In and out pretty good service

Print center closed early and they would not reopen or allow us to use the self-service copiers to make 20 simple copies. Honestly, the customer service here has always been poor, much more so than the locally owned print shops.

I went to get some papers printed. The service was quick and helpful. I was able to email the docs to their email and they printed them out. My needs were not that demanding. They look like they have printers for every type of printing need.

Online ordering with these people is a scam!! They will charge your card daily amounts and pretend their records show differently when you call. Luckily I keep receipts!!

The customer service honestly... made me never want to come back... they cant multitask back in the print center and the help is awful. If you need to print more than 10 pages.... youre better off driving to Memphis to Kinkos. I dont often leave reviews... but this one was necessary.

It sucked today. Store has discontinued selling the Franklin Covey brand of planners but online only. What an inconvenience. Will probably purchase from another store where I can examine the product prior to purchasing.

Just had the spine cut off of a book and spiral bound, something I’ve had them do a few times now. The employee proceeds to cut way too much off the spine, doesn’t even cut it straight, and due to both of those factors when she punches it, she punches thru all the text on the spine of the book. She doesn’t even notice any of this stuff while she’s working on it. I pay for it, open it and notice this. She then tells me well I can give you refund, this does nothing for the $25 book that certain parts of are now ruined. Only reason I ever went to this store was to have them do this spiral bounding task, one fewer place I have to waste my time with now.

Last night I wanted to run in real quick and get a pack of erasers. I knew I needed to be fast because it was 8:53pm and the store was closing at 9:00pm. The doors were already locked!!! I saw an associate who could have possibly been a manager (considering his age) I knocked on the window and when he looked at me, I pointed to my wrist and said, its not 9:00 yet and he said, yes it is! OfficeMax is a corporation! I just couldnt believe they had already locked the doors!

Went for photocopying. They printed it with a part of my page cut off but when I pointed it out the promptly re printed it for free. All in all good service. A little slow, but good.

One employee in the print /copy center. I was told it would be tomorrow before I could get my copies. Never mind that he could have done it with a few clicks in less than 5 minutes, so I used the self service. We have a SPC and it always charges me 22¢ for color copies when they print for me. They would not give me the special pricing because I used the self service and even the manager was rude and would not help. Not the first time Ive had trouble here. Will not go back. Awful customer service.

Ordered a printer online and wanted to pick up in store. The directions on my email said to pick up the order in the copy and print center. Went to the copy area and there were 2 employees. Neither looked at me when I walked up to the deal as they helped other people. When they were done helping others still neither of them acknowledged me, asked if I needed anything or helped in any way. I stood there and waited and waited until I got so angry I stormed off. I gave two stars because of the cashier at the front of the store who was friendly and got my order promptly.

Wide variety of shopping and services! Some prices are a little higher than stores like Wal-Mart. I was able to get printer ink, colored ink pens, print a document, fax it, and mail a letter, all in one place!

We need staples ever since they closed I rather buy my office products at dollar general than at office max. Customer service sucks. Place is junky stuff is usually throwed everywhere. Yeah I just hate office max.
