The guy working was very nice and greeted us when we came in. We shopped in the store as soon as they opened at noon. He followed up with us and made sure that we were finding what we needed. He answered our questions and we hada great time!

The store has tons of movies and blue ray DVDs, and a good number of games to choose from. They have games for all sorts of different consoles - all the way from gamecube, original xbox, original play station, to the new systems like the xbox one and PS4, and of course everything in between. The movies had a good range of old/new and genre. They are all organized alphabetically so that makes it easy to find. There were quite a few that were really out of order, but for the most part everything seemed organized. The employees were just average.

Replays was incredibly helpful with a very nice stock of vintage video games. Very pleased with the consoles I purchased from this location.

One of my favorite game stores Ive been to and I usually make it a point to stop at any store I can. Employees explain any questions you may have as long as they know the answer( mine was random about guitar hero live controllers). Great selection and pricing on everything. I hope to see them expand to lower alabama one day!

Everything is at top Ebay price or higher for retro games. Quality control is poor and have received half functioning products a couple times. Sadly the only retro game store in town.

Clean, lots of choices, very friendly and informed staff. Covid policy enforced as well.

The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She even called the other store in town to see if she could help me any further with our search. New customer for sure!

A man named Eric was very rude and lied to me on multiple occasions claiming a ran down controller they sold me was perfectly fine. He claimed to be the store manager and yelled at me on the phone when i asked his name. Obviously shouldnt be working in a customer service job. Refused to share any information on how to contact his manager. Extremely hostile I highly recomend best buy or the northport replays they are much kinder and much more helpful.

Great atmosphere and can honestly say I did enjoy my conversation with the current desk associate. I can also add that every visit is a good visit, even with just browsing, due to the associates conversations.

Replays always has what Im looking for and have better prices than GameStop. I love it. Its my one stop shop for discount gaming. I just wish they would add a website so I could browse games and prices at home.

So I bought an atari 7800 pro system about a week ago. So the vidioe jack didnt work. I have to say though the man who sold it to me let me know we dont have a vidioe jack for it or test it but its guaranteed so I bought it for 50$ and ended up fixing it Im so happy and Im glad he was really honest about the sale. it is so much better then gamestop for classic gamers.

Do not go here if you want to trade your games and systems in.I tried to do so the other day and they didnt even have enough money for the trade. Horrible customer service! Definitely dont recommend.

Great place to go for games it is my number one place compared to gamestop and I love that replays has a price match garuntee to gamestop with means that if a game at gamestop is 19.99 then replays will look it up and if replays has the game they will lower their price.
