If I could give zero stars I would. Like many others Ron ripped me off. I took my laptop into him to have it fixed. After about a year of getting the run around I asked for my laptop back. He lost it, sold it, ate it or something. Never saw that laptop again. True story. Do not do business with this guy.
Dude still has a laptop for 8 months... 8 FREAKING MONTHS! Every time I go in its BS excuses. Dont go to this place. BBB already has a rating of F for this place. I actually called and they said the rating cannot go any lower. Do yourself a favor and never walk into this place. Its hard to believe this place is actually in business. He has given me his word as a man countless times. Which his word as a man obviously means absolutely nothing. Stay away stay VERY VERY FAR AWAY.
