I called to get a price on single vision lenses with no special coatings. Plain, simple, nothing extra. I was given the run around and told that she (Chloe) was not sure. Then she said the most I would pay was $300, and that price was for “everything on it” (with coatings and whatnot) which is not what I asked for a price on. I asked again for the price on SINGLE VISION nothing on the lens. She then replied “we’re not allowed to give prices on the phone, you’ll have to come in.” The call was a waste of my time, and Chloe does not have enough knowledge to be answering the phone. Moreover, if a person is calling, it is because their time is valuable and they do not want to go in to ask for a price. Just say at the beginning: we do not give prices over the phone. Simple.

Well never go there again. My wife had to wait 3 weeks to get her glass, 22 days into having them the Versace frames broke due to a manufacturing flaw, NOT negligence. When contacted, Lens crafters would not cover the frames and were short and rude about the matter. Versace would not cover it either. In conclusion, they sell garbage products that they will not stand behind when they inevitably fail. I wish theyd take a long walk off a short pier and once they get to the bottom stop and take a breather.

They dont stand behind their work. I purchased a $500 pair of glasses in October and one lense cracked within 2 months. To their credit they replaced it. The other lense developed several cracks a few months later while the store was closed due to Covid. I was asked to check back when they reopened. I did and nothing was mentioned about any protection plan. When I went to the store they flatly refused to make good on their work and cited that I did not purchase the costly protection plan in addition to the $500 I already spent on the glasses. I feel like this was a cheap loophole to get out of doing the right thing for a customer. A pair of $500 glasses should last more than a year regardless of any additional warranty. Buyer beware! I will never do business with them again.
It was a great visit for it being my first time going to LensCrafters! The price was perfect and I walked out with my contacts the same day I got seen quickly even with me being late for my appointment The doctor was very sweet I read reviews before going in I admit I was nervous at first but it turned out to be a great visit I will definitely be back

Very friendly. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment and was seen really quickly. Dr. Troupe answered all my questions and explained everything she did. She also took the time to review everything about my eye health with me. Definitely worth the drive to Tupelo.
My daughter had an appt. w/Dr.Troupe, we waited over 45 min. just to be told well have to pay $115 w/no explanation. (I have vision insurance). I asked the receptionist twice why the long wait and she blew me off (she wasnt friendly nor did she seem knowlegeable about anything.) I am very disappointed and highly upset with the way they treated me today! Because they didnt inform me of this ridiculous amount I would have to pay via phn when the appt. was made.Something seemed deceitful (almost fraudulent) about what they were trying to do b/c they asked for my health insurance card.? Needless to say, I will NOT be returning and have cancelled all appts. previously made for my entire family.

The eye doctor was great, but the glasses quality is awful handle broke after the 30 days. Nothing can be done if you didnt buy extra warranty. paid more for these glasses Ive been wearing glasses for 50 year. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
Yes they have a large selection I will give them that but the service is not good my fiancé was told her glasses would be in 10 days we are on day 15 still no glasses and the store manager got rude with my fiancé we spent nearly $1K and that’s the type of service we received I would not recommend and we’re not going back
Recently my company changed to EyeMed so I decided to try LensCrafters as they were on our list of providers. I took my son to Dr. Troupes office and everyone there WAS GREAT AND HELPFUL. I purchased my sons eyeglasses and contacts from LensCrafters and I have always had good customer service until today. I received a text that my glasses were ready so I went into the store there was a lady sitting down helping a customer, it was about 4:30 when I walked in she looked up at me and never said a word she continued doing what she was doing. I walked up to the counter I stood there for a minute or 3 the worker turned to me and said I’ll be with you in a minute and continued scanning her tablet. I said ok, stood there about 3 more minutes the customer told the worker you can go ahead and help her I’ll wait the worker said no that’s ok, my screen is finally coming up. By this time I think I had been standing there almost 7 mins she never paid me any attention or called anyone from the back to help me. Finally someone came from the back and asked could they help me I told her I was there to pick up my glasses she asked me to try them on and I left.The experience I had today will be my last time spending my money there with a worker like that. I’m very disappointed because until today I have had nothing but good service. I’ll just stick with Eye Associates from here on out.
