I love the actual store! The employees are so helpful but the online ordering is a joke don’t order more than one pair of shoes or you will get at least one pair in the wrong size and color and to get your money back or the correct shoe they expect you to drive an hour away if you don’t have a store or the shipping method they use and they don’t give you a way to return the shoes in store. The customer service line is a joke and very unhelpful. I guess I need a new shoe store. Amazon will be getting my business for everything at least they send the correct order!

Will never spend a single dollar in this store. Went there just to browse. Sales woman insisted my husband try some boots he liked. He did. Decided to buy them since they were on sale. She rings them up. Almost double the cost that was on tag. She said she grabbed the wrong ones. Then she said they didnt have his size for the correct ones. So he tried a different pair. Decide to purchase those. 89.99. Plus employee was going to give him 5$ coupon. The cost came out to 100 and some change. Husband said really 15$in tax!? Worker replied yea taxes got you. Leave and look at receipt. She blatantly lied because boots rang up for 99.99! Walked right back in and told her she did the wrong price. She acted like she hadnt noticed and all we could do was return them. She couldnt give them to us for the price that was advertised!!! These people will absolutely lie to make a sale. They will then just hope you are too stupid to notice!!

Bought school backpack Almost $40 bucks didnt last a month ...poor quality

Great and helpful staff. Went out of their way to get me in the shoes I really wanted. Everytime I walk past I get a friendly wave even if Im not going in to buy anything.
