We do enjoy doing our family food shopping here with good sales and product. They recently added a near feature on the free electric vehicle chargers. I gave Albertsons four stars instead of five stars today as Im not sure I like the checkout line setup; even the Express checkout in the far background of this photo had quite a line today.

The Starbucks batista was extremely rude while being very poor at making drinks that were like warm immediately after making it. Albertsons is fine tho, but the attribute of that employee reflects great deal to the level of service there establishment provide. Choose a different store.

Albertsons has always been one of my favorite grocery stores. Prices are average, but the staff here is always friendly and I can always find what I need here.

I was lucky to get a Covid-19 vaccine appointment at this Albertsons. I got there with my ID and paperwork and the process was fast and easy. The people at the pharmacy were friendly and helpful. I didnt feel a thing and was out as soon as my 15 minutes of observation were up. Thank you so much!!

Expensive...even for an Albertsons. Thats probably the neighborhood. Near Old Downtown Tustin. And the parking lot shows it, as do the aisles and absolute lack of lines at the checkout.The Albertsons in my old neighborhood in Costa Mesa was way busier, and they closed that one.

Nice store has many items that other stores dont carry beautiful produce quite pricey though.

Clean and full stocked

The store was super clean and prices were average having the app is indispensable for getting the best deal I did not use the restroom but the cashier was friendly didnt talk to me but I left my phone on the counter and somebody ran out and gave it to me which made my day.

Thought albertsons had a full service meat department apparently not went in at 5:30 ask for some meat tenderized tenderizer was not available should have gone to Smart & Final

Good Albertsons, good selection and usually good service except for one dude there that tries to tell you their closed when you need one thing 10 mins before they actually close. Buddy you guys close at 11 pm not 1050 and even if I was buying 50 things you have to take that L and stay an extra 5 mins after closing. Management, tell your employees they are open until when the sign says so, not when they decide. I know corporate wouldnt allow that b.s.

Nice people that work here. They also let us sell girl scout cookies outside.

Very clean, plenty of parking and nice staff. The meat and seafood selection always has good sales so look in the weekly ads to find a good bargain on those.

I have gotten spoiled meat from them 3 times in the last 2 months. You also have to check any onions you buy from them for mold. It probably has something to do with COVID. Anyway, they replaced the meat all 3 times with no problems. It just would have been really bad if I didnt know how to tell when meat has begun to spoil

Nice, clean store. The Starbucks and several other services are right in front for easy access. I got a bag of ice, self-checked-out, paid with cash, and was on my way in less than 5 minutes!

Appreciated hand sanitizer available to use when walking in, but I was there mid day on Friday before the holiday and it was very crowded. We had to line up 6 feet apart down one of the aisles, while other people are trying to access those shelves. Rather strange, but otherwise organized checkout.

Worst experience at a grocery store.I waited at least 15 minutes just to be able to order from the deli as the family in front of me was ordering practically everything that the deli offered and they only had 1 person working the deli at that time. Also, they had a pitbull with them in the store and were feeding him various items that they had ordered from the deli right next to me.Then, when I was finally able to order I had to tell the deli associate which turkey I wanted at least 5 times and he even showed me the turkey before he cut it to confirm which was the right turkey but when I was given the package with it sliced it was a totally different brand not on sale and was sliced chicken instead of turkey. When I asked him about it he appeared unsure how to answer and I just was tired of waiting and being in a grocery store for so long during a pandemic that I simply continued shopping and went to the checkout.It did not end there though, when I went to checkout I told the young lady that I was given the wrong product at the deli and want to make sure that it does not cost me any more than the turkey that I ordered. She then told me she understood but when I was walking out I noticed that I was charged more for an item that I didnt even order. I was so done at that point that I just walked to car feeling like I was just in the twilight zone.My family and I go to this grocery store and I am seriously considering switching stores because of what I went through.

Over 15 years shopping at Albertsons and cvs pharmacy i still continuing shop there no where else.even i move farther area i still travel to get my grocery and specially my medicine.because all pharmacys workers are nice and very very helpful specially management and all other workers they help me and my very sick wife who is RIP in very difficultly situation and im grateful. I am very thankful of all staff and workers being good provider service to keep satisfied customer like me. keep on good work.god bless.

Great market. The produce is always fresh and they have the best tortilla chips in town. Its very nice that they have flowers, a mini pharmacy, etc.

Been coming to this Albertsons since they open and it is the best. Employees are always friend and good customer service. Store is always been kept up and looks good. Love that the Starbucks was added inside and now it my main Starbucks to go to and Allan M. is the best barista to have. He always greets people and has given me great suggestions when I need a extra caffeine or when in the mood for something new.

On 7/16/20, approximately 10:30 a.m I visited this store. An employee that was scanning the salad dressings next to the fresh vegetables was almost on top of me, no six feet distance! She cross me three times! The baristas in the store Starbucks were NOT wearing gloves! I have always liked this store, but this visit was a disappointment!

I love this Albertsons because it is bright, neatly organized, and we maintained. I dont like it because the prices are higher than most of the stores that I shop at.

Potato chips scoops, never have big bag,and candy selection seems small... but otherwise fine Im sure its difficult to please everyone...

Syrings in parking lot told workers they said it would be cleaned up but it has been there over a week now

Im surprised that theres nobody outside collecting carts and cleaning them theyre just bringing them and putting them at the cart areas. They are still not bagging groceries unless you use their bags and the prices are still high. Ill stick with the new Stater Brothers at the district.

I like coming here for mega deals. Love the area and the store is easily seen from up the street.

This store is clean and well lit. Friendly cashiers with of course a huge selection of items. I know this is an odd thing to notice, but the store has good climate control. Cool in the summer, and warm in the winter!

I normally find there is a good display of fresh fruit and vegetables, a good selection of baked goods, a nice deli selection and meats. Along with some good deals on beer and alcohol

I love shopping here. They have everything and if you cant find, just ask a friendly employee. They also have a drug store inside to fill your prescriptions, and 3 aisles stocked with cosmetics, and other assorted toiletries. Just be careful getting in and out of the parking lot. Its set up a little crazy and you have to be careful when pulling out onto Newport Avenue.

Nice, big store with large selection of just about everything. Convenient location, not too busy.

This place is always busy with customers, but they have wide isles which is good to shop in. I usually go on Saturday mornings after I recycle all my plastic bottles next door in the parking lot. I love that they still have a recycling center in the parking lot. The one in Irvine closed their recycling facility so I dont go there anymore.

I think they have some of the nicest employees at Albertsons. Not to mention their stores are some of the cleanest grocery stores around.

I had trouble reading the expiration date on a cheesecake so when I got to the checkout line I asked the checkout girl if she could decipher it. She could not so she called over the manager and he could not figure it out either he offered to call the manufacturer for me but since I was in a hurry I said no thats alright. He took me over to where the cheesecakes were and we found an even better one and I was happy everyone was so nice from the checkout girl to the manager I was very pleased.

I got some groceries here at about 9:00am on a Saturday. There was no line to get in. There were maybe 15 other shoppers there at the same time.

Great place for groceries. Clean and friendly customer service. The store has excellent lighting and wide isles. Easy to find what I need.
