I ordered a bouquet of balloons for my husband and my 10th anniversary this weekend and they turned out FANTASTIC. Two of the balloons were out of stock at the location and a team member picked them up from another location so that I wouldnt need to make two trips. I would give 6 stars 🌟 if Google would let me.

Store was in the middle of changing from Sommer and Graduation to Halloween. As a result of that, a lot of the store looked very empty. However, the reason for the 3 star review is that the rest of the store was severely understocked (non seasonal areas). The cashier that checked me out was very nice.

Some products are not showing in the shop but you can find it online and pick up there. So better go to their website and find what you need first. Because this shop is so big sometimes you might missed something. That’s why better look for something online first.

Great experience. Rob was super helpful and polite. There was another young man who helped me by finding my wallet and phone.

If you are managing multiple events all at once then go online first to see what is offered so you can focus on on exactly what you want in store as the fair prices make planning easier. I appreciate their color blocking as well as the array of themed events which gives you an idea of what your guests will feel attending your soiree.

Excellent service at the Party City in Tustin! Audelio the manager and his team Espi and Jenny were very helpful. I buy a lot of balloons for various events and preorder them. Holiday supplies are discounted 75% after (I buy my scary Halloween stuff there)

Just toys and stuff that are made in China...if you guys okay with that then come and shop around. Just because I dont feel good with stuff from China so I dont shop those for kids to play with. Thanks for reading this.

After standing in line for 15 minutes, was told the wait-time for inflating balloons was over 2 hours. What? It was not a holiday or special weekend. Drove out to another Party City in Laguna Niguel and was helped promptly.

The store has wonderful options to choose from. The reason for only 3 stars is that the folks who work here are not trained to serve the customers or to help. They are not helpful when asked questions and have blank stares when people approach them.One of the people has been there a Long Long time but does not know how to provide customer service! Please train your folks. Thanks

Dont use their curbside pickup. My wife and I waited about 20 minutes outside waiting for them to bring out the order, then called the store.. waited another 10 minutes. Tired of waiting, I walked into the store and asked for my purchase.. the girl at the counter asked me what color my car was so she could mark it on some form.. Presumably to make it seem as if she actually walked out with the order.

Low on stock (but who isnt these days) but staff was friendly and helped find what I needed.

Early Halloween costume shopping was a success!

Pretty crowded but I got everything I needed and was able to get help easily!

I placed an online order for delivery for two bundles of balloons on balloon weights. When the Shipt driver arrived, I received one giant tangled mess of balloons that weren’t on the balloon weights. Despite my best efforts I couldn’t untangle them. I called Party City and they immediately said - “how can we make this right?” They offered to deliver brand new balloons but unfortunately they were sold out of some of the balloons I purchased. So the manager sent one of her associates to our house to untangle the balloons. Due to COVID, he had to stand on the porch, in the heat but he did so with a smile. He spent 30-40 minutes on the porch untangling and rearranging the balloons - even calling me to make sure he was arranging them exactly how I wanted them. I was floored by the customer service and their immediate efforts to rectify the situation. Amazing customer service!

Prices are fairly reasonable but it’s better to check out Dollar Tree for some cheaper options. The staff is not very helpful. I would recommend shopping online and having it shipped to you instead.

Not much to say. This place delivers in the name. If you need something for a party you can probably find it here. There is a big selection (compared to bug box stores anyway) and the prices are reasonable.

They had items we wanted for my daughters 3rd birthday so successful visit

We went to this Party City today, Thursday, March 21, 2019. We selected some balloons and other things for a childs party. We stood in line for several minutes, even though employees were walking around doing other things. When we finally got to the register, the young lady told us they were short on helium, could not guarantee our balloons would be there on March 23, Saturday, the day we need them. Long story short, we went to Alin Party Supply in Lakewood. Better store, better service.

A huge variety of party supplies. The staff are helpful. I went to get decorations and goodies for a Cars themed birthday and was a little disappointed in the selection and most of what they did offer was sold out. Overall I was able to get a few things, but not everything on my list. AMAZING selection of mylar balloons though.

The dude in the counter made me wait an hour to inflate 3 balloons. I understand that there were other orders in front of me, but the attitude with which he told me that was rather uncalled for. He even mentioned that it’s on the house to inflate the balloons, which clearly isn’t, because the price tag says “helium included”.

This a Party City so it is what is. Youll find party stuff, but nothing out of the ordinary and dont leave it for the last minute because the customer service is not that great ALWAYS. Ive been going there for ten years since it became the closest one to me when I moved. The kids (because theyre always very young employees) who work there always act like youre bothering them when you ask for help and theres always a long wait to pay, even when there arent many people.

By far the most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful group of employees Ive encounter in a while. I had to called the manager, first time the call dropped, second time as soon as they picked up the phone dropped again, the third time after leaving me on hold for 20 min dropped again. Unfortunately Ill have to take my business and money elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. I thought the reviews on Google was just exaggerated. But damn the reviews were right. I felt like she rolled her damn eyes at me when I asked for help. And when she showed me where I can find what I needed, it was HIDDEN UNDER ANOTHER WALL THAT SLIDED. This is my second time to a Party City so I am not familiar with it yet. But jeez. Attitude . they are all young workers. But I see the manager there. I dont understand why they dont step up their customer service. Never coming back to this location again.

Google maps gave the wrong direction. It said to turn right on Wayfarer (spell?) st. and that is like a private entrance. The shop was fine although the price on the maracas was double if not triple of what I paid not too long ago.

Low selection

This place is deceptively big. If youre throwing a party for kids or grown ups, they got your back. They have hundreds of themes for your party, costumes and little gadgets and party stuff you never even thought about.

This store just looks dirty all around. In comparison to other Party Citys, this one one if the most unorganized. Its surprising that it is this way given the fact that it is surrounded by other clean stores. Whoever set up the check out line needs to stop, take a look and just maybe think it through one more time..... did you figure it out? How about now? Ok Ill just tell you. THE LINE IS BACKWARD!!! How do you expect people to check out with carts then turn around and use the same walkway to go back through the line to get out of the door???? HELLO!! Does anyone working here notice the traffic jam after each custom purchases their items and tries to leave. WOW

Ive had some tough experiences in this store in the past. But, hey, its the only Party City close to where I live. So where else are you going to get great party supplies for a really low cost?I was really impressed by a transaction that just occurred this week. My daughter has become obsessed with collecting the LOL Surprise Dolls. They can be hard to find. Lately, Party City has had a great selection. For my daughters recent chore chart completion, I promised her an LOL Surprise Doll, but could not find any at stores local to me. I called Party City and spoke to a really kind associate, Stephanie. She shared what inventory they had and put a doll aside for me until I could come to the store. Such great service with a smile that I really wanted to acknowledge!

I went for balloons & they informed me their was a nationar shortage of helium-in all stores. No balloons will b inflated at any store. Not their fault-i was disappointed. The store does ha e everything you need.

My experience coming to this location was the employees are a bunch of lazy kids that are not very helpful when it comes to getting off the register and showing customers where merchandise is located when asking. I placed an online order that is why I was there in the first place. I asked if they had more wreck it Ralph cups and was told they should be on the floor. I searched for them and did not find them. However when I placed another order online it stated there are plenty of cups available at this Tustin location.

This is a great big store, and for a childrens party, they have so many colors and choices.Cards, balloons, plates, streamers, games, popular themes, and its just a fun place to walk around.

Yeah they usually have most of your party essentials but I don’t remember ever having good customer service. They always seem to be having a “bad day” and never go out of their way to be polite.

They apparently don’t do balloon orders ahead of time anymore. Of course the manner in which they tell you this is super rude. Every employee I have encountered here has been rude and unhelpful. After going through the whole reason why they supposedly have a helium shortage or something (why don’t they know ahead of time and only accept that many orders?!), she told me I could bring them in on Friday night or Saturday night and they would be waiting for me on Sunday. Made a special trip on Saturday, and I was told that they don’t do that. Why did someone else tell me they did?! So I went in as soon as they opened on Sunday, and they told me it would be an HOUR and HALF wait for the balloons. There were like 4 orders sitting on the desk...four. I asked if they could text me when they are ready. I never got a text, and when my husband went to pick them up 2 of the balloons had already deflated and they refused to fix it. HORRIBLE experience, top to bottom. Apparently Party City lives in a weird universe of helium shortage that no one else has. I have not had a single problem getting balloons filled at Albertsons, Ralphs, or Alin. Absolutely shameful.

These people are so rude! Horrible customer service including the manager. They don’t show you where anything is when you ask. They act like they’re doing you this huge favor when you purchase any items. The employees are having side conversations which is highly unprofessional. And the helium issue? Ridiculous! I hate going here and only when I absolutely need to. Such attitudes from the employees!!!

I went there the night before my daughters 16th birthday . I PURCHASED a balloon bouquet, after my purchase I requested that they inflate the balloons. They informed me they dont have any helium....and they cant inflate the balloons. Wish I knew that BEFORE I purchased them. I found this hard to believe since I had friends who had their balloons inflated there before. I waited a week to call, because I had a hunch the girl who was helping me just didnt want to go to the extra trouble to inflate them. It was a Saturday afternoon, I think it may have been the same girl who answered the phone. I asked if they sold balloon bouquets, she said yes. I asked if they inflate balloons there. She said YES. I then was specific since she was giving me dry 1 word answers... so if I come down there right now I can purchase a balloon bouquet and you can inflate them with helium ? ..... her response we dont have any helium and we dont have any helium tanks...WHY would I have to ask that again ? What if I had driven there again, stood in line again, and paid again for them to not inflate the balloons. I ended up having to go to Albertsons who gladly inflated the balloons, and took great care to match the strings etc. However I shouldnt have had to go somewhere else last minute and pay an additional $10 to inflate the balloons I bought from PARTY CITY. The customer service was horrible, and I was literally standing in a store with all these floating helium balloons while the girl just stood there and said that we dont inflate them with helium .....I guess they had their balloons shipped in with helium already in them then. WiLL NEVER GO BACK.

I just got Halloween custom from this place they carry good collection

I bought a dozen balloons and a day later they were all down on the floor, I have never seen this happen, we always get our balloons from the supermarket but my daughter suggested Party City, what a disappointment, we are used to enjoying the balloons for at least two weeks after events. Bummer, and expensive too.

Not a single person besides myself was in the store... I asked for 2 balloons for my wifes birthday and the girl said it would be an hour wait cause she was too busy blowing up balloons for people that werent there. Really? It takes literally 60 seconds to fill 2 balloons. Talk about crappy customer service. Guess thats what you get when you staff your business with lazy millennials. Ill take my business elsewhere.
