Terrible. How are you going to have a TRUCK stop but dont know how to ring up fuel for a SEMI TRUCK. I aint driving no pick em up!

People inside were good like normal but goodness those moths were like none other.

Really nice place and having a place for semis to park at is great. Bathroom is vrey clean and the cashier was awesome.

The night before last I left my gas cap on top of a gas pump.I realized that I had left it early this morning and I called the Turner Big Apple and spoke with a Chris. I told him the exact gas pump I left it on and asked if he could check to make sure it was still there. He told me that he would have to check with his manager and I should call back in two hours. I called back in two hours and Chris told me the manager hadnt been there long and they hadnt checked. I told him I just wanted to know if my gas cap was there. His tone and words made it clear he could care less.At this point, I was beside my self at the lack of customer care. I then asked if he could have his manager call me and gave him my phone number. I waited just a few minutes and then decided to leave work and take a ride to Turner. Sure enough, my gas cap is sitting on the gas pump.I entered and told Chris not to bother looking because I found it, but I would be writing up a review about his utter lack of customer care. He retorted that he was busy with other things and couldnt leave his post anyway, rather than apologizing. (The gas cap is large with a key sticking out of the top of it and would have been clearly visible from the window he was standing at if he took the time to look out the window.)Big Apple has not done its job training Chris on the importance of customer service. Use your resources and train this guy (and the manager)

Subway was trash young lady down played the store saying it’s horrible they don’t train right I can tell cause my stuff was messed up almost told her to put it back young gentleman inside the store very polite he’s the reason for the two stars won’t be back to this store guess my 1st was crazy

Clean place and the people are great who work there😉.

Usually good customer service unless its shift change. The shift change at 11:00 p.m. is ridiculous that youd have to wait in that store 15 minutes before you can cash out.

Security tape ripped off gas pumps card reader, and getting card read error... not very reassuring security wise and frustrating from customer service standpoint.
