They had to order my screen. They got it in on the exact fay they said and I dropped my tablet off the next day. 2 hours later they called me and said it was ready. Brad knows his stuff. The girl up front was very courteous. I had good communication thruout the entire process. I highly recommend C.P.R.

The display of my phone ended up getting broken by my cat and the LED completely died over the course of the day. They quickly got the part needed to repair it ordered and once I dropped it off to be fixed when the part came in, it was done in just a handful of hours. Getting it back quickly into working order was a big weight off my shoulders and its been working great since.

I was either going to have to travel an hour away to have my phone checked or buy a new phone. CPR diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the replacement part, and once it came in, installed and tested it within an hour. Great place for out of warranty repairs. A little on the high side if you ask me, BUT for that extra money you get replacement parts sourced from a reputable company and most of all, you get a warranty with the work - something you wont get if you decide to fix a phone yourself. So that makes it worth the extra money.

I cannot thank yall enough. I came in freaking out thinking my phone battery was messing up but thankfully it was only my charger cable.

Before they fix something they call and let you know if its even worth it so thumbs up from me!

Excellent service. I dropped my phone off at 12 to get the battery replaced, was told there was a 2 hour wait time. I told the awesome woman at the front that I only had an hour lunch break. She said no problem we will get you in and out. I had to run one errand took me about 20 minutes. I walked back in to what I thought would be a 20+ minute wait, and my phone was done. Great Service, great care, great place! 5 out of 5 recommend. :)

This is the BEST place to get your phone repaired! It was super quick. I went in with a busted iPhone X screen and I left with a brand new phone screen within 30 minutes. I will never go to another phone repair store other than CPR! The people are super friendly and will answer absolutely any questions you have!

It was my first time there and the lady, I hate that I can not remember her name, was extremely nice, helpful, professional, and fast. She had several people waiting in line and she gave each one the attention they needed. I will be going back for all of my cell phone repair needs. They put a new battery in my husbands phone and they were very fast. I bought myself a phone case with glass protector while I waited.

I was VERY skeptical with the ipad since it looked like a train had run it over because my grandsons decided to have a battle over who was going to play games on it first....needless to say the ipad lost, but a great big shout out to CPR!!! The employs were really nice and professional, i took my pc here after having problems with it and they replied to me with the problem quickly... the only problem i had with the place was the prices, the cost for them to just look at my pc was $50. a few months ago my brother had his phone screen fixed here and that was $300

I have taken several phones- Samsung s5, 4 iPhone 5s and 1 iPhone 6, and have had excellent customer service and great repairs. 1 of the phones had an irreparable issue with the circuit board. They installed 3 different screens to double check, couldnt fix it, no charge. All work for me has been done the same day with friendly, competent service and fair pricing.Someone stated a part was only $5 and they shouldnt have charged $50 to repair it. Heres the deal: this company only uses genuine Apple, Samaung, etc. parts. The parts you find on Amazon most of the time are aftermarket. Furthermore, they have to pay for the part and their employees salaries. Their prices are more than fair and their work excellent. If you think $50 was too much and its only a $5 part, break out the toolkit and knock it out. They never have charged me a crack fee to open the device and tell me what was wrong. Not many places will do that.Repairing delicate electrical devices isnt easy or cheap, and they dont gouge. I dont like paying to fix my phone every time I break the dang thing, but I broke it so I cant gripe about it.Best electronics repair service Ive ever dealt with, hands down.

I really cant comment on the quality of their work, because I refused to pay more for my broke screen than I paid for the phone. I was told they were cheap. They are NOT.

Went in to get my camera lense replaced on a s5 active. The lady at the front desk told me $50. Idk, but the parts costs $5, and it takes a few mins to do. They are way way to high. It should of been $20 to $25.
