLY good to! All staff friendly and helpful.

My favorite store. They have so many options here and their kids are is awesome. I love taking my 2-year-old here. Hey also have some collectible toys here. And the Starbucks inside the store is okay. The baristas could be a little nicer but they make really good drinks. Also if you join their membership you get 10% off books, pretty good. You have to purchase the membership, which I think it is $25 for a year. Like I said, you can even get the percentage off at the Starbucks bar, so pretty cool.

They had a pretty good selection but their employees were so rude. The lady who checked me out was so rude and had a really bad attitude. She for some reason would not let me use my membership discount even though every single Barnes and Nobles I have ever gone to have let me. I’m a frequent Barnes and Noble shopper and this store and their employees attitudes makes me consider never wanting to shop at one every again. 0/10 recommend. I would much rather give my money to books a million or Amazon than deal with this bs again.

This is a nice store always clean and well ran. The only downfall is if you go to the cafe you cant use starbucks gift cards bc it is barnes and noble cafe not starbucks but they have Starbucks logos on all the cups so they shouldnt advertise starbucks if they cant accept payment for starbucks. But all in all its a nice place to shop.

Cashier was very nice. Layout of the store was on point! Extra bonus with a coffee shop I side. Definitely will come back!

Biased opinion: I love going to a book store just to browse all the knowledge and fantasy yesterdays and todays best literature.

Staff are consistently rude, selection is limited, and hours are limited now, as well. As of this evening, I’ve officially quit patronizing this store and will order via Amazon or BN’s local independent competitors. This store has been a poorly-managed joke for years. Go ahead and put it out of its misery.

Nice selection of books. Unfortunately they didnt have many books on decorating cakes and cupcakes and thats what I really needed. I needed a very detailed book that day. Unfortunately I didnt find one.

I love this store.

I am not a fan of discrimination and this store discriminates against people with legitimate health issues. I watched them deny service to a man who had breathing issues (most likely asthma) who wouldn’t wear a mask. When he asked what he was supposed to do to be able to shop they told him he could shop online. What’s next? Are we going to prevent people who have medical conditions from using public transportation? Prevent them from eating in restaurants? Are we so lacking in compassion towards people with disabilities that we are preventing them from enjoying the same freedoms as the “normal” people? This is a slippery slope and these Barnes and Noble’s employees are behaving like the bus drivers telling people to go to the back of the bus. I would steer clear of an establishment who adopts tyrannical policies and shows little care for human beings different from themselves.

This is our favorite place to go in the mall! They have something for all of us! My daughter and I always get coffee at Starbucks in the bookstore while my husband checks out the magazines and then we make our way to our genre sections. I especially love the discount sections!! They have the most awesome stuff from books to stationary! Its a great place to spend time!

I wish the records were more organized but I rarely go in looking for a single record and I usually just pick up something new to listen to. The employees are polite and the area is clean. All as you would expect from a Barnes and Noble. Keep it up guys.

I love this Barnes & Noble is the only one we have here they offer a Starbucks in store for you to have coffee while you shop and now they have broadened their toy section so this is the go to for toys now unless you go to Walmart or shop online. But I must say they have really unique toys for children. Love it

Tupelo is a small town and has a very small selection of good that Barnes & Noble sell. Ignore the mixed reviews.... Its a great place for parents to spend time while their children shop the mall. Great service and the store, coffee shop and restrooms are always clean! Great selection of vinyl! Prices are fair on everything, our kids enjoy the store as well and we never leave without a purchase. Plus, free wifi for people who do not have access, how could you possibly complain.
