Great Place to shop for western clothes and boots. Staff was friendly, helpful and asked if I needed help finding anything…not at all pushy. Can’t wait till they get in their new location, hopefully has a little more room to spread out. Definitely enjoy this place and will be going back.

Wow!! Incredible staff the young ladies at this boot barn in Turlock were unbelievably helpful. Spent over 2 hours there today, getting a dress for my girlfriend for a wedding and getting me outfitted with a shirt and Stetson cowboy hat. they went above and beyond.

Such kind workers here they helped me find a product and didnt give up or loose patience. They are so kind and friendly.

The young lady who helped my family and I went above and beyond to help us. she did an excellent job! she made sure all of our shopping needs were met. will definitely be going back.

Hard time finding parking, was there on a Saturday. Employees were awesome though.

I had to exchange a pair of boots no problems and I found a hat as well. The women working there were very helpful and kind.

Poor Service Lady at Register was berating a Customer and was Rude and Loud

Horrible customer service. The big lady that works there is the owner and she has a horrible attitude. Didn’t give me the right refund amount and and basically stole 70 dollars. I should have known from the first time I went when I heard her complaining about being busy when there was only two other customers. They also had their employees follow us around and we spend over 300 dollars. If I could give negative stars I would. The one in Modesto has way better customer service. Better prices and better selection. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I have been to Boot Barn on several times in the past, and have never been disappointed.The personal have always been courtesy and eager to help.

Its a hit and miss with this place. Some times they have great customer service and there is days they will not give you the time of day. The one in Atwater i like to go they are always super nice.

My visit was awesome I was helped quickly and had a pair of boots in no time.

When I need western wear or cowboy boots on sale, and Im talking expensive name brands at low prices, Boot Barn is where I always go. They even steam reshape hats free. Thats going to save me a lot two of mymessages dress hats got bent out of shape. Yee Haa!

I really love the way this place smells when I first walk in, smells like Grandpas home. 👴 They have it all, and what they dont theyll get... 🤠

Im pretty sure if the owner or the person In charge of this store finds out the customer service they have, they’ll changed in a heartbeat, it’s not the company but the people in this store, the modesto location has a great costumer service, in turlock they just make you feel like you can’t afford a pair of boots. I hope someone can do something about this. They do mistreat people by the way they look or the language you speak! (My own experience) and some other people that i know.

Went to the Turlock store with my brother to buy some clothes. We felt that the staff was following us the whole time like we were going to steal something. It was not a great experience but I still spent over $150. Never experienced this at the Modesto store, so I won’t be going back to this location again.
