Was on a business trip in Mississippi and on the way back to Louisville Kentucky my alternator went out so we stopped in to buy a new one and the man that was working was super helpful and Im blessed to have stopped when we did. Words cant explain how helpful and nice this man was thank you for everything that you did. Anybody from where were from would of never offered to help the way this auto zone did thank you.

Very helpful, they could use an extra employee when I came because there were a lot of customers. The Monday evening manager last week, a UA student, did an awesome job and was very knowledgeable in a way that allowed him to help customers very well.

Get what you need. I got a new battery for my car there, because the other place kept selling me ones that would die in 3 months. It’s been 2 months and still going strong.

Called to get the price for a part and the person who answered the phone at the Autozone on Greensboro Ave answered with the phone on speaker phone. Kept asking questions that I had already answered and was holding a conversation with others in the background about smoking. How rude and unprofessional. I just hung up the phone because that showed me they cared nothing about the customer on the phone. Where was the customer service? Unprofessional at its finest and made me feel like I didn’t even matter since the conversation he was engaged in about smoking apparently was more important than the customer on the phone. I will not patronize this business in person or on the phone again. Sad thing is I’ll drive across town to get better service and treatment. This isn’t the first unprofessional experience from this location but will be my last.

Ask for Glenn. Very knowledgeable. Hes also a mechanic so he knows cars and their parts and is willing to come to you to do the work on your vehicles. The store had everything I was looking for. If they didnt they were willing to order it.

Found what I needed quickly

My experience here was so great. I went in to get my headlight replaced and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing (Im a college student whose dad usually does this kind of stuff for her). Glenn looked at my light, picked out exactly what I needed, replaced it, and did it in under five minutes. He was so kind and helpful to me, and Im so thankful! I will definitely be going back!

Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and was familiar with what I was looking for and had it in stock at a reasonable price. Would shop there again when I need something else.

The employees were very friendly from the time I walked in. The guy helping me was knowledgeable on my issue and the product I needed.

I usually purchase from another Auto Zone location in town, but as they were out of the item I needed, I paid a visit to this location. The workers were very helpful and also gave me some great advice about the work I was doing on my vehicle.

I hate to give any business below three stars but one time this guy there tried to tell me to recharge my air conditioner it was some complex expensive process on an older model when it wasnt. This guy was young and gave me textbook answers

Jimmys muffler shop wanted $600.00+ to replace a crossover manifold on my 07 dodge caravan. I paid $120.00 for the cross over manifold at autozone and Im doing work myself.

Rude customer service! After standing in line for several minutes to get help with a check engine light, I was told rudely that it doesnt work. She barely looked at me and was talking to a couple of different people at once. They were somewhat busy and I could tell that she was annoyed but that is still no way to treat a customer.

They do take care of you. And they make it right when things are screwed up.
