They had an excellent selection of games and collectibles, and a HUGE selection of DVDs and blu rays. Prices were decent, I found a couple of games that Ive been looking for for a while. 👍

This chain, and this location specifically is amazing. The staff is always super friendly and just as ready to geek out over old favorite games just as much as you are. This store repairs some consoles and they buy everything from TVs, to consoles to old games movies, manga, comics, records and figures. They have games avalible at reasonable prices for most consoles and retro controllers to match in case yours has busted. Being in any of your old games and they will trade for equivalent in store credit (totally worth it btw) or cash in hand if youre just looking to get rid of some stuff. By far one of the best used game stores Ive ever been to and will gladly keep going back.

Pretty good deals on games and movies. Customer service isnt bad necessarily, but dont go if youre in a hurry.They operate at a slow pace.

They have some hard to find retro stuff like game genies and cool t-shirts.

Went in looking for a super specific item, and they just so happened to have one in really good condition. Super friendly staff, and love seeing the older generation consoles on display. They test their items to make sure they work before being sold, then shrink wrap a lot of them to protect from dust.

What happened to this place it was awesome!!! Its still not bad it just isnt great, I cant find what I want anymore its all out of order put Nintendo with Nintendo, PlayStation with PlayStation, Sega with Sega and so on and so forth. Also know your product to some degree at least what controller goes to what system. Prices are all over the place 1 game is dirt cheap while another is over the moon expensive.

Just left. Was trying to make up my mind on a game and was asked to leave. Employee said it was because lines were forming outside the store and it made them look bad. Got outside and we were the only ones there. He exited the store about two minutes later for a smoke break. They lost money because I was going to buy something, dont know if Ill be back.

I like all the clerks. They all are very helpful and have unique senses of humor. Its fun listening to them while browsing. The prices are great. I like the thrill of the hunt when it comes to the DVD selection. You literally never know what treasure you may come upon.

The store is really packed. Good friendy service with people who know what to recommend. Only thing is they dont carry new games only used which is fine with me.

Never had many issues there some staff were a little rude a while back most are nice though would rather go here than game stock. Cheap games and more selection. There are a lot of movies too if youre into that.

Purchased a pair of joycons for the Switch-used, dont usually buy used but they were giving me a good price and an assurance that they worked. This was confirmed by another employee who said that he himself had checked them. Flash forward to a week later, only one works, charged them all week and one does not function. Tried to return or hopefully replace the controller today and was told no receipt, no return...I get that, but I purchased with a credit card, so I asked if we could look it up by that? No go, last thing was said to me was Sorry, thats why you keep your receipt! Nope, Im sorry I trusted the sincerity of your employees and also that I purchased anything from this dung heap!

Me and my family love this store. They are always helpful. A few nights ago me and my girlfriend went in looking for Hateful 8 and Twilight collection. We asked for help and they went straight to them and found it for us. Thanks!!!!

If you a gamer or your child, they always have old game supplies as well new. You can find new and used game systems. Good deal on movies as well. There very helpful

Prices are reasonable but things seem a bit out of place around the store. I would have given a higher rating but when I went in last time, one of the clerks was very rude to two of the customers(at no fault of the customers themselves). May want to work on his people skills before they lose a bunch of business. No one wants to deal with a clerk that has unwarranted attitude.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I believe I went 3 or four times over the course of 2 days and they were above satisfactory each time. I will be going there again!

The male employee that was in there today 12/28/19 sold me a ps3 on 12/14/19 and the controller stopped working and he said there is nothing he can do about it. I just wanted to swaout for another ps3 controller. I would not recommend anyone shopping there because they do not stand behind there products and I know gamestop isnt much better but at least they will exchange your item for another.

All the cases are usually a mess everytime I go in there and out of order. They have some cool stuff every now and then, but the store needs to be more organized. There have also been times that I go in there and the employees are uninterested and are playing on their phones, leaning against the counter.

First time shopping at a Game X Change, and theyve made a fan out of me. The huge stock reminded me of looking through a video store as a kid, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they even had some pretty rare titles in stock.

GREAT customer service and good pricing. I suggest buying some cheap $3 headphones because theyll put anything in that box of theirs. I got 2 pairs of iPhone headphones for $6.50

Will not be returning they have a exchange policy but will not let you exchange and item for the same item. They are more worried about playing magic the gathering.

Eh.. While I completely understand that the items they get are trade ins, they need a refund option. I hardly ever shop here so store credit doesnt really benefit me.

Ive been to this store a handful of times and have been disappointed each time. Yes, they have a wonderful selection at times, but the place is not organized, prices are too high for most stuff, and the service is awful. Service is terrible. Workers were talking about disliking something about gay people one time I was in there or they will talk about other customers. Another time they spent forever looking for a misplaced movie. Too much negativity there.

They used to be amazing, but over time, their pricing has skyrocketed. They literally almost tripled the price on SNES controllers, for example. You can occasionally find a good deal, however.

My family and I shopped at Game Exchange all the time during the holiday season. Today we went in, and was not greeted or offered help. My son picked out games and I told him to put them back because the lack of service. I havent felt a cold shoulder in retail like that in awhile.
