Great Customer ServiceIve worked with Tile Matters off and on for years and they have always been great to work with. Not only is their staff knowledgeable but they have helped me on a few occasions trying to match, identify or locate discontinued tile.

Visited the new location on Saturday and love the studio atmosphere! They are now inside Old Town Flooring and the two stores compliment each other well. In addition to all the beautiful tile, you can now shop for hardwood, laminates, carpet and countertops! Love the selections and great individual help.

Our experience was not an easy one. The only reason I am giving Tile Matters a 2 star, instead of a 1 star, is the manager did refund a small portion of our money. I will never use this company again and have told others to avoid them too.We had problem after problem with Tile Matters:*The tile order didnt arrive as promised and we had to reschedule our tile workers during a total kitchen remodel.*When tile came in, they gave us only 50% of the order. Many pieces were broken or previously used.*The remaining 50% of the tile came almost 3 weeks after the first shipment. Try scheduling tile workers with this mess!!*The list goes on and on.Save yourself a lot of problems and stay away from Tile Matters!!!

The designers at this company are good and will help you pick and design a beautiful bathroom or kitchen. However, after ordering the tile - that is when the nightmare begins. I was promised the tile within 7 days. I called on the 7th day and they said the tile is in but they need to check it in still and would call me back. No phone call. I call back a day later - apparently, they are still checking it in but now not everything is in but will be in later that day. They say they will call me. No phone call. My contractor is finally able to pick up the partial order a few days later and 1/2 the order is wrong. They say they will fix it and it takes another 3-5 days to fix. Again, no phone call. I have to call and bug them each time. I ordered the tile on 6/5/2014 and today - 6/25/2014 - I am still waiting on the trim for the shower I ordered. That is 20 days and not 7 days, as promised. I called yesterday to get the address to the warehouse to pick up the remaining trim myself. I was asked to leave a message for Tom for the address. No phone call back...AGAIN! I finally get a hold of Tom at Tile Matters the next day and he says he never got the message and agrees he hasnt called me back any of the times he said he would. Not happy about this transaction at all. We lost about two weeks of work on my home due to their disorganization and poor customer service. There are tile companies on almost every corner in Orange County - I suggest giving business to a company that appreciates your business and has good customer service. This is NOT one of them!

These guys are a joke. I have been waiting for weeks for a few pieces of tile to finish up a project. No phone calls to let us know what is happening or to let us know the tile was in. I have done business with Tile Matters since the day they opened their doors. The new owners have run this once great supplier into a last resort for anything.Dont do business with them. There are better options for your tile needs.

I have been a loyal customer with Tile Matters for over two decades for good reasons. They have always been extremely creative with top notch customer service and the highest quality merchandise.Cathleene has designed our entire floor downstairs including a decorative foyer, our kitchen backsplash with unique touches, and three bathrooms with flare. Years later, we removed a wall and were able to easily continue the floor tile design without replacing the entire floor because of Tile Matters meticulous foresight. We had the original additional tile to complete the change because of them.Recently, we remodeled the entire backyard with their help. A sparkling jacuzzi utilizing gorgeous glass tiles for the waterfall, decorative stacked stone veneer throughout the yard, and an entire patio wall, including hearth and mantel, completely tiled from floor to ceiling with an urban twist. They came to the job site, measured and returned with a plethora of varying concepts working with us until we accomplished a perfect fit for our lifestyle and personalities.I continue to value my relationship with Tile Matters and HIGHLY recommend working with these amazing people.Sincerely,Barbara Peterson
