Not a bad little store, got a decent selection but at higher than competitor’s prices. Basically a convenience fee for not having to drive out to Home Depot. They might have what you’re looking for in a pinch, or they might not have any of what you need. Roll the dice. Or just drive out to Yucca

Unique little store for 29 palms. Pretty much carry the hardware that you need. They were the only ones that had the garage door lock that I needed for a rollup garage door, so be it for Home Depot and Lowes.

This used to be a hardware in 29 pounds but now its desert hardware Web this place great staff they treat you like family knowledgeable and have everything to always need they dont have it they dont serve it

They are doing everything to keep their customers and staff safe.I was impressed with how they had the shop marked for social distancing, wore masks and were so helpful .The store is so much larger than it looks when driving by. They have a huge selection.

If you live in 29Palms, Desert Hardware is nearby. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their handicap is a smaller range of products and fewer brands from which to select than the big box home improvement stores. That said, if it is Hardware you are looking for, they probably have it or can get it, at a competitive price.

Friendly service and not a long wait

From out of town and was looking for a simple part (hard to explain though) to fix bed cover on my truck. They were super friendly and had lots of patience to show me diffrrent items and finally got item very similar to what I was looking for. Then it was such a neat oldschool kind of small town hardware store type place we had to look around for a while. They even let me take parts out to truck to compare so I could get the right size before purchasing. Great experiance.

Our 3/4 die did not make it with us. I Called desert hardware, talked to Kirk. He said bring it on in. He threaded my two pieces, I was in and out and back on my way..... thanks Kirt
