Went inside and was back outside within 5 minutes. Quick customer service, cant remember the young ladys name but she was very nice and very helpful. Looking forward to being a new Xfinity customer.
I went in to get my equipment that I had set up service for over the phone. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Marqueta and she was very polite and kind and even though she had a mask on I still could tell she had a smile on her face. She gave me her card for any further questions about adding things to our service and let me know if I wanted to come in and speak face to face with a person instead of over the phone that she would be more than happy to assist me!!
Visited the Xfinity store in tupelo, Mississippi. Marquitta helped me so much. She was full of knowledge. She had everything working. Very kind too. Thanks Marquitta keep up great work!
Went in today to get remotes asked about channels missing I was so discriminated against by this woman she was rude and hateful I tried to tell her I had the highest package but she didn’t have time for me but when another black person came in she was up and front with so unprofessional and now I got to take my boxes back because she didn’t have time for me thanks for letting customer service plus thanks for the 2 remotes you hated getting for me see you soon. To correct your mistake wish I got your name but I will remember you.
Marquette Gates is exceptional at what she does shes the only person I will talk to at my local Comcast store, she goes out of her way for her customers she needs to be recognized for her contribution to the company.
Signed up for cable. Picked up the boxes to install but never received service. Was told our signal was too weak to receive the service. Was told a $100.00 fee was required for them to send serviceman. We were originally told the fee was not required if the problem was wiring issue. Had to cancel and return the equipment because we refused to pay $100.00 for service when the problem was their equipment.

THIS IS FOR THE COMCAST/ XFINITY IN CORINTH MSMy father-in-law passed away. While handling his affairs I had to shut off his xfinity as well as return the boxes. Well I went to both Corinth locations at 4pm. There was a sign on the door that read OPEN. Also the business hours were posted 9AM to 5PM. After seaeching the internet I found a post saying the Corinth stores have been shut down. I am still in possession of the boxes because I do not know his pin number to his account nor can o get it due to his passing. This whole situation is a mess, unclearly communicated to their customers. And if they charge me for these boxes, well, Im guessing you can figure out what they can do with said charges!CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT SEVERELY NEEDED!

The staff here are all in all not unfriendly, Seeing them at all this year has been a near impossibility sin the Xfinity Store has been closed suddenly time to time for weeks and months. Once this year two staff worked hard with me on an Xfinity Mobile problem that I could not do myself for which I was having an awful time getting help via phone, text, email and web. The thing is that this is sales and they have no power, are not trained, arent appreciated much by the company if they do try to help. So the store is kinda useless for me. Buying overpriced phones there would be a bad mistake. They dont really sell the best available specials either. So, thats my, um, gripe.

I have had a cable running across my entire front yard and driveway for the last 10 months. I have called multiple times and am always assured it will be buried in 14 days. I have had my yard marked/flagged for utilities 3 times, but the cable is still across my yard/drive. They have had to come splice it twice, but cant bury it. I am tired of having to move it each time I want to mow the yard. This needs to be resolved immediately. 10 months it too long to deal with this. BTW, it was put down 5 month before covid, so that is NOT an excuse
My wife called yesterday and got internet and she works from 11:00am to 7:00pm so she ask them if I could come pick up the equipment this morning and they said it’d be ok so I went to the store location to pick it up and they informed me that they wouldn’t let me get the equipment said my wife had to pick it up she has me as a authorized user but I wasted my time and my gas for nothing

Staff is very attentive and helpful. Took our report of an unacceptable installation. Well see how quickly it is addressed. Staff gets a very high rating. The installation technician, not so much.

If I could give a 0 they would get it! The customer service on the phone needs to be in contact with the stores! They set up an appointment for me to go to the Tupelo store at 10:30am on a Saturday and the store has been closed for weeks!! One hour drive to this store and gas waisted with only an apology! We are thinking about switching our service!!
My issue is not with this store, but with the service itself. I am paying for internet service 75mb, same speed I have at home with a different provider.At home i literally can stream movie, plat Xbox live, and use several pc at same time, no buffering or cutting out issues. With Comcast the issue is endless, coincidentally when I call and speak with technical support they offer each time to send out service, catch is if they find nothing wrong i have to pay eighty dollars, they never find something wrong when they come out. When they leave or next day, back to buffering fifteen times a day, very annoying, only one tv, and a terminal which is hardly ever on.
Went to add a passphrase on n.y account, you have tho present ID. They told me they didnt do things like that, they were a retail store. Wad just needing to verify my ID wad gonna set the passcode up from home.

Their internet, TV, and phone packages are highway robbery. Friendly service yes but their pricing doesnt add up after your first year.

Why cant I get on the internet?
We had a wonderful guy that came out and tried to install internet service. Unfortunately, due to Fulton Telephone Companys monopoly in Fulton, MS. they was unable to install service. Its sad because I can get cheaper and faster internet service from Xfinity. If Fulton Telephone Company would either just go out of business, lower their prices, or upgrade their technology, this wouldnt be a problem. It sucks that such a professional man had to waste his time in the heat just to find out he couldnt do his job due to the telephone companys greed and making its customers pay for its short comings. It would also help that Comcast would just do their jobs properly as they just dont do any follow ups whatsoever. Their customer services needs an overhaul!

The set up I got today from my tech was garbage. I wish I knew his name because he should be fired. He installed my equipment and just threw the chords and modem over my tv and just left it.

I have called multiple times and I have been giving the run around because the house I rent the tenants before me didnt pay the bill and now since my last name happens to be the same as the last tenants I am bieng denied service and I am not affiliated with the last tenants what so ever i will nit pay for another persons mistake I have never had this much trouble out of any service if I had an option to put no stars I would Been to the store 3 times called over 5 times never a call back how is this my fault in anyway?
