I previously had a new gasket installed in Utah for my Semi, came to find out they did not install it correctly, first downpour and waterfalls inside my truck.This Safelite went above and beyond to fix the problem, Amanda and her associates so much determination, compassion and pride to do such excellent work, I feel very blessed they were there for me, great people. I would highly recommend this Safelite for all window and wiper needs. This now, is my Number One place for my window replacements whenever I’m in Twin Falls.

So disappointed. I have had Safelite take care of all of my glass needs for years. Most recently I paid them to fix a rock chip. When I saw it at the end of the day it was supposed to be fixed, I immediately called the technician to see if there was a mistake because it looked exactly the same as before. She assured me it had been fixed. Within a short amount of time it spread to a crack requiring windshield replacement. When I stopped by Safelite to show them the lady at the shop said it looked and felt like the rock chip hadnt been fixed. Safelite has been completely unhelpful, telling me it must be a new rock chip -- thats them calling me a liar. I am done doing business with them and will encourage anyone who asks to do the same.

Was pleased that we were able to have our windshield replaced the same day. Was disappointed that the gentleman did NOT transfer the stickers on our original windshield to the new. We had to ask for them and he had to retrieve this from the discarded broken windshield. We them applied the 5 stickers to the new windshield ourselves. Ive had several windshields replaced through Safelite and stickers were ALWAYS transferred without me asking. Grateful we saw that they were not transferred before leaving Safelite.

Went to pick up my truck after having the windshield replaced. Didnt get off until after 5 so I paid over the phone and told them to leave the keys under the spare tire in the back. Went to pick up the truck and no keys anywhere. Needed the truck tomorrow and now I have to figure something else out. It also looked like they pulled on my tuner wire and I hope they didnt break anything by pulling on it.

Made appointment. Everything went smoothly! Great workers and friendly service :)

Did a great job but it also was the most expensive place in town. They dont run it through your insurance company until they have done the work so you dont actually know the price until you go to pay.

Every once in awhile you come across a business that outshines everyone else. Safelite auto glass in Twin Falls and Curt (manager) and Kaycee (field tech) is a great example of customer service. We suffered a good windshield hit while in British Columbia and we were not sure it could be repaired. Curt agreed to send Kaycee out and she was amazing. She was able to put the resin in and stablize the crack. We are so thankful for these people and highly recommend the business to anyone.

I recommend Safelite AutoGlass for great customer service and friendly staff. We were driving home to Boise after the Thanksgiving holiday. While on the freeway a semi-truck kicked up a rock and it chipped our new windshield on a car we purchased just the month before. We felt sick about it the damaged glass. We happened to be stopping in Twin Falls to visit family and came across Safelite AutoGlass. We pulled in and they quickly fixed our rock chip and sent us on our way. The sick feeling we had about our new windshield being damaged melted away and we left very happy customers. The staff was very kind and good to work with. Great job on my wife’s Subaru windshield replacement. Very expensive. But I guess everything is these days.

You can schedule, cancel, and reschedule your vehicle to have glass replaced on line or by phone. Most times they can come to your home or place of employment to replace your glass. Very friendly staff. If you choose to wait for your vehicle, the waiting room could be updated and made a little nicer.

Amanda was a Rock Star ! The service was exceptional from the minute I walked in the door. I didnt have appointment but went in to ask them that if they had a cancellation, that I would take it. They checked and found that they had one. Well after going back and forth from my office to their shop a cpl of times ( because I couldnt find the correct truck keys )I finally found them and Amanda came and got my truck and they installed my new windshield. They were awesome thru the whole process ! Amanda and her sidekick came and dropped off my truck as well ! The Twin Falls Team Rocks !!!

Had a problem when they replaced the windshield in my 92 Chevy Silverado SS a few years ago. When they replaced it, they pinched the wires to my alarm system.😡 I took my truck to their shop, drove into one of the bags, they pushed the windshield up to get the wires out. Now Im going to see how much they are going to charge me for the rear hatch window in my 07 Dodge Caliber SXT.

I called today as a new potential customer. I have never had to get my windshield replaced before but had seen the commercial so I expected great customer service. I called the Twin Falls office & Pamela answered and explained what was owed with insurance & I just wanted a quote and she asked all this info then got upset with me when I said I was waiting to hear back from my insurance company before I scheduled. Pamela made me feel like I was wasting her time and she got argumentative with me at the thought that i wanted to compare places. I finally had to hang up on her because she was talking over me and being so rude. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Curt (the store manager) was very helpful, and easy to deal with, and knowledgeable. Id highly recommend them.

Repair is iffy at best, ( it honestly looks like the chip was just drizzled with adhesive) . They had payment info from the responsibile company, charged my credit card as well. Not impressed.

Worst service EVER. Website says they are open 8-noon Saturday. Per the 800 number they are appointment only and the day we called they only had one appointment from 10-11 and would not accept any other appointments that day. Not sure what kind of sham they are running but you better believe I will be reporting this to people higher up at with Safelite. Even the 800 rep wasnt sure why this store wouldnt accept more. Would give negatives stars if I could.Already posting this pathetic service on all social media sites and all areas for review. This is ridiculous.

Curt did a great job replacing the back glass in our van, it took a little longer than they said it would but thats because he was the only one in the shop and had to answer the phone and deal with customers walking in. Excellent price and great service, I dont mind waiting a little while for quality work at a great price!
