Came here today mainly to get my covid booster shot. Had never been here before and was impressed with the staff and their promptness. I was in and out within 45 minutes.

I went to Tuscaloosa ENT for the first time today. I saw Dr. Hanson, and she was wonderful! I felt like she was thorough and super easy to talk to. She really listened to what was going on and knew the science behind her field. Very impressed.

Excellent Doctors, plus the balance therapy is GREAT ! Working with the staff is wonderful! Everyone treats you as a special person. Friendly and so nice to be around!

Got much needed hearing aids. Staff was very helpful.

Nice folks in the allergy clinic and triage, but the front desk staff is too impersonal

Called ahead to let them know I’d be a few minutes late. When I arrived, I filled out paper work and had my temperature checked & within five minutes was taken back by a nurse. After a 10 minute consult with the nurse, Dr.Loftin came in and did his own consult/evaluation of my nose and throat. We talked for a few minutes about my options for surgery, etc and then I scheduled my pre-op visit, surgery, and post-op visit & was on my way! Great people and super efficient!

Everyone was very nice and they got us in and out quickly. Dr Rosenstiel was very nice and professional and we are happy we chose this practice.

The staff is very friendly, encouraging and know exactly what is needed to help you get better. It is an awesome program! Thanks to Dr. Shots for his compassion for people and expertise on diagnosing and successfully treating my problem. The entire staff are the best!

We have been seeing Dr. Rosensteil for approximately 8 years now. He is by far the best doctor we have ever used. The staff are nice and helpful. The office is clean. We are typically in and out within a reasonable time. Dr. Rosensteil is very thorough, caring and friendly. He has removed my youngest daughters tonsils and adenoids and my oldest daughter has had several sets of tubes put in her ears along with adenoids partially shaved down. I have said many times I wished he could be our doctor for everything.

Offered a very quick appointment with little notice. And then.....Uncovered the source of my problem and offered fast, flexible follow-up to an issue which had become very problematic for me. I would recommend anyone with ENT issues, contact this group with the confidence that you will be in extremely professional hands and given prompt responses and resolutions to your issues with detailed answers to your questions.

My husband developed acute tinnitus of his ear and Tuscaloosa ENT was able to get him an appointment the same day. Staff did thorough audio testing in house, which was really helpful. The front desk staff was friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable.

Dr. Rosenstiel is a miracle worker. He always helps me feel better quickly and has given me a new life without as many allergy issues. I only wish that he was a general practitioner so that I could see him for all needs! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Rosenstiel or any of his associates. The staff is wonderful and accommodating.

The entire staff is so friendly from the receptionist and nurses to the allergy clinic gals and the Balance center employees. I could not recommend them enough!

Staff is very friendly, but we waited for almost 2 hours to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes. They give excellent care and are very knowledgeable, but be prepared to wait a while, they are extremely busy.

Im extremely disappointed after my 17 yr old daughter was seen and had to come back for not 1 but 2 follow ups and driving 2 hours one way each visit only to be told they didnt believe her and couldnt help her she needed to go somewhere else and the Dr. Was very rude with bad bedside manners. I took my Daughter to Jasper ENT where she just had a tonsilectomy a week ago due to her tonsils being overly enlarged. I do not recommend This place at all. How can they seriously say they are Ear Nose and Throat specialist when they couldnt even tell she one had Tonsilitis at the time and two her tonsils were so enlarged? More like they arent concerned about anyone only how many patients they can see at a time to make that $. I recommend Jasper ENT.

Dr. Rosenstiel has greatly helped my allergies and sinus issues. I have been seeing him for over a year.The staff is always friendly and attentive. The wait time is minimal. 👍 Highly recommend!

I really appreciated Dr. Lake’s swift action when it came to my recent choking issues. He didn’t waste any time getting me in for a scope and barium swallow test. Furthermore, his staff is absolutely great, and they spent a lot of time getting to know my history and helping me understand my procedures and how to handle future choking attacks. Everyone in this office really knows their stuff.

My son is a patient of Dr. Lakes. He has being a patient for approximately a year. He had his tonsils removed over the summer and the surgery went extremely well. Dr. Lake was wonderful before and after the surgery. The recovery went much better than anticipated. Thanks to Tuscaloosa ENT for diagnosing and resolving his sleeping problems.

Been going here for my daughter for about eleven years. Dr. Stephenson is fantastic. Very pleasant and nice and very thorough. We also get her weekly allergy shots here as well. Dr. Stepheson tested her a few years ago because she was always sick. Shots are definitely helping. Tuscaloosa ENT always gets her fixed up and back on her feet. Very thankful for this great group of doctors and nurses.

I had a sinus infection over the weekend. Made and appointment on line, was seen promptly Monday morning. I received proper medication for quick results but also planning for long term care.

Dr. Lake is one of the best doctors I have ever seen! He is very knowledgable, friendly, and quick while making sure you get seen properly. After getting sinus surgery, he took time to personally call my mom and update her while she was back home in Pennsylvania. Tuscaloosa ENT has amazing office staff and they are all so kind and understanding. I love this practice!

Dr. Loftin is the best. Had a swimmers ear misdiagnosed by Dr. Rosenthal(not the best) but returned and Dr. Loftin had me on the road to recovery. Worth the wait for Dr. Loftin or Dr. Lake if Loftin is booked. Great staff and great service but dont go on a Friday because the good doctors are probably not working

Sometimes “old fashioned” is good. Yesterday, I came to the Tuscaloosa Ear, Nose, and Throat Center because of a bad case of laryngitis that just wasn’t going away. From the time I entered, I was impressed with everyone who helped me. The wait was not long, I was told everything that was happening along the way, and the conversations I had with the nurse, the scope technician, and Dr. Shotts were warm, friendly, and quite informative. It kind of felt like an “old fashioned” doctor’s office where time is taken to get to know patients and to ask and answer questions. Dr. Shotts made sure I saw the sinus X-rays and throat scope video, and he thoroughly explained what we saw and what was indicated. I don’t really remember being able to describe a visit to any doctor’s office as “enjoyable” before, but this one was! Thank you to Dr. Shotts and the staff!

I have had to deal with the main reception several times. I have continued to get a run around on a very important medical matter for my son. Would not recommend due to the piss poor management.

Dr. Loftin is an Amazing Dr. He’s been my dr. now for 3yrs. I just had the sinus surgery an he did a wonderful job! I can now breathe normally.

Im here to share my experiences i was out source from my primary physician and Dr. Loften was recommended first lets start by saying when you dealing with the public first impression should be your best at all times staff is not friendly oriented i detected a attitude when i ask a question by staff member the wait in waiting area was reasonable after vitals was checked by rn she ask what brings me here today i explained that i have had ear pain over 4yrs comes /goes ringing,throbbing, deep aching pain along with pressure from ear dwn the left side of my neck including severe headaches over my left eye and also feels like my ear is clogged on the left side only Dr Loften come in to examine me no greeting explained my symptoms again, examine me Ent etc. well you dont have a ear infection sent me to get hearing exam after exam i was put back in the doctor office waiting for Dr.Loften to return to read the results of my hearing exam enter the office and said there is no significant lost of hearing my hearing is normal considering my age then he goes on by saying you cant fake a hearing exam in so many words no explanation about all the other symptoms i had too keep my composure, i can tell you this waisted money and time will never visit Tuscaloosa ENT. again all about money no concern for the patient.People beware go elsewhere !!K.Wince2/26/19

We had a great experience. We were in-and-out pretty quickly and the staff as well as Dr. Loftin were very patient with my two-year-old.

I had a loud beeping sound in my left ear accompanied with pains in 5 minute intervals for over a hour while trying to sleep the other morning after getting off of work. I went to Tuscaloosa ear nose and throat dr and I was able to get the help that I needed. Strangely enough after leaving my grandmothers house the pain went away. But I was able to get the reassurance that I needed that nothing was wrong with my ear and I havent had that issue since.

Dr. Loftin is amazing. He noticed thi gs regarding my health that my prior ENT didnt.

We go here because Dr Loftin and Allergy clinic they are so sweet. Some of the personal are not friendly at all in the ENT part of the Clinic.

Dr. Rosenstiel has performed a uvulectamy and a septoplasty on me. I am going to have a tonsillectomy Monday the 19.

This center could not have been more helpful, when I got a call from my freshman college student suffering severe neck pain during finals week. Caroline at FYZICAL scheduled him within a few days with Dr. Shott who evaluated him, prescribed some medication if he needed it but more importantly got him in right away to see Toshio, the physical therapist who really helped him with manual techniques, electric stimulation and exercises. We live in Illinois, so it was great to know my son was well taken care of and got all As on his finals!! Thank you so much.

Waited with my thirteen month old two hours and went from one waiting room to another. Whole place is plastered with advertisements for elective $-making procedures. Baby missed his nap and became unmanageable. RidiculousI would advise askingato be referred to a different specialist.
