Picked up an ice cream cake for my daughter. Cake was well prepared and the service was very good. My only concern was that the working girls were not wearing masks during this pandemic...

Came in at 12:22 and the service was horrible! They have literally 3 girls working and they took 20 minutes to help us. The productivity and customer service was the worst I have expired in a long time what a disappointment

My daughter and I had good time picking up some ice cream! Great variety of flavors! Unfortunately, we werent able to sample flavors which bummed us. Plus I feel $10 is a bit much for 2 scoops each.

When you ask for 2 scoops they give you the smallest amount compared to the other locations....very skimpy.

After tasting my 2nd scoop, I didnt like the taste, I asked for replacement scoop, she said she would charge me for another scoop. No courtesy on her part. Waste of money and ice cream. How rude!

Very rude employees, the girl who said she was manager had no name tag and rushed us to order and I hadn’t been in there for 5 minutes! Ridiculously rude coming from the manager. Also they arent following COVID rules and let more than 5 customers inside at once.

The ‘manager’ today had NOT been doing their job, this young lady with glasses and dark hair had been very rude. She had let over more than 4 people inside during covid and rush her customers which is very rude and disrespectful. When asking for her name she had not wanted to say🤷🏽‍♀️ She is not fit for no manager if you ask me

I got there 5 min before they close, saw 3 girls in there talking and the door was locked and they said they were closed. I wonder what time they actually locked the door prob 10 til. So they lost my future business

There is a huge lack of customer service. No actual manager onsite that I could tell. Looks like just a bunch of high school teens that dont know a thing about customer service. They used to have numbers and would take the next customer in line. Heaven forbid that you didnt know that they have to scan the actual quart of ice cream, grab the ice cream and then have to wait another 15 minutes to be helped. Youre better off pretending to want to buy a scoop of ice cream than waiting in front of the register like a normal customer. Definitely recommend not going to this place unless you have an extra 30 minutes to kill, because thats literally how long youll wait for someone to help you.

I have been a customer of Baskin Robbins since 2002. Until recently I enjoyed the experience. However, the customer service has been less than desirable and on top of that you are now paying $5.19 for a medium drink that is not a medium. The excuse I have received for not giving you the actual size you order is that customers have been wasting product so now they are giving less. This is absurd because as a paying customer I have seen employees making enough to fill the cup but instead they are just throwing it out. So who is wasting the product? I pay for it and should get the size I have paid for and should be able to do whatever I choose with the product I pay for. I have also been over charge on a drink by the owner. I will not support paying extra for a drink that is not the actual size I order. I do not like being cheated!

They have some really great flavors. They were very helpful and let you taste samples before buying.
