From the greeting I got from the gentleman at the front desk (I don’t remember his name🤬), to the service and communication while they had my car/Lola. I couldn’t have been happier. But when I picked her up and she looked sooooo great….. I’m totally impressed. I never met the guys/gals who actually worked on my car but A+!! I would recommend them to anyone/everyone. FYI….. they replaced and painted my front bumper and fixed/replaced the things that needed it. It matches perfectly and I’m a VERY happy customer! Thank you!!!

Chose callibur collision for a repair on my Nissan Rogue. Clint was very understanding and took care of even the smallest detail . They worked with my insurance company and made everything hassle free. My repair was done fast, professional and worry free. I needed a new trunk lid and the job they did was exceptional!! My car looked like it was brand new again and the extras they did to make me feel important.. Words cant express my gratitude!! I give them 5 stars and would recommend them for any collision repair! They do fantastic work, paint matches perfectly, its beautiful!! Im having an estimate done, for them to repair shoddy work done by a different body shop, they were so good. I will definitely take anything I need done to THIS shop. They have completely changed my mind about body shops. First positive experience I have ever had. My son hit another vehicle with his car so he had to have some repairs. I was skeptical about using Caliber since they switched from Snake River Autobody due to reviews online. I chose to use them anyway because several of the employees were still there from when it was Snake River.When I walked in I was saddened to see the place had changed into a corporate feel and was not welcoming like it used to be with comfy seating and décor. The vibe has definitely changed from a friendly local to corporate cold. Thank goodness Mike was there with his smiling face and friendly voice to welcome my son & and make us feel welcome (thank you Mike. If you had not been there we may have left). Mike got us taken care of and the care evaluated. It took longer than estimated to get the car repaired due to during the repair one of the pieces was past repair and needed to be replaced for safety and due to delays of shipping it just took longer. Glad that safety IS their priority because our sons safety is our priority. The car looks great, the price was reasonable and we feel good knowing they did they right thing to ensure it was done right.

Someone back into my brand new car. I was devastated. Caliber Collision not only gave the reinsurance insurance that my car just looks worst than it is, but they were professional and timely. The communication with Caliber Collision was second to none. I received an email update every other day telling me how my vehicles progress was going, they gave me an estimated finish date, and our truck was done the day they said it would be. The repairs made were excellent. I couldn’t ask for better service. Ed was very professional and completely on top of our repair from the minute we dropped it off until the minute we picked it up. This process went as smoothly as one could possibly hope. I have already recommended this business to several people and we will absolutely return in the future, if necessary.

Super shady shop. lied about the parts they were going to use to fix the car, and lied to me and my insurance company about the cost. definitely would not recommend this place AT ALL. and the guy tried to act like he had no idea what we were talking about when we called him out. DONT GO HERE

Hit a deer driving to work, and Geico recommended this place. I was hesitant initially because there weren’t many reviews on Caliber (turns out they used to be Snake River Auto). I’m glad I took the insurance recommendation. Caliber really did a great job taking care of a pretty big mess. Dwight was my contact, and he was super helpful and responsive. He called a few times a week to keep me updated. Hopefully I don’t ever have to come back, but if I do, I know they’ll take good care of me.

Horrible service, My truck has been to two different caliber collsisions both times there were still issues. Issues that i told them were there. They dont have any sort of QA and just slap stuff together and send it out the door. When i picked my truck up the first time i called to let them know there was still issues. They said they would get back to me and completely ghosted me after that. Would not return my calls or texts. I had to reach out to my insurance to get a hold of someone. If you value your time, money, and vehicle i would avoid caliber collision if you dont value those things this is the place for you.

So much better and personable when it was Snake River. New name, terrible customer service. It’s all about the commercialism instead of taking care of customers. Congratulations, you’ve lost all of our business. That’s a 20 year customer, gone.
