Came in quick for a drawer Latch replacement. The workers were friendly and helped us to the isle that we needed to find the item. Always have a good experience at this location.

Shopping for a Phillips extension shank. An Employee was very helpful locating the item. This store is more inviting and seems cleaner than my usual store. I Met three employees and they were all personable & helpful.

I love this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Its clean and organized. Easy to find what youre looking for. I purchased some drawer knobs from here in the past and theyre beautiful. I still love them on the dresser I put them on. Great price I paid for them too. So much variety for every type of item. I love the garden section and lighting section the most. So fun to look at all the items. Ive bought quite a bit from here over the years for little home projects. Wood for shelving and the brackets for it, Rubbermaid containers for organizing some things, nails and screws, toolbox and some tools, coolers, etc. Overall, great store and I recommend it.

Shout out to Marisol at customer services. She’s always willing to help, is always smiling and has a great attitude. The store itself is easy to navigate, especially if you have the app. It can be frustrating at times getting knowledgeable employees in their respective departments, but you’ll always end up getting what you need.

Great lumber staff help me load and I didnt ask for help ..some of the guys are there when I walk in now and tell me they will load the sheet rock for me..

I want to stay politically correct so I will not compare the store to any other store. However the store is awesome. In the past 10 years Ive been to a lot of Home Improvement stores and so far Home Depot stays at the top of my list. Thank you. Great customer service.

I found things easily but had a question about some items I was purchasing. I had to walk the full length of the store to find an employee. 3 employees were talking so I stopped to ask about my purchase and none of them knew the answer. They honestly did not act like they wanted to check it out for me. One employee went to get a cart for me as I had my arms full. That was nice.I wasnt impressed with their customer service skills however I did get what I went in the store to get.

My go to store for house hold items. Got a new shower head last time I went. Works great and the price was good.

I am so disappointed. I am from Colorado and the home Depot there they treat you like family, here I waited 14 minutes and no one helped me even when I asked twice for help they will get someone. I was in a bit of a hurry so I went to Lowes in and out in less than 10 minutes. What a difference like day and night.

Its a good hardware store to go in and get out (thats the positive). The store isnt the cleanest, the product I was looking for wasnt in the correct area. I cant complain about the customer service, because there was no one around to help 🤷‍♂️..... But at least Lowes is nearby lol.

I really enjoyed going to home depotthat was like my 4th visit ever to any home depot. i was really impressed with the cashier attendant at self checkout. I went in to buy a vacuum but found out how awesome they are on household items. pricing was really good. im lovin these multipurpose wipes called-Alligator Cloths. They work great & larger sized cloth actually makes it worth the price. im using less than I do with other name brands. thumbs up

Home Depot lacks customer service as well as items to purchase. Their shelves were bare of garden tools. Went to a local competitor and it was night and day difference. They are definitely not my first choice to purchase from.

Went into store to find battery for lawnmower. Salesperson went to register to take something for another customer and stood up front talking to another employee instead of returning to help us. Had to flag her down to get her to stop talking and come back and help us. Another salesperson came over and both of them were very rude. Will not return to this store. Very poor customer service.

I waited in Lumber for 20 minutes after requesting for someone to come cut my moulding, still no one came. As I was leaving I told the associates the situation, they didnt even attempt to tell me to stand by while they attempting to get an associate and/or manager to cut my moulding. This is phenomenal customer service!

Bought emergency generator. Easy to pay but finally had to get manager to get help loading into my truck. They have one 7.5 kw electric start unit left. Happy to see the generator comes with battery for starting

I use them strictly for older general home stuff. Never for custom or hobby stuff. Unless you know exactly what you want and where its at....forget it.

When I go to home depod they have everything I need I go in and out

There employees are a lot more helpful than the ones in Los Banos California. They help you and walk you around and make sure you get the job done

I think communication between your employees should be better I took over 30 minutes before someone showed up I talked to many employees to see if they could get someone to come to the paint department I got many different stories Im not the only one that was there waiting for paint

David was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. He knew how to answer all our questions and made sure left confident in our choice for our first home!!!!! I wish we could have bought them in store but unfortunately our parents are purchasing as a wedding gift. Thank you David you were great!!! Turlock Home Depot always has items in stock. Lines are never more than a few minutes wait. The employees are always willing to help you find what you need.

I had a very nice experience here. Great place to take the family dog, on leash as long as it is well behaved of course. We needed a new washer and dryer, found a nice set good price. and most importantly Kathy Borns the appliance specialist was great. I planned to go to Lowes next, to do some comparison shopping, but because of her, I opted to purchase from Home Depot without shopping elsewhere. She was patient, checking on availability of appliances for myself and others. Answering all our questions. Thank you!!!

Seems that every time I go to the lumber yard the price tags are always missing and when I ask for help trying to find an item most employees reply with if its not in its slot then we dont have it and they dont even look at the part I am looking for

Be careful about in store promotions. They may be misleading.

Same as most Home Depots. Some staff were friendly and helpful while others were not so much. There was an item listed online, as having several items at this store, but several staff were not able to locate it. Finally found it ourselves and overheard another staff member tell another customer over the phone that they were completely out of the same and similar items...even though there were two other models easily found. Even though multiple staff said the items were in the wrong spot, and they were obviously in high demand, they put the remainder back on the high shelf rather than putting them were they were supposed to be and making it easy for people to find and purchase.

Great store but heres what will change how customers feel and what we need. Most people will not ask for help including myself but when you reach out and offer help, Ill take it because I needed it since I walked in the store. It works, I know I offer help when I can with some items that I know of for lost customers.

Twenty minutes. I waiting for 20 minutes for the garden-tools guy whose break was supposed to be over in another six minutes. He never came. No one came. I left; went to a competitor.

Decent prices on lumber!

My wife uses an electric cart on occasion. This trip she needed one, but they were none in the store. She had to crouch down out of the way to alleviate the pain she was in. She was passed by multiple employees while I was searching for a cart and was not asked once of she was ok. I found no carts. We left the store and on the way out of the parking lot and employee was using one to drive himself around to gather regular carts. Absolutely despicable.

For most visits the Homedepot is a 5 Star as they got what you need and at a lower price than Lowe’s or other places. Reason for 4 stars is that a couple of times trying to buy appliances they didn’t have them in stock and I had to get it shipped. When it comes to a refrigerator or a washer or dryer usually you want to take those items home the same day.

Another great Home Depot! They always have a good inventory or can get it to their store quick. Easy off and on freeway, plenty of other stores, restaurants and gas station all right there too.

Came here for a washer, dryer and traegor grill. Left with none of that cause no one helped us.

As a rule they have what youre looking for. The staff is not the quantity it used to be. But again covid-19.

Needed help in couple different areas. Customer service rep was excellent in hardware, got my glitter drawer handles...so happy. Had help in several areas reps were very knowledgeable. I felt very happy

I was in there to buy garden twine, check out the selection of plant stakes and ask if they carried mango trees. The lady in garden was able to help me and answer my questions. The twine was marked at a different price than their website. Overall a successful trip buying the stakes but do not carry mango trees.

Its good and clean place

Went in today and was treated terribly by employee in the blinds department. Guess he was offended because I said hey guy when trying to get his attention as he was walking away. When i asked about certain blind he said if you dont see it we dont have it. Like he was mad he had tobdo his job. When i asked if i could order the blind he said yes go to customer service. Obviously he didnt want to do his job because Ive ordered blinds in that department before never told to go to customer service.

Turlock one is not good for help I ask 2 workers to get me some help did not happen called the store when I was in side ask for Manger did not happen called went back to desk ask again for a manger and after being on hold again one came on said he be there to help me but he didnt some other person came I did get a little help I will not go back to this place

The Turlock Home Depot is a necessary evil. You go because its easier to get to than Lowes or because the little local hardware store doesnt have what you need or maybe it doesnt exist anymore. The lumber selection resembles a Canadian sporting good store: lots of hockey sticks. The staff is 50/50 when it comes to being helpful and their inventory is about 50/50 on being accurate, despite an inventory team that seems to live in the store. I think the worst part of this store is the general manager. I had a conversation with the gentleman and he seemed to be that rare breed of bird that is all mouth and no ears. Go if you must, avoid if you can.

Love this Home Depot. Usually not too busy and can always find an employee if I need one. And there are helpful and friendly.

I’ll never deal with Home Depot again. The returns desk is completely rude and inexperienced. I spent over $1000 dollars there the week prior on electrical supplies and they couldn’t pull up my receipt. There’s never anyone on the floor to help out customers, but this experience has pushed me over the edge. Going to Lowe’s from here on out.

Hoping to pick up 2 avocado trees.... this is our second visit there for trees..... when will they arrive?

Covid messed everything up of course, but it would be nice to have more than one cashier in the middle of the afternoon for online order pickup. I think there were 8 people in line, not necessarily 6 feet apart.Out of stock on part of the order, but it was an average visit.

Horrible customer service.... Joe the Manager does not listen or try to understand problems customers are having. He talks over you as you are telling him the issue. I will be taking my business elsewhere with management like that.
