Overall my experience with Bedzzz Express has been perfect thus far.I did my research and decided I wanted to get a nectar mattress. I saw their store carried them so I went to go lay on it. Ken greeted me and let me go check out the mattress. He told me a little about nectar and what Bedzzz Express has to offer. They included free delivery and set up when I’m ready, and the option to make it a bundle with a box spring at a discounted price. I told him I’d come back to buy. When I left he did not push me on anything or ask for my contact info. When I got back he set it all up and I was done in 10 minutes.Looking forward to getting my mattress! I can imagine the delivery will go well.

Perfect experience. The guys who worked there were just the right balance of available and knowledgeable without being pushy. I really dislike walking into stores wanting to explore and sample with a person hovering and pushing you. Both Ken and Josh were patient, helpful, and gave me space when they could tell I wanted to explore and think! I ended up buying a bed from there (super comfy), and they didnt try to push me hard for a higher sell! Loved it, would highly recommend going there.

This was one of the most positive furniture shopping experiences I have ever had!! Ken greeted me as I walked in. I told him what I needed, what I wanted, and my budget. He took me to the section that fit this criteria.I bought three mattresses, three box springs, the bed frames to be delivered in three days! I was in and out of there in a half hour! I hope the delivery experience is as pleasant as the purchasing experience.

It was great! The manager was very kind and explained everything well, he helped me understand how the payments will be working and was happy to tell me i had good enough credit to sign on by myself! which was amazing to hear since i’m only 18 at the moment. he made the process easy and we found our perfect mattress. it was quick and efficient im very happy with my purchase and can’t wait for it to be delivered!!

Ken at Bedzzz Express in Tuscaloosa is amazing! My husband and I purchased our new bed from him a couple of months ago. Ken was very informative and did not give us the typical pushy salesman attitude. He provided great information and was very patient with us during the few days and few visits that it took us to make our decision. Because of the ease in working with him, I immediately went to check with him when my family had a sudden medical need for a another bed. Ken again was amazingly helpful. I was slightly stressed and Im sure I showed it going in, but again Ken was very patient and helped me resolve our problem. Our next bed purchase, which will hopefully be a while, will most definitely be bought through Ken at Bedzzz Express in Tuscaloosa!

One of the owners, a lady, was so helpful and nice. I told her our budget was tight but we needed my daughter a queen size big girl bed. She lead me to a beautyrest they had marked down. It was perfect and the price was just right!!!. She held it til i could come back a few days later with a truck to pick it up! The man helped us load and had it all wrapped up when we got to the store. I am a first time customer but i will be back for all future purchases.

Excellent Service. I walked in knowing what I wanted based on previous beds owned. The customer service associate working that day was a family member of the owner. She proceeded to explain all of the details on my bed options. Really gave me the nuts and bolts of what I should consider...and even threw pillows at me so I could really get comfortable and try the beds. After making my selection, she worked with my schedule in order to get a delivery time within their window to meet my out of town work schedule. My new bed is getting delivered within a week of my purchase and I am looking forward to enjoying it for many years. I would recommend shopping at this location.

I bought my mattress in March and BE was holding for me until I was ready to move into my new home. I am moving Saturday May 9 and I have been unable to reach them until today. Needless to say I have been calling and leaving messages on VM with no return calls. My daughter finally reached them and my son-in-law dropped by today. They were caught in the fisaco of having to close their store due to Covid. They did not receive their stimulus, etc. I didnt leave a very good review as I did not receive a courtesy call. I deleted my review as it wasnt fair. After finding out what happened I can understand why no return calls. The people were very courteous to my daughter and my SIL. I appreciate the quick action taken to have my mattress delivered tomorrow. 🙂

I bought a box spring for a Queen size bed frame. Absolutely nothing wrong with the box spring but I had to pay $61.00 for local delivery. (about 12 miles from the store) I dont own a truck. If I hadnt needed the box spring badly I wouldve left the store.

Prices are very reasonable.. I love my mattress which is not good because I dont want to get out of bed! My favorite thing is their bamboo sheets. They are absolutely fabulous and the price is one of the lowest for the Malouf brand. I have given to all my family members as presents...and they are hooked now.

Was looking for low profile box spring to lower the height of our bed, called Bedzzz Express and found exactly what we needed at the right price.

Extremely pleased with our purchase of a BeautyRest plush king size hybrid mattress and two pillows. I slept over 8 hours the first night-haven’t done that in a long time! Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all of our questions. We made our decision with no pressure from him and delivery was exactly as promised. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our choices. Would highly recommend this store and their products.

Good service for a delivery of mattress purchased in Huntsville store. The original delivery date was not met, but when we called, Devin in the warehouse helped us track down what happened and made sure it got delivered quickly. He gave us direct phone # to follow through with us. The mattress is great and we appreciated Devins help long distance.

Perfectly fine except for one thing. I was told “you won’t have to lift a finger. They’ll do everything for you” in regards to the delivery and set up. They delivered same day but had to do it through 3rd party who I believe is a friend of the manager or something. When the delivery guy arrived it was just him and so I had to help him carry the stuff up the stairs. Not a huge deal cus the mattresses are pretty light. I just don’t appreciate being misled like that.

Intelligent sells.....strange concept that most retailers are just now realizing but one BedzzzExpress has perfected. I walked in a store expecting something akin to a car lot environ. Instead, I meet a polite salesperson who inquired as to my interests then allowed my wife and I to browse freely. When the time came to ask questions that same salesperson was low key, knowledgeable and seemed to cater to our needs not just a sale. Even his suggestions saved me money, time and frustration. All in all a pleasant experience.The people that came to deliver and setup were extremely polite and technically knowledgeable about the product they were assembling. There were no delivery delays and I was kept informed of the their proximity to my house right up to when they pulled into my driveway.You may find a cheaper price on a Therma-Pedic mattress at other stores but you won’t have the information or selection offered by BedzzExpress. This could lead being dissatisfied later something I have so far avoided. A good mattress is a valuable investment not only financially but also to your health and well-being.
