Love this place. The Jewelry Exchange in Tustin has the best priced diamonds! For our 5th year wedding anniversary I stopped in and the staff was very helpful and the store was very clean. Covid-19 protections were in place. I left with a much larger diamond that I thought I could afford and my wife loves it. Ill be back for our 10th wedding anniversary.

Stay away from this place. Three times I went down there to buy diamond stud ear rings for my wife. First two trips they didn’t have the style as advertised. The third trip they had it but the price had gone way up. The employee would not honor the lower price so we walked out never to return.

My husband bought my earrings form here and I love them. They fixed his watch too, so give them a try.

Very disappointed In their customer service. I wanted to give my daughter the stone from my wedding ring for sentimental reasons. She wanted to place the stone in a new setting for her engagement ring. I emailed The Jewelry Exchange to ask if we could buy a new engagement ring and wedding band and have my stone placed in the new ring. I was told yes, and even sent links to settings. When we arrived, we also told (and showed) the salesperson what we wanted to do. After picking out rings, the manager decided they just were too busy to do the work! I told them that I had an email verifying that they do this type of work, but they didn’t care. It was a complete waste of time and left my daughter very disappointed. Thankfully, we found a delightful jeweler elsewhere who was a professional.

Went in to window shop with my future wife not thinking i would be purchasing anything in the store this day until I was paired with a diamond consultant by the name of Marie, she took me around the store and helped me with my purchase without my partner knowing that I was purchasing the ring she chose out, she did an amazing job and I guarantee if you are paired with this woman you will be leaving with something amazing. Very friendly very understandle and incredible to fo business with.

I came in a few weeks ago to look at engagement rings with my mom and sister and Ashley did a phenomenal job! I really went in blind and Ashley was great about answering questions (even dumb ones), asking about my style/lifestyle and making suggestions. (so thoughtful) The day after our engagement I went in because I heard they have a great selection & I was so nervous I’d be searching for awhile to fit my picky taste. I was nervous & endure, but everyone was so assuring and helpful. Ashley calmed all my nerves & I literally felt like I was talking to a friend by the end! Not pleased with my experience at Jewelry Exchange. I spent $500 to buy a gold pendant necklace for my spouse. We took it to another store to get engraved, as they don’t have the capabilities in-house at JE, and were told it was scratched and looked used. My spouse called into JE to discuss remediation options and was treated poorly and rushed while on the call with the representative. Not pleased with this situation and I don’t plan on doing business with them in the future. Client experience is important and I’d look past the scratched product if the experience calling in to remediate was more positive.

Bernie was very helpful and honored the free resizing for my ring that was gotten for me JUST before the pandemic. He was knowledgeable and helpful in picking out a ring for my fiance.

My entire family has been going to Jewelry Exchange since as long as I can remember! My dad buys all of my mom’s jewelry here for all occasions- anniversaries, birthdays, Mother’s Day, etc. My sister’s husband bought her engagement ring and all other jewelry at Jewelry Exchange. My husband bought my engagement ring here as well. As you can tell, we always come back because of the quality and amazing service! I just brought my ring back to get it deep cleaned and Ashley helped me and she was so helpful from beginning to end. Especially during this stressful time, she made it so easy and painless. My ring was cleaned and ready to go within hours and she brought it out to our car right when we pulled up! Harry was great! He showed us diamonds with patience and used language we could understand. I appreciated that. The reason I dropped a star was that it took three visits. Previous sales people used different strategies that ended with us purchasing diamonds that did not satisfy us. Third times a charm!! I, also, have to give a shout out to Austin for handling our paperwork. The process was painless and they didnt even have to take a kidney to do it! LOL...

Everytime that I have gone there the experience has been Great. For a jewelry store as large as they are the staff is so pleasant. The Jewelry is Beautiful. This past Sunday was Special I went In with My Girlfriend and walked out with My Fiancee it was Wonderful She was Very Happy as was I. It was bad really bad ...went in there to buy a ring and couple other gift for my wife ....got left standing for around 25 min when I told the manger that no one was helping ...he told me that someone would be in a min ....no body came ....mind you I was planning to spend around 20000. This place may seem great and a deal... But first time buyers be aware. I just got engaged and my fiance bought me a gorgeous designer ring but it was too expensive for my taste since I never wear any jewelry. I came in and a lady kept telling me over and over again she could get me a great deal and that I should return my original ring. When she finally realized I had no idea about jewelry let alone what I wanted, she passed me off to another sales person. After a few questions to know me, she showed me one diamond and two band settings within my price range. This narrowed my search in a sea of stuff so I bought something that was in front of me. When I picked up the ring, I went directly to my friend in the fashion world to show it off. The first thing she said was what is that? She pointed out a huge flaw in the middle of the diamond and my heart sank. I never would have bought the diamond if I was educated on this process or if she pointed out the flaw. Now I hate my ring and am out $150 on labor. Buyers go somewhere they will take the time to educate you and be honest....because this place doesnt!

They have great customer service! My fiance and I went there to buy our wedding bands and to see about getting my engagement ring resized. They were helpful and not pushy about our bands and we left with exactly what we wanted at a good price. They were honest with us about not feeling comfortable resizing my engagement ring for fear of damaging the hand engraving on the band. I really appreciate get them being honest that it was outside of their skill set instead of just going ahead to make a quick buck. I highly recommend the Jewlery Exchange and will be going back myself the next time I need anything!

Salesman asked me what I was looking for, I said wedding bands preferably something that could wrap around my current diamond ring... before I could even continue he immediately walked to the other side of the counter and showed me a couple of rings. The rings weren’t what I was looking for so I said I was open to different stones and shapes as well, he just kept saying okay, but still wouldn’t show me more. I wanted to see what they had to offer instead of him saying they don’t have other chevron rings (even though I said I was open to other shapes). I wanted to see all of the bands so that I could pick something I liked. I was shopping around so show me what you got and tell me why I should buy it from you!!! Not patient, not helpful, and totally made assumptions about what I couldn’t afford. Complete waste of time.

My all time favorite Jewelry store in Orange County. The Jewelry Exchange has a pretty large and amazing selection. I went in after my cousin recommend them. From the moment I walked in till I left they made me feel right at home. I ended up purchasing the 1.5 ct. Princess Studs that were advertised and I love them!!!

Selection and prices were ok but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I got bounced around from sales person to sales person. Nearest I could figure was I wasn’t spending enough to get their attention so they passed me along to another sales person. The fourth sales person I dealt with was a newbie that didn’t have the knowledge of the others. I did buy something but will be returning it after finding something nicer at another jeweler at a better price...

Waste of time! Commercials are over rated! They claim they repair jewelry, but they told us they only repair the jewelry they sell. The place looks totally out dated and after pricing a few pieces, no thank you. Ill stick to the jewelers in Downtown L.A., traffic sucks going out there but their prices and broad knowledge and resources is well worth it.

Ask for Marie or Mike when you go there. Super helpful and honest. Marie was great at helping us choose a quality diamond for the right price.

Staff was cool, large variety from low end to low high end. If you by jewelry it must be just from the heart. Because of the actual value of the product has been marked up at over 1000% . Thought about my purchase and it was from my heart so I didnt mind the mark up do badly

Shopping at the jewelry exchange in Tustin was a great experience, they offer both high end and low end jewelry, its nearly impossible to not walk out with out an item or two! They also offer custom made pieces if you have an idea thats not in the cases, but if you walk the whole store its hard not to find something.

I had little issue with my diamond ring and I was so upset, so one sale associate Referred me to one of the managers who calmed me down and told me he will take care of it ASAP to replace my small missing diamond and he promised me that he will have their jewelers check the rest of the stones too and I came back next day to pick it up and it looks like brand new ring.
